Query to RPDers re biting insects and you

I have noticed a recent vast increase of wasps here in Europe the last few months. They seem to love alighting on my skin far more than on anyone else in the neighbourhood. Given that  flies in the summer just love to land on my raw meat dishes, maybe it is the smell of my breath which attracts them? On the other hand, given the above article, maybe it is the microbiota on my  RVAFer skin? Any other RVAFers note that they get more insects hovering over them compared to non-RVAFers?
