Egg, kidney, purple cabbage, garden greens, stinging nettle, carrots, sprouted linseeds, kiwi fruit to finish...

Hand over to the electric slave / food processor for the hard labour

Yum, tastes good and solid enough to enjoy a giving it a good chewing !

Yum!

Did you cook that egg? Did you chew on the carrots all the way up including the greens like a rabbit? Do you use any sauce or dressing?

Do you do well mixing fruit with other foods? I never seem to. The only thing I seem to be able to mix fruits with are pulverized, smashed, creamed, sprouted nuts and seeds. That mix sits incredibly well for me. Those kiwis on top - I would just eat the kiwis or just eat what's under it never both at the same time. Makes for too much after dinner "noise". ;)

Hi Dorothy, I cracked the raw egg into food processor first, then kidney, since these gave the most liquid. Then in with it all including the carrot tops. I see now that it may be a bit low in energy for an active person, and have found some fatty pork ribs defrosting in the fridge to add to the next one.

On a SMD I'm normally very windy, but this mix seems to be very balanced for me. I see it like making compost, as digestion is just a fancy word for decomposition. When making compost its best to have small sawdust sized particles with the different material types mixed up. This creates a new meta material where neighbouring microbe communities on the different islands can exchange excess nutrients.

The only food combining problems I have are carbs with either fruit or protein.

Oh - I get it now! You took the ingredients on top to make the dish on the bottom! Cool.

I thought the plate on the top was a separate dish! That top dish made me really happy to see - it's pretty much how I eat - just add some sauce, dressing and/or avocado.

In a way you pre-digested your meal in the food processor huh? I do somethings like that too.

heh that much looks like what i ate on the farm all last summer, id blend up all kinds of greens and veggies into a saucy soupy thang and then pour that on top of raw meat and livers and sometimes yogurt.  it was amazingly delicious and quick lasting energy.  i dont think i could get down with adding fruits to the mix though.  the best i could do is red onions and watermelon, they were both in season at the time and amazing together

Here's another version with 4 eggs and greens, the liquid of the eggs made it more soupy:

Fruit, protein, greens all mixed is still good for me.
I'll experiment with fat next and see how that goes : )

They were all good, especially as a way to eat raw offal as a beginner.
Now I am used to the taste of variety meats I have just been using my teeth.
