Looks like more people are discovering the fact that the appendix is actually useful. In this video there is also an explanation why people eating cooked meat may get B12 deficient:

I was fascinated by the survival story of these people in the wilds of Siberia.

Especially this: "Dmitry built up astonishing endurance, and could hunt barefoot in winter, sometimes returning to the hut after several days, having slept in the open in 40 degrees of frost, a young elk across his shoulders."

Imagine what is possible on a raw diet.

There is an aspect of compromise (regarding diet as well), but I'll let you read about it.

Health / anybody used vertical Tanning Beds?
« on: January 19, 2013, 12:34:54 am »
has anybody used vertical Tanning Beds? what was your experience?

I'm thinking it may be a good idea to get one but I would like to know if they are worth it in terms of reliability and effects. The alternative is to eat more fish (which I've been doing already).

Also, are there any sites from Europe that sell similar beds to the ones from Mercola (I mean in terms of UVA/UVB spectrum).

Hello,

What are, in your opinion, the top 5 raw food sites in the world and why?

By top sites, I mean the best balance between traffic and content quality on raw food.

Hello,

What's your understanding/ idea of the subject of extraterrestrial life?

I used to think that, while extraterrestrial life can exist and some ufo's seen may have been real, they were probably
just passing by earth and were more like "look at those primitives, let's go to a planet that is more cool".

After I checked out some of Bashar's videos, it seems to be an ongoing communication between us and them through
certain individuals with the scope of helping us evolve.
Bashar seems to be standing out because his message is right up with the most inspirational thinkers of our time.
A guy named Darryl Anka says he is channeling this being through telepathy since 25 years or so.

Well, regardless of the accuracy of his description, the messages are really empowering.

Some examples (of many on youtube):

Bashar on surrender, excitement and anxiety

He also talks about a natural diet and detox here:

Exercise / Bodybuilding / Body by Science - 12 min workout a week
« on: October 17, 2012, 06:01:50 pm »
Hello,

Has anyone here tried program described in the Body by Science book or a similar one? What results did you get?

I tried it for a month and it seems that my muscles have increased (at least in density) as the time under tension increased by just a few seconds in some cases.

For those of you who dont know about this style of training check out:

Hot Topics / Epic Caveman Meal Time - who wants to be famous?
« on: December 09, 2011, 04:39:52 pm »
so again... who wants to be famous?

If you do, here is a "paleo" way:

- get together with a gang of people that eat paleo food.
- make a youtube account called EpicCavemanMealTime or some other  catchy name.
- come up with all kinds of recipes based on raw meat and one particular staple ingredient (you can use Aajonus book for inspiration)
- film yourself making them (with an attitude, music etc) and than eat them.

... and you can have MILLIONS of views like these guys:

Slaughterhouse Christmas Special - Epic Meal Time

Let's face it, reasoning your way into making people accept paleo is the slow way.

Have fun :-)

Hot Topics / Is stopping menstruation good or bad?
« on: November 15, 2011, 03:55:07 am »
Hello all,

I recently learned that some vegans/people believe that stopping menstruation is somehow good. I always thought that was supposed to be a natural thing, but I'm not an expert anyway...

So, is there anyone who read "The Mystery of Menstruation by Raymond Bernard"? What do you think about that? Any experiences?

After a quick google I found the first chapters here: http://tinyurl.com/c8qdj6c

Looks like a trip to space makes the seeds grow giant fruits and vegetables:

Maybe some of you can repeat the "iPhone into space" experiment and send some seeds (or eggs!) to see what happens:

Can you add RSS to this forum?

I think it would be a nice improvement, especially for those that do not have time to check the forum daily.

Thanks.

In my language the word "raw" is synonymous with "cruel". Not too god for advertising.

Apparently there are still uncontacted tribes out there.

From this picture, now, we know that our ancestors were fruitarians and used bows to shoot apples off the tree...

Info / News Items / Announcements / Bacteria 'R' Us
« on: October 19, 2010, 07:53:54 pm »
Interesting article about bacteria:

http://www.miller-mccune.com/science-environment/bacteria-r-us-23628/

"In a series of recent findings, researchers describe bacteria that communicate in sophisticated ways, take concerted action, influence human physiology, alter human thinking and work together to bioengineer the environment. These findings may foreshadow new medical procedures that encourage bacterial participation in human health. They clearly set out a new understanding of the way in which life has developed on Earth to date, and of the power microbes have to regulate both the global environment and the internal environment of the human beings they inhabit and influence so profoundly."

Totally random thought.

Do you think vegans will develop horns?

No other carnivore has horns, but there are herbivores that have them.

Off Topic / Example of propaganda
« on: September 25, 2010, 05:28:37 pm »

The two videos demonstrate how well the average population responds to propaganda (they have 1000+ likes).

Also notice how little RAF is mentioned. This shows the current tendency to include it in the same ballpark as raw vegan diets.
