Suggest you look into apricot kernels, for example there is a very interesting you tube video by a woman who had chemo and radiation without much success and then found apricot kernels worked, now she just has to live with the damage from the other treatments.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: Raw starchy vegetables
« on: April 18, 2018, 05:06:27 am »
I've read in the perfect health diet that rice is tolerated well by a lot of people, but wheat reduces IQ, so rice could be your best choice.

I do badly on any cooked starch, some kind of microbe imbalance, also have to minimise even raw sugar like fruit, but luckily do very well with raw starch and fibre, and raw animal food.

It's funny looking a shop and the answer is no to almost all the products.

I do drink peppermint, liquorice, (and some green tea), that seems ok, and normally drink the tea leaves too as they are a great source of fibre.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Raw starchy vegetables
« on: April 17, 2018, 03:46:50 pm »
I'm doing really well eating lots of raw starchy and fibre rich vegetables, loving crunching on...
Butternut pumpkin
Marrow
Heaps of carrots
Swede
Cabbage, especially red cabbage
Celery
I like eating and is nice to eat something with bulk that is easily digested without bloating and without overloading on protein and fat. These contain lots of resistant starch, my tummy feels very good and it makes for very satisfying toileting.

My theory on food poisoning is that it (almost?) always happens when cooked food, which is basically sterilized, is re colonized by microbes from raw food, creating an imbalanced micro eco system and toxins. The reports normally seem to be about some kind of filed roll or cooked chicken that were contaminated by raw meat, like what happened in my (low acid?) stomach after eating raw meat and cooked carbs together.

From personal experimentation I have found raw animal food on it's own or together with raw salad is very good.

As I said I've never had any problem with any fresh raw or aged raw animal food. So although I'm not convinced Tyler's fermented meat has the healing qualities he proclaims, it never seemed to do any harm - except the complaints from my (now ex) wife about the smell of death (but then that relationship sucked anyway).

So you may want to avoid rotten meat for social reasons.

Also another source of fat is grass fed butter (or even better butter oil gee) , not raw but IIRC only heated to 70C for a few seconds which is unlikely to have much impact on the dense oil component.

Also I don't buy organic food, just conventional.

I mostly eat home grown plant food (leaves/stalks/flowers) - Now I've moved to suburbs from a lifestyle (life sentence?) 'farm' it's much easier to grow my own organic greens.

Regarding meat I subscribe to the theory that animals have their own liver to detox unwanted chemicals, and if their grass fed then they don't have a lot of chemical exposure anyway. The US GMO corn fed beef sounds a bit more scary, plus you have the omega 3 / 6 rebalancing needed.

To save money you can buy the cheap cuts of meat and slice them fine enough swallow. Mince is good because they add fat back into it, the cheaper grade has more fat. A bowl of raw beef mince with raw egg yolks, salt, turmeric, and pepper is delicious.

50/50 turmeric and pepper is very good to moderate unwanted microbe activity, there is evidence that regular consumption results in reduced inflammation and reduction in cancer etc etc

Just cut up your meat / fish and put lemon juice or cider vinegar on it, this will kill most microbes and increase the acid levels for your digestion.

I've eaten raw meat, fish, and chicken from various sources (including lots and lots of raw mince) and in varying degrees of freshness (up to green lamb chops and fish buried in the ground for a month) and never had any problem (except the time I also had commercial juice and bread at the same time and the meat microbes went wild eating the carbs and I had to vomit).

Remember to eat lots of raw greens too, so your gorilla large intestine has something to do.

If you are blocked up then the high fibre gloop mixture will help to restart things and get them settled down again more quickly.

My experience of this kind of condition is that I need to eat:

'Greens' - raw wet fresh plant matter
Protein and fat - raw wet animal food

BTW our true requirement for meat is actually quite small, if you are having trouble affording enough calories then ask a butcher for their fat off cuts - which are normally free.

Juice is too sweet for my condition.

My favorite is soda water + fresh squeezed lemon = read the soda label and select one with only water + CO2 as some have sugar (+ bicarbonate also OK)

Hi Cherokee
My bowel condition has been quite similar to yours.

For my version I find that it is most important to eat low carb and high fibre, low carbs to reduce the food for the out of control microbes, and high fibre to keep bowel flow going and remove toxins.

I have experimented with a mixture of psyllium husk, slippery elm bark, linseeds, and potato starch - a couple of tablespoons mixed with water creates a gloop that is very effective at providing good bowel motions.

My observation is that for this condition it is very important to eat foods with a very low glycemic index / load.
It also appears to be more important to eat the plant food raw than the animal food, maybe since cooking plant food increases their early digestibility too much.

Also lots of reports out that exercise is very good for improving bowel condition.

Good luck

I'm thinking that if you lived a healthy lifestyle then you would be able to keep your bodys foreign inhabitants in check.

But if you were in an unhealthy state then they could cause serious harm or death. So if someone lives on an unhealthy diet then eating some things raw could cause problems.

For example years ago I went to a party and consumed bread and supermarket juice and raw meat, bingo some of the meat microbes got out of control eating the carbs and sugar, making me feel sick. After throwing up I felt fine.

So there could be a civilisation tiping point where grain consumption levels favor the consumption of cooked meat.

Japanese cope with fish worms by eating lots of wasabi.

Hot Topics / Re: Why does everyone swear by soaked nuts and seeds?
« on: May 02, 2017, 03:07:59 pm »
Seeds and nuts have enzyme inhibitors to keep them in suspended animation, once they are soaked then they become alive and turn the enzymes on, so they may become easier to digest.

Personally I find it best to limit seed and nut consumption, and then there's no need to soak anyway. Growing the seeds in the ground / potting mix to small edible plants works better for me, rather than soaking or sprouting

Also stories of giants.
And in South America there are people who really had elongated heads (found evidence of this prior to birth) and others who had their heads bound to look like this.

The reality is nothing like the "science" linear development, you've got "people" traveling all over the world for hundreds of thousands of years with periodic calamities and cosmic ray inundation so ours going to be really complex and interesting, from hobbits to giants and lots in between.

And the sea level going up and down over one hundred meters would inundate and expose and huge areas of land

« on: April 06, 2017, 12:06:03 pm »
Very interesting comment raw al.
We get an easterly wind here that is caused by the sun heating the land, warm air rises, and sucks cool air from the sea. As soon as the sun goes down then that wind stops, it's great for sailing as I know that there will be wind so long as I'm back before late afternoon.
Those squirrel turbines are very inefficient, its the same as plane wings, greater aspect ratio means greater efficiency.
And those ships with a rotating tube as a "sail" were stupid, those science magazines had some dumb stuff, like the one armed WT, and the flying car with four rotary engines, anyone failing equals death.
The future will be Low Energy Nuclear Reactions, that are safe and non radioactive (this was called cold fusion)

The coal power stations needed time to get steam up, so needed a steady load.

Now every wind turbine built needs to be paired up with a variable load generator, like gas turbine or hydro, to provide power when there is no wind.

There are some amazing videos on youtube  showing the high death rate per kWh from wind, and very low from nuclear - although that was before the genocide, ecoide, and oil price support from Fukishima.

Search libido on this forum and you'll see many have problems with loosing their libido. Hence the irony of this thread.
...

This isn't something I have seen many posts on.

This is definitely not a problem in my case, the best ever performance at middle age :-)

I just can't see why you think a diet which includes raw meat would have a bad impact on peoples sexual health?

You should be fine though GS, if the average temperature dropped a couple of degrees as it seems pretty hot where you are?
It's very temperate here so a drop should be ok. My heat pump works well and we have a sunny house. Probably the main question is what will the rain do in your area? Is that good for agriculture?
Food prices will increase, and I'm very glad not to live in Russia!

I'd say Tyler that is by design that these agents like Marx, Freud, Einstein... etc etc etc have been idolized and had their somewhat falsified mumbo jumbo installed into the official narrative.

Yes ys
From a practical standpoint I can understand your point of view that things are more interesting when you can see results in your own life.  My raw food results have been worthwhile and my openness to some other ideas rejected by mainstream may also be profitable, time will tell.
My daughter was showing me last night the latest media propaganda where the number off carbohydrate servings had been increased from three to six cups, so no I don't believe all of "mainstream science".
The most basic scientific influence is the profit motive, do you want to keep your job, get promoted, increase profits...
All scientific studies should show on the first page the money trail that funded the research.

I agree raw al.
I grew up with a scientist father who became head of his laboratory and invented an earthquake protection device which is used in many thousands of structures world wide, in fact it recently prevented damage to the old stone New Zealand parliament during our recent earthquakes. I very much saw the world from a contemporary scientific view point.
On the other hand my mother was an artist who said science was my dad's religion, with the priests and disciples, the teaching and indoctrination, the bibles you had to follow our you would be excomunicated.
After many years research into the inconsistencies with the modern narrative I can now agree with my mum. The profit motive, self rightness, empire building and social control combining.

It's amazing to learn that the climate change research medal is given in the name of a researcher who decided human co2 has an insignificant effect!

How the Global Warming Scare Began
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SyUDGfCNC-k

Many independent researchers predict another thirty year long mini ice age is beginning now. They say the sun is mainly responsible for earth climate (who woulda thought), for three last few hundred years we have been through a period of high sunspot activity which created a stronger shield protecting the earth from cosmic rays which in turn led to dryer warmer weather. Now that sunspot activity is dropping way down we won't have such a strong shield and will have far more cosmic ray exposure, which will cause greater cloud formation, more rain, and colder weather.  The increased cosmic ray penetration will also lead to more earthquakes and volcanic events.

If you look into the thunderbolts project and the electric universe theory you will find that space is not a vacuum but is filled with high speed charged particles from the billions of suns. These charged particles are at a very low density but because space is so enormous they add up to phenomenal electric currents and magnetic fields occurring between stars and planets. Which also leads on to an aspect of astrology being true in that the position of the other planet's and stars has an effect on our suns activity and output, which has a big impact on us all.
