scar tissue
« on: August 01, 2015, 09:17:38 pm »
what causes scar tissue? i notice after I workout i have lots of scar tissue in my lower leg(calf, near/around shin bones, feet) and all around my body in general...

can the amount of scar tissue formation be reduced somehow(diet? supplements?)?

or it is perfectly normal to be FULL with scar tissues after a training? if so, how do you get rid of them?

what diet should a decathlete follow? its all about explosive power(sprints, throws, jumps)...
Pumping out units, I mean kids, aka bringing innocent beings into this ‘heavenly’ dimension of misery, suffering, struggling, pain and DEATH, WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION/CONSENT, is NOT the solution/remedy/cure for your personal problems/issues such as: boredom, poverty, selfishness, loneliness, low IQ, **megalomania, shallowness, emptiness, vanity, hero complex syndrome, narcissism, virtue signalling syndrome. Please stop being a sadist, masochist and find a more useful/constructive hobby. 😉

Scar tissue forms on the skin when the skin has been injured and then healed. Scar tissue is regular skin but it lines up differently. Are you really talking about scar tissue? or soreness of muscles after workouts?

What kind of scar tissue are you talking about? I can't figure out what sort of scar tissue would form from workouts. Maybe you mean pain in the muscles?
