As a matter of fact I live outside of Lexington, right on the edge of Nicholasville. I have been low carb raw paleo for about two years. Danville is about a 45 minute drive from me.

Perhaps we can share info on local food sources.
I am fond of pasture raised lamb, goat, and calf.
