Yes. Paradise to me too. The population are physically most fit and healthy who r living simple life. Rich and educated people r unfortunately unhealthy, cause, they live in AC room, eat fried food, wear western clothing and do not work as labor... Their focus is not health, but academically want to be more successful... LOL!

;)tests, it is far cheaper than USA. i will be investing $200000 to buy a beautiful home. and the best quality of food will be fraction what i pay here. and total living is priceless. lots of tourists, most Europeans are there all year round. the world's top resorts, boat house and ancient martial arts club and spa are few to mention...

simple, cause Indian do not pay attention on buffalos yet. They r huge with long strong horns. and south has the reputation of being a fish or seafood paradise along with coconuts... Beautiful houses and i could have maids, security guard and manager to maintain my house which is almost impossible living in USA. Also women look much beautiful there where they wear mostly cotton sarees and have aromatic real jasmine flowers on their hair. for me that is a magical feeling. i would also consider to have a jasmine garden for myself...

planning to move in India in near future.  1st choice was Bhutan, but having a mentally ill brother, Bhutan's mountains look pretty scary . I m buying a vacation house in South India, vigorous coconuts production, ancient martial arts, the land of Ayurveda and the world's famous ancient Ayurveda massage and enough high quality water buffaloes and buffalo meat is available. So much sea food extremely cheap and fresh.  :P I m pretty excited

First, I start gurgling my mouth and slowly go to deep of my throat by store bought 3% of H2O2. I done that sometimes like a month with great result . When I gurgle, I throw away the H2O2 after gurgling. And drink the water without the rinsing my mouth again.

My husband order then 35% food grade one from internet. I started to take 6 drops of H2O2 and 6 or less drops of colloidal silver together in a small water and drink that. I heard that colloidal and H2O2 can act the most powerful way together. But I already has the most surprising result, but other things I m NOT feeling yet. It might be I m eating RPD for long time now like 4 yrs, so my body is feeling good already. Also My son gets lyme disease from my country home and we r giving him H2O2 and seeing significant progress with rife treatment. Now my most concern with lead and I heard it is good for removing heavy metals. If some one has any success story on that , please, share with me.

Hi Raw-AL, yes, I have a bad habit. I do eat tropical fruits in winter time even. The fruits has lowest food value here. I do not have any body pain , but I suffer from severe throat problem.

H2O2 is doing a wonder for me. So far nothing can stop my chronic throat infection. On mostly RP Diet, it improves like 10%. Recently I m listening to my hubby and making a slow gurgle everyday, this is the 1st time in my life I m pain free .

Hi Saffhire, congrats ur new great beginning on primal diet. Raw milk is fine for me. But make it even  better i will chose either raw goat or my 1st choice would be lamb milk. Original jersey cow milk is rare. So I avoid to drink raw cow milk. If some one suffer from depression, even raw cow milk is a BIG NO NO to them bbecause of casein. If some one gets benefit from kefir, then try acidophilous which is even better and tastier than kefir. I collect kefir which is water kefir for tasty treat for the summer.

Beef or veal is staple food of my diet. i have been eating beef as staple food for the past three yrs. My son is on beef for the past 4 yrs (he is 6 yrs old) and daughter is on beef since birth. Raw beef is addictive too. I mean good addiction. It is more like I lost appetite on other cooked food while I eat raw beef only.some organs i eat. But lots of beef fats and beef mostly. My junk food is eating tropical fruits like mangos and bananas and watermelons always outside the season.Only reason I do not consume too much organs cause they  are  not available enough. I put more priority to feed organs to my children than me. They are suffering on high lead things. But I m still clueless. This beef diet changes my life dramatically. I look younger, feel healthier and energy is unbelievable. The bad thing would be suffering from high libido -X >D> My husband even gets scared now sleeping with me LOL!

Here  is the 17th yrs old patient gets 3 choices of treatment by his doctor, "
Good. But keep advising him to continue with your paleo diet. A cheap but effective way for him would be to just continue paleo diet with some veges (for taste and sodium and potassium etc).

Choice #1. He can just continue with the above, with B12 shots as additional thing. No more expensive supplements. He is in South and coconut is easy to get there. He can ferment coconut water too. He should also take the entire coconut ( even the surface hair on coconut can be boiled and drank as "tea"). This is the cheap yet effective approach for him.

Choice #2. For 7 days he sticks to paleo diet ALONE (no grains). After that, for 10 days, each day he adds one food item per day  in  huge amount on top of some base of paleo diet that should continue all through in some amount. For example one day he can take a lot of rice with SOME chicken. On other day he can take lot of dairy with some eggs and rice provided he didn't get mood disorder on the preceding rice-day. The foods that he finds Ok, he can keep adding to his basic paleo diet. At the end of his tests for foods he can cut down his paleo diet and continue with the safe foods discovered by him.
I suspect sugar, rice and dairy as causing him mood issues.

Choice #3. He can go the mega-vitamin path. Very costly. About Rs 3000 per month on average. In the beginning it will be Rs.10,000 to begin with. This bulk amount will last for few months before buying next lot."
