OK,

I'm curious re long-term RAFers experiences re food-intolerances/allergies. I think you'll be able to click on several of the options, if you have multiple issues.

I put that I have it for dairy and green juice but I wouldn't call it an allergy but rather a very very mild intolerance. I notice I feel a little weird after drinking milk (raw or otherwise) and green juice. Cream less bad, butter hardly noticeable.

The only raw dairy I did extensively was raw cow and raw goat milk.

The only butter I have access to is Anchor unsalted pasteurized butter from new zealand... no allergies regarding this.

There was one specific raw red honey I consumed with my raw beef as an experiment and this caused an inflammation in my colon.  Terrible.  Maybe that raw red honey was truly just bad.

Nightshades such as tomato and eggplant/aubergine cause me mouth irritation and the eggplant causes a red rash on my face and neck - definite allergic reaction.  I don't get this with Japanese eggplant, but I still avoid them now as they suck raw.  Walnuts give me canker sores, but I haven't tried to soak and dry them.  Pineapple causes my tongue to feel prickly (if that makes any sense, lol).

Dairy is about the only thing I've never had raw.  I got very sick as a kid from milk, and have had mild issues ever since, but no problem with butter or cheese.
