According to online sources, while there are various different causes of vertigo, most seem to be based, ultimately, on inflammation. Raw, palaeolithic foods are THE best foods for reducing inflammation. They do need to be of high-quality, though, not just raw. So, grassfed or wild meats or raw wildcaught seafood or raw organic plants are what to aim for.
Here is some info, read the 1st posts of the various links:-
http://www.rawpaleodietforum.com/important-info-for-newbies/Basically, most inflammation in the human body is caused by toxins derived from cooking/heating foods. Such toxins include advanced glycation end products(heavily implicated in diseases involved in inflammation and aging, nitrosamines, heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(both the latter also form part of car-exhaust fumes and cigarette-smoke).
I would suggest experimenting with different percentages of raw animal foods to raw plant foods, as well as choosing as wide a variety within those 2 groups as possible. Everybody is different, and some will thrive really well on raw wildcaught shellfish, for example, yet suffer after eating any raw tropical fruit or vice-versa, and so on..
