Health / Body temperature increase after drinking mineral water

Been doing raw primal for 2 months. Primarily raw meat, with some eggs, vegetable juice, milk (though I cut out the milk and veggie juice last week, since I'm now moving away from the Aajonus paradigm that I was sticking to.), and some raw fruit. During this time my water consumption has dropped dramatically. In fact for the past month I'd drunk basically no water. But now that I'm not drinking the veggie juice and milk, I'm finding myself more thirsty. So I bought some Perrier, Gerolsteiner, and Mountain Valley Mineral Waters to hydrate. Weird thing, when I drink a few ounces of any of it, my body temperature palpably increases. Like, I feel hot and as if I were about to sweat. Any idea what that is, and how I should deal with this hydration issue?

500 g is over a pound, kind of a lot lol. Did you have it with fat? It could have been the size, but also is the source good? When I first started, for over two weeks I was eating almost a pound of liver for dinner, along with another several ounces of fat. The source was good, it was grass-fed and organic. But it was frozen. So eventually I came down with some flu that knocked me out for like a week.

Why are some raw meat/carnivore leaders so insane(I mean their bahaviour and some thoughts)? Could it be because of the diet?

You're mistaking the cause for the consequence. They aren't insane because of the diet. They're on the diet because they're insane. Or, in my opinion—because they're sane.

Hi everyone. My name is Serg I am 27, I began eating solely raw foods 2 months ago, and my God, and it's been a ride. I got in through Aajonus, but recently I've changed things up (cut out the milk and the vegetable juices) since I was having digestion issues. I recently read  Guy Claude Burger's book on Instinctotherapy and I've become more convinced than ever that raw food, in particular raw meat and raw fat , are the optimal nutrition for humans.

I came from keto in 2019 to carnivore in 2020 and have only seen improvements since. I'm personally interested in figuring out how to make this as sustainable for me as possible.  But I'm also interested in what this means for the world at large, especially since it seems our medical system is built on the most massive and unforeseeable misconception about diet. To me it really seems hopeless to try to wake people up, but for some reason I like to indulge in some fantasizing about how amazing life on earth would be if everyone just ate right. Idk now I'm rambling. anyway I'm happy to be here.

I began two months ago eating solely raw foods. Where do you all source your meat from? So far I've stuck to Sprouts Grass fed, that seems to be fine but ideally I'd like to upgrade to better quality. Also would be cool to meet up with any of you, I've basically alienated my family and friends with this WOE haha.
