Primal Diet / Hydration mineral water versus veg juices

I can follow AV a bit on what he says on water, when I drink mineral water it does not fully satisfy thirst and thirst quickly returns.. when I eat some raw yolks with honey for example it hydrates much better.

My question is if the vegetable juices (cucumber, celery, zucchini, etc.) AV recommends satisfy your thirst better than mineral water ? I have not been able to try the vegetable juices yet.

Hi I was wondering what you guys recommend for shaving?
If I recall correctly AV talks about coconut oil in one of his videos, anyone have experience with this ?

Tried the raw eggs shampoo recently that he recommends, very effective.

Do you guys think that a a bulking (keto) diet which consists of +- 95% animal products would result in more lean body mass gain and less fat gain when trying to build muscle in caloric surplus ?

Primal Diet / A1 versus A2 dairy, any difference?

I was wondering if anyone has experience having bad symptoms (not detox but just negative) from A1 dairy but are completely fine with A2 dairy ?
From my experience (raw) dairy gives me tendency for harder stools, wondering if the A2 would make any difference, if not I am going to avoid all types of dairy.

It seems strange to me how raw dairy would cause problems being from European descent as I would think our ancestors would have consumed dairy regularly.

I was wondering if you guys would have any explanation as to why I digest raw dairy butter without issue but get hard/dry stools with raw cheese and fermented raw milk?
I know AV talks about the possibility of raw cheese giving constipation but it seems some individuals can eat as much as they want without any problems?
