Hypothyroidism

My friend suffers hypothyroidism.

Does anyone have any advice how to cure it?

Sugars and SCFA.
The more you eat of those the more you need to eat nutritious food because those stimulate metabolism to use nutrients and if they are not provided you will find your self in a catabolic state.

If he's really hypothyroid, raw coconut oil is very good for this.  Also, just eating grassfed thyroid is very helpful.
