Since visiting other forums such as caveman forum and dirty carnivore, I found they both have a research tab for any studies that help prove the health benefits of our diet. I have read a bunch of the articles and thought it was a good idea to possibly start one on here.

Well, there are 1,000s of studies proving the harmful effects of cooked foods. Studies done on the harmful effects of non-palaeo foods are fewer in number, but still present. GS will no doubt comment re the necessity of such a tab/forum!

Studies usually don't lead people to change their behavior. Look at smokers! And you can find always a suitable study for anything you desire. hehe.

Nevertheless, a handy compilation of research papers against cooking wouldn't be bad...

Tyler, haven't you written such a list some years ago in your yahoo-forum? BTW: Is this yahoo-paleo-forum still active?

Not very active, more like 2 or 3 posts a month. Used to be more active but rawpaleoforum was so much easier a forum-board  to use that people prefer it here.

As for that list, I need to do something much more comprehensive.
