The study seems duby-ous..... I doubt they used strict controls, and probably just collected meta data from the maternity ward without screening out for other variables. I wonder if they took into account a plethora of other factors, like how in general Pot users are more likely to also smoke tobacco or use other substances, than non stoners. Pot smokers may also be more likely to eat junk food and not exercise.
