celebrities on raw meat diet?

Hey everyone.

I've red online that some celebs are practicing a raw meat diet.

They say it helps them stay lean, and keeps them in ideal health.

Have any of you heard this before?

I hear Mel Gibson has tried it.  I know Kirstie Alley did it briefly.

I'd like to bring Woody Harrelson and maybe even Jason Mraz over from raw veganism, I like their work.

Where did you hear about Kirstie Alley doing it? I'm curious.

I have also heard from a secret source that Val Kilmer used to eat raw primal diet meals during film-shooting, not sure if he eats that way still. I also know that Uma Thurman is on a raw meat diet.

Forget my above post, I was clearly way over the top, no idea why I said that. Anyway, it's not really that important to have  celebrities endorsing the diet.

Oh, Carol Alt, the supermodel, is a RVAF diet guru.
