Seems we had some hiccups while upgrading our Virtual Machine from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 16.04 with PHP 7.0

Had a little database corruption, a vestigial field i had to delete, had to re-implement the upgrade files...

Are you really going to be doing this curing stuff alone for the first time as a newbie without the benefit of some experienced healer / manager of healing?

I'm sick of hearing about gay marriage. Equal signs on facebook blaa blaa

If homos want to get married go for it.  I'm sure as a person who likes other dudes or other chicks you have dreamed of the day you get married since you were a kid. Ha!

I would like to see the abolition of government paper marriage.

*** This was me goodsamaritan --- doing maintenance ***

If they are to see marriage as just any private contract, then homos can and should get married as well... then I would like to see polygamy legal as well.... all forms legal.

she probably ate a bad egg, or a bad batch of beef.
let her vomit what she needs to vomit and make sure she is hydrated.
if she ever becomes dehydrated and won't take anything by mouth, you can always give a sugar and salt enema.
the proportion is 1 liter water plus 6 tablespoons sugar plus 1 teaspoon salt.

After years of experimenting with raw milk... I can now say that I can now digest raw milk.

One I'm having success digesting now is raw carabao milk.

My measure of digestion is not farting the entire day for it.

I think this new success is due to the continuous ingestion of a probiotic our organic farmer made called "lacto" for lacto bacilli?

Maybe I now have the correct flora.

Funny that now I have success with raw carabao milk, my 11 year old boy is now sick of it / had had enough of it for now.

This was how long after taking the pills?

Didn't take the dewormer pills yet when that happened.

It's the nature of tapeworm infection.

In the Philippines, non-corporate herders feed grass to their goats and sheep.
Reason: grass is FREE.

Praziquantel (Biltricide) is an anthelmintic effective against flatworms. Praziquantel is not licensed for use in humans in the UK; it is, however, available as a veterinary anthelmintic, and is available for use in humans on a named-patient basis.

Pretty interesting.  Thanks for the info!

GS, do you refrigerate the clams while they are soaking?

Ok thanks GS, you don't mind eating the sea salt either?

edit: Are farmed shellfish good to eat?

No, I don't refrigerate because I want the clams to be alive.

The saltiness in the water is just there so the clams can spit out the sand.  I don't mind.

I don't see much wild oysters in the markets.  It wouldn't be practical from a business point of view.  Clams though are mostly wild.

That is a lot of fruit.
Are you selling?  Or is that for a party?

Invite him to our little forum.
A post or two would be a great honor.
I'd like to correct the impression that we are trying to relive caveman times.  We're just trying to be healthy.
Tell him thanks for his writings.
He has helped me find my way.
