I bought bulk vacuum packed meat refrigerated for 10 days, it smelled immediately after opening.
Is this safe to eat?

Will washing the meat off do it good? Any advice would be appreciated, I spent quite a bit on the meat.

Off Topic / Website for those interested in male hormone production

-Helps to you to understand the relation ship between male hormones and fructose, sugar, fat, cholesterol, plant chemicals, macro nutrients, supplements and much more.

-includes introduction articles and advice for management of estrogen SHBG, DHT and T.

Alot of what is provided in the older written articles basically prove what is talked about nutritionally on this site albeit is sometimes misinformed regarding things like plant vitamin A and the like.

Ignore the meal plans.

Primal Diet / Can I make high meat outside the fridge?
« on: April 08, 2018, 02:18:38 pm »
I have my head set on trying high meat and saw elsewhere on this forum that it can be made in only 4 days in a jar outside of the fridge as long as It is aired a minimum of 3 times a day for 1 minute.
Is this safe and relevant for high meat to get high?
Do I need to fill up the jar to halfway or can I put less meat in?

I am asking this because I want some definitve answers and or possible experience/suggestions.
Thank you.

Display Your Culinary Creations / 16th Century Paleo Drinks

A paleo electrolyte energy drink with fruit juices and fructose etc.

Both can be made in a large variety of ways and are very hydrating especially when including raw apple cider vinegar in their creation.  They can also be an alternative to low carb vegetables for hydration if you don't have any laying around or as a treat.
Real mead or mineral water can be used instead of wine, raw honey instead of sugar and so on so forth.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Beef alternatives?
« on: March 21, 2018, 05:17:28 am »
I have become intolerant to beef for the time being and am looking for alternatives.
Would anyone recommend, say eating raw farmed shellfish instead for a while?

I only have access to wild seafood on occasion and don't have any sources for fully pastured animals other than beef/lamb.
I digest shellfish like oysters, clams, crab, mussels, lobster, scallops and the likes with ease.

Off Topic / Affodable Canadian/Euro hunting gun

Sks is super cheap and quality big game hunting gun for Canadians and some European countries.  Americans on the other hand will typically have to pay upwards of 500 for one of them.
Comes with its own cleaning kit in the buttstock and more stuff if your lucky.

If youre more of a paleo primitivist Jhonn Riggs makes an excellent book on how to make your own bow and string out of animal sinew etc.

An introductory video to one of the reasons that paleo people found have such impeccable oral as well as facial health outside of diet and why your face is the way it is and how it can be changed.

Dr Mike Mew is a leading orthotropist specializing in understanding facial growth and has hundreds of videos on his youtube channel that give essential knowledge about your constantly changing face and how you inadvertently effect your faces ability to breathe, grow and attract others.

In addition it is my intuition that as a result of natural selection our intelligence level will facilitate us to promote greater oral posture based on our understanding of the things around us because our oral posture and body posture are affected by our mind (our face is attached to our head after all) which in turn reflects us to others.

Civilization and all its intricacies can exasperate this process.  After all, the way we live and think today is far different than the usual.

Cremini mushrooms are BASED at keeping you hydrated. I just found some of these in my fridge after having a really strange oddly carb related headache from switching to the mostly keto (RPD) diet and after having a few of these am already in love with these little things.  I dont usually get headaches but they solved them instantly and are apparently loaded with compounds and nutrients associated with cleansing like CLA and potassium, b vitamins etc.  I also had a crap ton of apple juice because of a liver cleanse im prepping for so that was probably what got me.
These mushrooms apparently have chemicals that help in the digestion of meat and cholesterol as well as also being highly anticancerous which is exactly what im looking for right now.

Important Info for Newbies / Essential questions about eating Raw Meat
« on: January 18, 2018, 02:53:10 am »
I have already looked into the health benefits of RVAF and just need some questions answered for me conclusively before I can start.  This forum is a bit hard for me to navigate to find the info im looking for.  Raw meat consumption is considered greatly to be a fringe activity after all.
I understand the concept of symbiosis but have not come across any links or conclusive discussions as of yet about parasites.

1. Are there any serious harmful toxins or parasites that I can get if I eat applicable raw grass fed animals like beef? (links? opinions?)
- Furthermore how does symbiosis come into play here and how are raw fish, as well as raw chicken parasites and viruses different to us than other animals?

2. If I eat some, but not alot of raw meat or stop eating raw meat all together will I run into problems with parasite growth infestation?

3.  How should I handle a parasite infestation if I were to suspect one?

4. Should raw animals eaten ALWAYS be free of hormones/antibiotics (organic supermarket meat)?

5. What are the side effects? I saw a forum post about cholesterol build up in someones eye from possibly eating backfat. 0_0

6. Can i store meat in an opened container in my fridge and how long?

7. Most of the grass fed meat etc at my organic market are in vacuum sealed plastic, is this ok?
How long can it stay in there? etc

8. Can I start eating raw stuff whenever I want without a raw nutritional coach or professional?

ALOT of the websites listed on this site are completely out of order.

Welcoming Committee / Interested Newbie looking to start Raw meat diet
« on: January 16, 2018, 03:52:21 pm »
Hello I am interested in starting to eat raw meat and have read and watched quite a bit so far including a youtuber by the name of sv3rige.
Any concerns I should know would be appreciated.  I don't want to go into this too quickly.  Im curious to the curative benefits of the diet and have been having some problems with muscle tension due to an injury to the pelvis I got months ago at the gym if that is of any relevance to the diet...

Thank you for your time.
