Here, the new reseach by Dr Jack Kruse,''Most people think nicotine is bad for us because they associate its use with smoking or dipping tobacco. What few people know is that nicotine is common in foods we eat and has a medicinal effect on Mitochondrial function via NAD+. This is especially true in muscular function. My members have heard this before and how one might consider bio-hacking nicotine when they are struggling. It certainly is a better hack than using coffee. Fewer people seem to know that the mammals have nicotinic receptors that are found in the neuromuscular junctions of somatic muscles.''

''Further more, he claims,'' And note these veggies with tons of nicotine tend to be the ones the paleo diet tells you to exclude. They believe the nonsense of them being toxins instead of realizing that people react to them because they are already UV light deficient. When you are ill or stressed you are leaking ELF-UV chronically. Adding things that have the capability to give back UV light will cause you a initial reaction until allostasis recovers. Paleo is like a Disney movie, they tell you to eat bacon and carbs to make all you body issues go away in 90 short animated minutes. It makes you feel better for a short time, before reality sets in, and you realize paleo set you back decades. You have to repair your light cycles first before you do anything else.''

General Discussion / Epi-paleo diet br Dr Jack Kruse
« on: April 08, 2015, 11:22:02 pm »
Dr Jack Kruse is amazing. I am already seeing the benefits following his protocol .

An eye opening interview with Dr Jack Kruse where he claims that environment is responsible of our all illness and then good food plays the role. He has an outstanding explanation on paleolithic diet

I am very confused that some people is believing that gluten is good for our health...? That is total nuts! Here is the topic :

Yes, my 7 yrs old boy (past 5 yrs on RPD) has flukes and round worms and so does my 2 and half yrs old daughter (from birth follows RPD). Now i am treating them with rife frequency, castor oil pack and H2O2 foot soaking. But how I will replace raw protein to avoid flukes? Here are those special blood tests photos... (very powerful RIFE MICROSCOPE)

Health / The CURE of Severely Depressed 17 th yrs old mentally ill boy
« on: August 03, 2013, 10:17:38 am »
This is a present case that I am dealing with Dr. Ratan, who is an Orthomolecular doctor in India. The patient X is a 17th yrs old and attempts to suicide in the past 4 times. He complains, there is no fun in his life anymore and even funniest jokes could not make him smile. He is having, 1) breathing problem, 2) insomnia, 3) extreme tiredness, 4)sexual dysfunction, 5)severe back pain to stand or walk....What should to do to correct him?

He does not know anything about paleo diet. He eats meat and fish and other traditional food from Andhrapradesh from India. Thanks in advance.

My daughter is unvaccinated, completely good health, no history of fever or anything ever, cause I breastfed her and she is on RPD, like eating two chicken egg yolks a day and some homemade ground beef and on organic fruits. From last night, she has been vigorously vomiting in her sleep, what to do now?

Here is the you tube video where this guy is saying that even hundreds yrs ago Eskimo died from heart disease. What do u think?
Primitive Nutrition 27: The Eskimo Model, Part I

Hi all. I m getting tired of handling the cold episode one after another of my five yrs old son, who's diet is nothing , but strictly based on raw food, raw paleo. Only thing he is missing here probably minerals, but I do give him time to time little blood juice from heart or liver. I stopped giving him raw fermented cod-liver oil past one year and see, his cold becomes a constant factor now. Should I start again that oil? He eats mostly marrows, brains, fats, egg yolks as his fat sources.

I'd like to add that he was vaccinated unto 9 months age and his last vaccinations were given 3 together in one day.

Hot Topics / Let us talk about more minerals

Just wondering that in this winter, if I just keep myself on egg yolks, meat, some organs, raw goat milk acidophilus and high meat... then where and how i will nourish myself with minerals? I also consume dead water spring water. Dr. Cassar mineral experiences are very interesting and very practical. I know that fresh blood has minerals, but I don't live in farms to get the fresh blood. Please, join this discussion and help me what to do to get minerals in body. Thanks.

Dr. Robert Cassar Mineral Conductivity A Light Bulb Experiment Part 2

Some reason I do admire Dr. Robert Cassar. This guy is also a health nut, but my question is how many of us can really spend time and money just cleaning out our teeth like him. Remember, he is almost a vegan (except raw goat milk cheese that he consumes). His  video, makes me just laugh and I say in my mind that only Dr. Cassar can do this hard work, not all of us.

Health / Schizophrenia
« on: November 29, 2012, 01:10:56 am »
Schizophrenia (/?sk?ts??fr?ni?/ or /?sk?ts??fri?ni?/) is a mental disorder characterized by a breakdown of thought processes and by poor emotional responsiveness.[1] Common symptoms include auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions, or disorganized speech and thinking, and it is accompanied by significant social or occupational dysfunction. The onset of symptoms typically occurs in young adulthood.

Early environment, neurobiology, and psychological and social processes or might be genetics are the important contributory factors; some recreational and prescription drugs appear to cause or worsen symptoms. Current research is focused on the role of neurobiology, although no single isolated organic cause has been found. The many possible combinations of symptoms have triggered debate about whether the diagnosis represents a single disorder or a number of discrete syndromes. Despite the etymology of the term from the Greek roots skhizein (???????, "to split") and phr?n, phren- (????, ????-; "mind"), schizophrenia does not imply a "split personality", or "multiple personality disorder" (which is known these days as dissociative identity disorder)—a condition with which it is often confused in public perception.[3] Rather, the term means a "splitting of mental functions", because of the symptomatic presentation of the illness.

Unfortunately , in developed country like USA, the mainstay of treatment is antipsychotic medication, which primarily suppresses dopamine (and sometimes serotonin) receptor activity. THOSE DRUGS NEVER WORK. Diet, meditation, simple lifestyle, Psychotherapy and vocational and social rehabilitation are also important in treatment. And these process show the higher rate of complete healing from schizophrenia. In more serious cases—where there is risk to self and others—involuntary hospitalization may be necessary (but we all know that it is always a bad idea to admit in hospitals), although hospital stays are now shorter and less frequent than they once were.[4]

The disorder is thought mainly to affect cognition, but it also usually contributes to chronic problems with behavior and emotion. People with schizophrenia are likely to have additional (comorbid) conditions, including major depression and anxiety disorders; the lifetime occurrence of substance abuse is almost 50%.[5] Social problems, such as long-term unemployment, poverty, and homelessness are common. The average life expectancy of people with the disorder is 12 to 30 years less than those without, the result of increased physical health problems and a higher suicide rate (about 5%).[2

Please, share ur thoughts and experiences and the possible cure of schizophrenia  in this posting. Thanks.

General Discussion / How to cure insomnia?
« on: September 28, 2012, 04:51:02 am »
50+ yrs old woman has a schizophrenic daughter and schizophrenic mom. Below I m putting her case:
I quit sleeping three years ago when dg had bad psychotic break and extremely suicidal for over a year. Then she spent a year in residential, a year in outpatient. Doing well on clozapine now. But me not so well. Forgotten how to sleep. Any advice over the counter doesn't work. Can't take ambien. Lack of sleep makes my depression worse.

My mom and daughter have schizophrenia. Both doing well now. Daughter was extremely suicidal. I started sleeping in floor in her room too scared to leave her alone. I think that's when my body forgot how to sleep. I nap at night"

This woman is looking for her solution of insomnia. Thanks.

Health / Help! I know someone who is fighting for life
« on: September 18, 2012, 10:34:16 am »
She is 70 yrs old woman , African American. Entire life she was on fast food. Recently she  was dianosed of pancreatic cancer stage 4 and after that she starts eating and drinking lota of fruits and veggie juice raw. She uses blackseed oil, tumeric, amino acid, organic greens food and now she is using a product that is called IMMUNOCAL.

She has been  hospitalized since last Sunday with blood clots in each lung and she has tumor or mass in brain so which one of these do she follow?

So the tumor on pancreas liver and now in brain.

I know Dorothy cured the cancer of her 85 yrs old mom. Please, everyone contribute your knowledge in this post, and we might save her for now.

Now, my concern is, the lead level is running very high in my family. We r not doing any wrong but buying meat from a small farmer who doesn't deal with FDA. If u get into a blood test recently and see ur lead level is high like mine, then eating only raw and organs meat could cause of lead? Please, investigate and write back in this posts. Thank you.

Hot Topics / JAMES HOLMES is schizophrenic?
« on: July 24, 2012, 12:52:36 pm »
James Holmes, the lead suspect in the Colorado shooting that killed 12 people, is he schizophrenic?

Seeing him, he reminds me my brother. If the answer is "yes", then I need to warn America "wake up!". Schizophrenia and mental illness is becoming an epidemic. In that sense, they can't tell that James is 24 yrs old adult and he is responsible to do anything. This is the most difficult part that me and my family are carrying with my brother. No matter how ill my brother is, but he is 26 yrs old,   and that we  are hearing all the time. A mentally ill person could be a six yrs old or 80 yrs old, but he/she can't be free from any guardian. Guardian is extremely important till they get back to a normal person. Otherwise, we will see all these horrific massacres like Colorado massacre.

Please, share ur opinion on that here. Thanks.
