Lotsa garlic, onions, good bacteria, and a bit (don't overload) or leaves - salad leaves as in lettuce (good digestible ones), arugala, escarole, etc, green leaves. Avoid spinach it's foul.

Marrow. Maybe high meat? Fish and suet def specially omega-3 rich suet.

I don't worry about parasites at all. We've got them for life most likely.
Eat spicy foods once and a while and you should be fine.
I prefer garlic and habanero pepper. Ceviche/tartare are great ways to take them raw.
IMO High meat and stink fish are great probiotics.

I'm curious, how would you discover you had "e.coli" and that it was the culprit of your ill?
Doctors can only find it, they have never proven it actually causes disease.

I'd be afraid of a shark with a beam ray too if I were a parasite.

Just have it eat the human, then the paranoid human problem is solved.
SAD eaters are, most likely, way more at risk.
Raw animal fooders eat a way more good bacteria.

E coli microorganisms are beneficial for the intestinal tract.

I just ate some lamb ribs that sat on the counter for a few days.  It was good, hopefully it had some good bacteria in it.

In some quality that we already have.
But if you eat some extra e.coli what can happen and what should I do to reduce that e.coli population in my intenstinal tract?

No I don't.
I need to know that in case something happens in the future.

Oh sorry, that makes sense, being prepared that is.   -[

I am building myself up, which I am not sure is even necessary, but just to be cautious.  So far I have eaten meat that has sit out for a couple days, and I figure by eating more and more rotten meat, eventually my body will have adapted and it won't be a concern at all, as long as the meat has aged aerobically, which I should be able to tell by the smell.

I think smelling the meat is very important (well, smelling all of your food is) and not instinctual, so I force myself by a conscious act of the will to smell all of my food.  My theory is that it was once taught and was part of human culture until it was replaced by manners of not smelling your food before eating.  Certain animals in the wild are taught what to eat by a parent, for instance some does are taught by their mother what not to eat (certain poisonous plants) and if separated at too young an age will eat poisonous plants and die.

I pull my meat out in the morning and eat it at night. This has worked best for me. Room temp with active bac.

I got sick once, I don't know if it was e. coli or salmonella, but I basically just had a really bad case of diarrhea with painful stomach cramps for like a week.  Might have had slight amount of blood in the stool, too.  Eating any sort of plant foods made it worse, such as veggies/fruit/bread/grains.. animal foods didn't seem to bother it at all.  What helped most was raw milk and raw kefir.  I felt better almost instantly after drinking some raw milk or raw kefir.  I think I also might have bought some raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar at the time, too, but I don't remember if it helped or not, though I'm pretty sure it never made anything worse because I kept it, and used it to help cure my mild urinary tract infection.  I think I was afraid of drinking the apple cider vinegar at first since I was having bad reactions to any type of plant foods, so I think I waited until I was doing better and feeling fine even after eating some fruit, before trying the ACV.

Here is a link to the part of my journal that I was having the problems:

Hi, I'm 32, around 5'4" and ~124lb, no real significant health problems other than hyperventilating when running/exercising (that my doc said was because of the smog/asthma), fatigue, and really bad acne.
I'd preferably be a carnivore/very low carb, but I have had a very hard time finding grass-fed or even organic fats, organs, and marrow. I consume raw dairy, but I do not eat much vegetables.. however, I do love fruit.
I live with my dad, so I also have to sneak any raw meat eating.

I got sick from eating cooked meat on saturday at a paleo event in my area.
Nothing but liquid out my bum and a massive headache for the first 48 hours.
Not often do I eat cooked meat (well done  -v) but when I do i usually regret it.
My position on raw meat is pretty firm, it is the best way for your body.
Eating dry meat is much worse than eating some bugs that whitecoats claim are bad for you.
I convinced at least half of them that raw meat can be delicious, so it was worth it.

Wow I experience the exact same symptoms (2 day headache and bad poop) the last time I ate cooked meat, your digestion really does change when eating raw meat, as I didn't have such problems before on cooked meat.  It is only after switching that my body now says "what are you doing eating this crap?!"

honestly think i have a bug right now
pooping undigested stuff about 8 times a day with stomach ache
the ache for almost 5 days and the poops for 2

today i am going to get some raw sauerkraut, maybe kefir if i can find it
and perhaps a probiotic pill
any suggestions on brand or strains of probiotics?

i felt last week as though i craved some probiotics but didnt have the cash or time to get any, oh well
i guess i am just trying to remain hydrated and throw a lot of lemon and seaweeds in my water and chew up some  celery and greens(we have a ton in the field)
otherwise i feel fine, good energy, don't feel dehydrated, good mood, just my belly is sore and diarrhea

Jarrow is pretty good company. good for the price. Its vegetable/dairy of course. I would only buy the refrigerated stuff. Theres one that has a cartoonized colon with faces on it if I can recall. pretty funny looking so you can't miss it.

...and perhaps a probiotic pill...

High meat has been working well for me.
I also make a ginger lemon honey ferment, it bubbles like a soda and helps a lot with digestion.

1.I slice up ginger and a little bit of turmeric
2.Put them in spring water.
3.Squeeze and drop lemons into the water.
4.Stir in a bunch of honey
Leave it sealed(Not sure if that matters, but you will need to air it out. I have had cottage cheese explode a glass jar. So I am careful with ferments) at room temp and it will bubble in about a day. Throw it in the cold after that, if you want, very refreshing here in the desert.

When hot peppers come into season I will try those.

yeah i pretty much said fuck buying anything and crushed up 10 cloves of garlic, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then added that to room temp water, used some holy basil and oil or oregano tincture as that is what i had on hand and drank down the whole mix...
i feel much better! i think it just needed to pass...its interesting though because i definitely had a few pimples this morning so it was may have just been an imbalance in bacteria in my stomach, not necessarily some horrible pathogen...i did buy some raw sauerkraut though, im going to use it as a starter for more batches in the future

I took...
Green cabbage
Purple cabbage
Broccoli

Slice it up to your liking, I like thin long slices. Some use food processors.
Squeeze and knead the juice out of them and put them into a jar with the liquid above the plant matter.
I have had success with salt before, but this time I tried lemon in one of the half gallons instead.
Both seem to be developing just fine, although I had to put the last batch's juice in too because I did not squeeze out enough juice.
