General Discussion / Re: Eating liver a lot more frequent?
« on: April 11, 2022, 09:11:45 pm »
Hey, fellas. I found out that my supplier was giving me unfresh beef liver. It's really a guess because the beef liver I purchased next door was much more tastier. So there was a reason why I wasn't compelled to continue eating my beef liver(raw). That being said, I'm sticking to my raw meat diet still. 8)

I don't know if it's the change of quality of the liver but I've been wanting it less than before. I don't do a full raw diet because I just can't afford it financially. If I could I definitely would try going that route as I find that my appetite for raw meat never ceases. I wish I can have some plain old ground beef. But it is a luxury I can't afford :/

Hi. I've been eating raw liver as my only raw meat source for the past 6 days now. I'm perfect. My fatigue of over 20 years have gone completely. I kniw it's not a good indicator as it hasn't even been a week yet, but I will let you know as time progresses.

I don't see any other option, unfortunately. :/

I wish there was an alternative. But unfortunately, there is no raw dairy in S. Korea, the place where I reside. It's better than no butter, so... :P

I was thinking the same.

I started eating grass fed butter. My body naturally craved it. Before I started eating raw liver, I was sick of butter for about a month and a half to two months due to overeating it. But my body has created an affinity for butter again. It may be because of the raw primal diet.

I eat Lurpak butter by the way. It's crowned as the world's best tasting butter if you guys are interested.

Thanks, MarkR. I will look into that pronto. But so far it's been 3 days and 2 nights since I only ate liver, I feel super. I sleep less but feel healthy, and I feel good eating less of the liver, but most importantly, my severe, severe fatigue has just gone out the window after the very first meal. But I'm going to heed your words about the fat intake.

Dariorpl, I've heard of the first 3 paragraphs you've explained. But not about AV. As I've said above, I don't feel weird in any way so far. Maybe some time has to pass before I notice the overconsumption of vit A? We'll have to wait and see.

I'm glad to be in this forum with like minded people. I wasn't allowed to eat raw meat because of my fathwr's concerns until now. This raw meat diet has helped me as much as what one can do.

Hi. I live in S. Korea and the beef here is beyond expensive. The only affordable beef I can get seems to be the beef liver. And it tastes really, really good. Is it okay for someone to just eat raw liver only without nutrient deficiencies? Thanks.

Health / Re: Detox symptoms on the RPD? Or bad virus?

I've used in the past. I also had many head injuries that were untreated. I'm eating my raw beef heart that just arrived right now.

I hope you're right. It makes a lot of sense too.

Health / Detox symptoms on the RPD? Or bad virus?
« on: August 05, 2021, 01:31:15 pm »
Hi, again.

I went off this diet for quite some time now after eating enough to know its' benefits.

And now I'm back.

I'm trying to cure my eczema and schizophrenia(schizo-affectivr to be precise). I live with my father and he doesn't allow me to eat raw meat so I've been sneaking for the past week.

I recently noticed that I get flu like symptoms with pain in the head and abdomen and just feeling agonizingly bored in general. But when I eat raw meat it goes away. I can only say it did after just yesterday to be honest.

Is this detox? How long does detox last usually?

Or could this be some kind of bad virus or something..?

Any kind of experience sharing would be nice.

P. S. I also have got to note that the raw ground beef(australian) I had might have been mixed with ground pork of origin which I don't know. Could the ground beef or pork have been spoiled?

Would you recommend a part that is good? Like the breasts or boneless legs, etc?

Ah. Chicken is something I definitely should try. With lemon juice, just as Aajonus Vonderplanitz recommended. Thanks for the idea.

Thanks for the reply guys. Sorry it took so long to answer. I apparently gave up on this diet only to have come back. I haven't came back to this forum until now. I'm trying to find out the cure to my intracranial hypertension... But that's another topic that I posted for few minutes ago.

Do I really have to bolt down the meat? What's the pleasure of eating without being able to chew and taste the food enough? I've had raw beef before but it was so difficult to chew so I quit. But now I'm back. I know that there is ground meat but I want to know if there's any cuts that are chewable.
