You can do any nut flour, almond, hazelnut or coconut but I would personally only use coconut flour as it has much lesser antinutrient and almost no omega 6 compared to other nut flour and almond or hazelnut flour are rather heavy, you eat way more then it feels like.

We are a RAW paleo site, so we don't really go much for the flours.

Grinding nuts to make it into a flour still remain raw, just do it yourself to be sure rather then going for processed ones.

I like to put pork rinds in the food processor and use that like flour. It works for pancakes, haven't attempted anything else. Not exactly a raw food though.
My basic health philosophy:

1. If it is advertized on TV, don't touch it.
2. If it is recommended in the news, do the opposite.
3. If it makes most people afraid, it might be good for you.

Yes it remains raw, but not paleo since grinding mills appeared in the neolithic.
Cause and effect are distant in time and space in complex systems, while at the same time there’s a tendency to look for causes near the events sought to be explained. Time delays in feedback in systems result in the condition where the long-run response of a system to an action is often different from its short-run response. — Ronald J. Ziegler
