No suet!

My farmers sell at various sites through out my state and they only sell in my city once a month. Unfortunately they forgot to bring my suet. Now i don't have any for a month. What do I do as a substitute?

Well, if you tolerate raw eggs, go for those. I personally find eating too many raw eggs not a good idea as I have a slight food-intolerance issue towards raw eggs(not serious, I just seem to go to the bathroom much sooner than with raw meats, implying that, unlike raw meats, raw eggs don't get digested properly by me).

Or go for raw fatty muscel-meats like raw mutton or raw tongue which is very fatty.
