The reason most people get benefits is because they give up grains, carbs + potatoes, most fruit, breads, and only use small amoutns of berries and honey.

Raw meat is healthier, but if you steam a piece of organic chicken for a few minutes its really not that bad.

The original health problems i have were caused by eating white flour,
white sugar, pasteurised dairy, breads and grains,
, chocolate, artificial sweetners, vegetable oils and mercury fillings.

i make a simple of soup of simply boiling celery and adding in a carrot

if I made the same soup with mashed up chicken bones, which is higher in minerals ?

because i heard celery is high in minerals also, and I heard it was a good way to get them in my diet since i am deficient at the moment

i read you should avoid dairy because of the lactose, except butter

So the rule is, avoid all dairy EXCEPT grass fed butter ? which doesnt produce the mucous etc ?

As long as they dont cover more than 20 per cent of your overral diet, and as long as they are soaked and sprouted, they shoudlnt be a problem ?

Also, Mercola is against excessive fruit because of the sugar content, yet how do grains compare ?

also, in milk the deadly poison by robert cohen, what does he say about goat milk

also, will it cause body odor like cow dairy does ?
