ForTheHunt's experimental journal.
« on: March 15, 2010, 08:28:24 am »
Hey guys, the next couple of weeks I'm going to make an experiment.

What I'm going to do is eat lots less food, basically only eat when I'm very hungry and stop eating when not hungry anymore.

Also with every meal I am going to eat a piece of high meat, aged 2 months.

Here are the results I'm hoping to see:

More energy (due to less digesting)
Looking better
Clearer skin
Better breath

Heres what might happen aswell:

Fatigue due to not enough calories
Might look emaciated
Muscle loss

I will write every day what I eat and how it's going.

Cheers,

Hunt

Sounds like you are anticipating failure.  Why even think about negatives??  While it very well might happen, thinking about it ahead of time is really not a healthy attitude.  Drop the negatives and think positive all the way.

Might look emancipated

sorry, but this made me lol... i think you mean emaciated :)

anyway, you are not going to wake up one morning and look into the mirror to see the extremes of either list you provided... you will, however, probably recognize subtleties that will tell you if you are headed in the direction you want or not so that you can decide daily to stay with your plan or change course, whichever is best for you. keep us posted!

Hahaha. Oh dear. Emancipated :)

I don't think I will wake up and see extremes, but yes I think I will be able to see a big difference in two weeks which will tell me whether it's right or wrong :)

Thats for the correction and I will keep you posted.

I'm actually anticipating positive results although I'm just neutral on the whole situation. I don't think this is a situation where positive thinking will help, it will either work or it wont.

Although I am a huge believer in being positive so I appreciate your comment
