Decided to keep track of everything I ate for the past five days.  Over time, I have adjusted my almost 95% raw paleo diet to include other cooked paleo dishes.  Had a good discussion with Chris Kresser about my diet and have put some things in a different perspective now.


Fri
Wake up
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 small calamansi fruit
 
Breakfast
8oz Tuna Sashimi with fresh garlic, tomato, and cold-pressed olive oil
Camote top juice 8 oz
*One fresh avocado
*8 oz fresh orange juice with grated ginger and turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement

Later one whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

Lunch
Tomato and cucumber salad with braggs raw apple cider vinegar 
16 oz fresh juice from cucumber, zucchini, celery spinach, parsley, cilantro, and *one teaspoon raw unheated honey

Later - 3 raw organic chicken yolks 
juice of organic carrot (4), cucumber (1), celery (4 stalks), and parsley

Dinner
*Slightly steamed ocean shrimp with cold-pressed olive oil
*Steamed organic broccoli and cauliflower 
one whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut
*A dozen longan berries

*Snack organic popcorn cooked dry in a glass bowl in the microwave - unheard cold pressed olive oil & a pinch of himalayan sea salt (once a week snack)

Before bed
*8oz raw whole kefir milk 
One whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

Sat
Wake up
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 calamansi fruit

Breakfast
8 oz seared very rare grass fed tenderloin
Sauce of cold pressed olive oil, garlic, basil and rosemary
*One avocado
Camote top juice 8oz
*8oz orange juice with fresh gated ginger and turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement

Later one whole very young coconut 

Lunch 
*Grilled chicken - breast part (probably commercially raised) natural picante sauce of tomato, chili pepper, and olive oil
One young coconut with the coconut meat

Dinner
12 oz tenderloin lightly grilled (commercially raised since we were at a party)
*One small grilled squid
Salad of tomato, cucumber, onion, carrots with *minimal olive and vinegar salad dressing - non organic
Juice from two very young coconut 
*One glass of red wine
*8oz - Perrier water

Before bed 
*8 oz raw whole kefir milk
12 oz coconut water with meat of the coconut

Sunday
Wake up
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 calamansi fruit

Breakfast
*12 medium size ocean shrimp slightly boiled
Sauce of cold pressed olive oil and garlic
*One avocado
Camote top juice 8oz
*8oz orange juice with fresh gated ginger and turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement

One whole coconut with the young coconut meat

Lunch
3 raw organic chicken egg yolks
 juice of 4 organic carrots, one cucumber, 4 stalks celery, and parsley
One whole very young coconut 
Salad of on tomato & one cucumber with bragg's apple cider vinegar

12 longan berries

Dinner
One whole very young coconut
*Steamed squash
*Grilled chicken - breast part (probably commercially raised) natural picante sauce of tomato, chili pepper, and olive oil

*20 longan berries

*8 oz whole raw kefir milk
12 oz young coconut water

Monday
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 calamansi fruit

Breakfast
8 oz seared very rare grass fed tenderloin
Sauce of cold pressed olive oil, garlic, basil and rosemary
*One avocado
Camote top juice 8oz
*8oz orange juice with fresh gated ginger and turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement

One whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

Lunch
3 raw organic chicken yolks 
16 oz juice of organic carrot (4), cucumber (1), celery (4 stalks), and parsley

Later
Tomato and cucumber salad with braggs raw apple cider vinegar 
16 oz fresh juice from cucumber, zucchini, celery spinach, parsley, cilantro, and *one teaspoon raw unheated honey

Dinner

Boiled Sweet potato 
*Small portion of organic brown rice 
One whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

*20 longan berries

*8 oz whole raw kefir milk
12 oz young coconut water

Tuesday
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 calamansi fruit

Breakfast
8 oz seared very rare grass fed tenderloin
Sauce of cold pressed olive oil, garlic, basil and rosemary
*1/2 avocado
Camote top juice 8oz
* ground organic ginger supplement and fresh turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement

one whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

Lunch
Tomato and cucumber salad with braggs raw apple cider vinegar with 1/2 avocado
16 oz fresh juice from cucumber, zucchini, celery spinach, parsley, cilantro, and *one teaspoon raw unheated honey

Later - 2 raw organic chicken yolks 
juice of organic carrot (4), cucumber (1), celery (4 stalks), and parsley

Dinner
*8oz baked norwegian salmon (unfortunately not wild salmon which is impossible to find in the Philippines) with unheated cold-pressed olive oil, garlic, and dill
*Steamed organic broccoli and cauliflower 
*Lightly backed shiitake mushrooms in cold-pressed olive oil
One whole young coconut with young coconut meat

Wednesday

Wake up
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 small calamansi fruit
 
Breakfast
8oz Tuna Sashimi with fresh garlic, tomato, and cold-pressed olive oil
Camote top juice 8 oz
*One/half a fresh avocado

Lunch
3 raw organic duck yolks 
16 oz juice of organic carrot (2), cucumber (1), celery (4 stalks), and parsley

Later
Organic grape tomatoes and cucumber salad with braggs raw apple cider vinegar with 1/2 avocado
16 oz fresh juice from cucumber, zucchini, celery spinach, parsley, cilantro, and *one teaspoon raw unheated honey

Dinner
12oz seared very rare grass fed tenderloin
Sauce of cold pressed olive oil, garlic, basil and rosemary
Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and sweet potato
ground ginger and turmeric 
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement
One whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut

 * recently added after more than 3 months strictly raw paleo

My raw beef went up the mountains to Banaue Rice Terraces and beyond.  Nice view from Native Village Inn with bone marrow, raw beef and beef with vinegar garlic and pepper.

Today morning I stocked my fridge with wild boar meat from the hunter.

I just ate raw wild boar shoulder meat.

Is there ANY better food on this planet? Definetely not!

Please don't tell it anyone...  ;)

Had some raw beef liver and a lot of bone marrow.

Also had some beef muscle.

Then I had a handful of duhat fruit. (the dark purple ones in the picture)

The greenish other fruit is siniguelas, I'll try that later.

Here Gs, check this little guy out. These are the meal worms we have available here. They are not terribly large, nor terribly abundant, so I wouldn't want to have to live off of them, but they are very nutrient dense, well fed. They can be found in piles of firewood and under tree bark. They're about 1.5 - 2 in long. And just like wildcaught fish compared to farmed fish these little guys are much more nutrient dense than those you'll find in the pet store.

The flavor is watery and mildly sweet, there is much more texture than there is flavor, but both together are mild and pleasant. Nothing striking, the other grub I ate a week or two ago was much more flavorful and juicy. I'll be keeping my eyes out for more. I thought about taking a pic in my mouth, but that seemed a little gaudy.

Thanks little wormy for feeding me!

This is a bit of my calf I got with from the documentary people. There is some lamb fat, aged meat, and coconut butter. Some of the calf is bits of minced up T bone and is the most tender red meat ever.

Sushi w/ salmon, cucumber, dulse, carrots, horseradish, wrapped in nori rolls
10 clams, 2 oysters, and 1 coconut. I didn't eat this whole meal at once but I tried to.

Thursday I killed my first rooster. What an experience!
Such an awakening experience.

I stuck it in the fridge over night, hung him by the feet outside in the morning until the afternoon.
Ate all of the meat piece by piece off the animal with knife and teeth, including the heart, liver, and gonads.
The meat was so good. This was one of the most enjoyed meals of my life. I hope to do it again sometime soon.

It's not quite raw paleo, but thought I'd share that I had rare biltong today.

There's a stall that does the proper stuff, and I did what another guy did and ordered some soft stuff, which turned out to be pink and rare in the middle, although obviously it's cured.

2 day ago picture: there was left over blue marlin sashimi and uni sea urchin from my son's birthday party.

The green stuff is wasabe from the party.

The salad stuff is labanos with mango and tomato, the maids made that for themselves.

    Barban's from a mostly cooked paleo site.  I noticed some of the recipes Barban posts in rawpaleodietforum have many ingredients, unlike most of the meals we eat.  Roast duck has one ingredient that I know of. I think a lot of people consider simple one ingredient things to be "raw" regardless of whether heated or not.  Denaturing of food, canning, heat created toxins, cold cooking with vinegar etc may not be things debated about for Barban before, or I could be reading too much in.

    Unless in Aruba roast duck is like me buying a roast cut of bison that's still raw?

    I ate raw whole (no shell) fertile never been chilled unwashed local eggs today, and unheated honey, basil off a plant, and a few pieces of an organic uncooked fresh lemon today.

I quickly need an advice: do you eat the whole tongue? I've never eaten before and the skin seems quite thick! Check the second pic. I can't cut through it with my knife..
And the meat is pretty much unchewable, my knife sucks so I tried biting with my teeth and well almost broke them :D Very very tasty though.





Edit: alright I stripped off the skin. I don't think I'd eat that :) Naked tongue:



Edit: funny how 500g of this meat is a lot cheaper than 100g beef steak :) Bon appetit!

I do eat the whole tongue. The smaller it is the softer it is (lamb one for example).
The toughest is the end part so you've got to cut it to some smaller parts.

cool raw honey and lemon juice with a new bottle of wild honey, a new green lemon source.
