Hello there!

Hello everyone-

I'm Sarah, live in Colorado, have been struggling with many health problems and also with properly introducing raw paleo as a lifestyle. I fully agree with this lifestyle having tried vegetarian, vegan, etc. with no help to my overall health. Thank you for offering such a wonderful forum to learn how to better ourselves in many ways.

Sarah you'll find many of us here have been in the same place of looking for answers.   And that we're here to help if we can.  Don't be shy in asking questions, and also read the material offered here.  It's a good starter position,, as many ideas are quite contrary to vegan etc..  Good luck.

Welcome to the forum. My health actually got quite worse with a vegetarian focused on all the "good" carbs and none of the "bad" fats. Raw meats have been a God-send in terms of overall well-being and overcoming some particular diagnoses. My basic approach has been to try most of the suggestions I read about here and then decide for myself what works the best.
