so cute.

I always make sure to put salt on the walkway outside my office building so the criminals don't accidentally get hurt on their way out with the loot. I always unplug all my expensive devices at the end of the night so the burglers dont unintentionally get electrocuted while transporting the valuables. If I do happen to catch someone stealing I calmly and without making physical contact say to them: "Excuse me sir/mam/transgendered individual I would like that object back, that is if you are not to poor to pay for one of those yourself, and in that case I should not be hoarding all this wealth for myself and feel free to redistribute it to yourself. Oh by the way, did you get any wounds or abrasions while smashing through my window? Let me rub some neosporin on them, i wouldn't want you to get anything infected."

Hey thanks for all the replies. My cycle is very regular so i think i may be able to use the rythem method. if we have sex near ovulation i might request condoms. i actually would love to have a baby but i dont want to do it before my boyfriend is ready. i just hope he doesnt mind going 5 days without it. so far we've had sex 5 times this week alone.
good samaritan i actually told my boyfriend that i didnt mind if  he had sex with other women during the time when i was resisting sex too soon (when we first started dating). he absolutely refused to do it and said that it really hurt that i suggested it. and yes, i am a health freak. i wont even use organic lotion because it has some chemicals for crying out loud.

I understand that most birth controls out there are toxic and loaded with hormones not to mention can effect your future fertility. What is safe to use. Does the rthym method work well? I understand that egg is only alive for one day of the month? i refuse to take plan b or have an abortion. i would like babies but not quite ready. my boyfriend and i have sex alot these days. thank you.

I can tell you that this diet has greatly improved my menstration. I used to have excessive bleeding and I would have fevers and feel like I was going to pass out. That was less than a year ago. Now its so much pleasanter. I only use 6 feminine product tops each time. I havent bought a new box in months.

My butcher is the last person i would tell about eating raw meat, they might decide to take negative measures for my own "good"
Fat always tastes best when just cut. Try to get it the day they cut it and no later.

General Discussion / Re: meat storage ideas?
« on: August 19, 2010, 02:18:45 am »
Instead of keeping it in a glass bowl make a rack out of wooden sticks and rest it on top of a cassarole dish. Then place the roast on the rack and stick a few toothpicks in the top. Then cover lightly with wax paper or something and then wrap a long piece of butcher plastic around the whole dish. It saves really well this way. The meat will develop a couple of grey lines on the bottom, but barely any is wasted.

I just use a little castille soap to clean, but I don't even use soap on most my body. I also rub beef fat on my skin as a moisturizer. My sweat does not smell bad at all unless I accidentally eat garlic or onions or something sugary. Actually it smells good most of the time, I kid you not.

General Discussion / shank advice:
« on: August 14, 2010, 02:18:59 am »
Right now I can get a fair share of organic shank bones per week about 12-15 2 inch size pieces. I want more though. They say at the organic butcher that I could also get the bones from the cows they slaughter which are owned by other people.
I don't know for sure if these cows are 100% organic and grassfed. The butcher said most of the local people don't bother with pestacides and stuff like that, but I can't be sure. I love shank bones and salivate just thinking about them...what do you suggest I do?

Which of the raw beef organs are the tastiest?
I'm thinking of trying some.
Which are gross?
Which are the most fattening?

I hope sometime in the future to be able to eat alot of my meat fresh killed, probably birds and squirrels and and things like that, which would be perfect for single meals.

At the same time I would be living near my butcher shop and be able to buy the large mammal meat from them. I'll admit I don't think I will ever be able to kill and butcher a cow myself.

I've eaten maggot eggs before, the texture is a little gross in the mouth.

Yup, alot of the vegans are lesbians and gay and thats just a fact that I have noticed.
I actually prefer the authoritative type of man, they're hotter.

That title made me chuckle.
Prescription drugs are bad for you avoid them at all cost. I was forced to take some strong ones at a vulnerable age and it cause me health and brain problems.

Okay, yes I have noticed alot of the vegan customers are gay or lesbians too. The lesbians are usually dikes.

I used to have social anxiety when I was younger and I was super shy and felt embarrassed about being shy.
Eventually i stopped caring about being shy and socially awkward and decided to just go with it.
Now I can joke around about being "socially awkward" and antisocial and people seem to like me for it. I also have a problem with my face going red at inopportune times and everyone laughs about it. I embrace it and joke around about it and now they think I'm kinda cute.

:o I am included in the regulars female list. How special. I feel touched. :P

It's a good idea to wean yourself onto the diet instead of a dramatic entrance.
I started to wean myself on it in December. Now I am almost 100% meat.

I have worked at a natural health food store for 5 months now. We do sell meat and dairy, but we also cater to a large customer base of vegans.  This is what I have discovered about them:
a) the females are oftentimes boyish and look prepubescent in structure and some noticeable facial hair.
b) the males are oftentimes effeminate with high voices and very little muscle mass.
c) vegans are not necessarily thin, some are fat.
d) oftentimes vegans have bad skin.

I have not done any actual research, but just constant observation.

General Discussion / Raw shank bones-duration
« on: July 18, 2010, 01:36:03 pm »
How long have you kept cut raw shank bones in the refer? I have some in there since Tuesday and the bone part smells funny, but I think the marrow is just fine. I may skim a tiny bit off the open ends before I eat it tommorrow morning.
I may be getting a higher quanity of shank bones regularly so I am just wondering how long I can go with them in the refer.
Thanks,
Nicole

General Discussion / Re: Dealing with Society
« on: July 15, 2010, 09:38:01 am »
If people ask you why you don't eat the food when you are at trivial social get-togethers just say you have a lot of food sensitivities or that you can only eat organic food for your specific health conditions.  Act like it's not a choice.
If I eat a meal non-raw paleo at an important social function I make sure that it is something really delicious like rich icecream or a fattening desert or something cheesy and fattening. And I eat regular size meal. I only do this a few times per years so might as well make it something to remember.

General Discussion / Re: females-how much do you eat per day?
« on: June 22, 2010, 05:10:02 am »
Wow, I guess I eat more than most females. By the end of the week I am completely out of meat too! I weigh 124lbs now and used to weigh 103 at 5 foot four. I guess I eat so much because I work alot and get up at 4:30 each morning, but I hardly get any exercize. If any other females would like to contribute I would be thrilled to know their statistics.
