Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Zero-Carb Scientific Endorsement?
« on: November 18, 2011, 02:53:44 am »
To the medical nazis standards..

Anyway certain amount of carbohydrates has to do some good for us we still have plain evidence that the liver converts proteins to glucose so if we have a quiet stable supply of nutritious carbohydrates like tubers(THE LIVER OF THE PLANTS) or some low fructose fruits we could  take some stress of the liver because gluconeogenesis creates acidity and other byproducts?

So Tyler you say the amount of fats and the fats themselves are not the problem as long as they are free of any toxins? Kinda makes sense because after all the liver is supposed to be the filter so it probably takes all the shit but what it does with it? Does it dump it all in the intestines when detox is triggered?  I mean it's supposed to get the waste out and not store it?

General Discussion / Dietary fat on liver
« on: November 14, 2011, 09:44:02 pm »
I am eating so much fat this days and I'm scared that I can wreck my liver with this kind of a diet... I really don't know anything about the liver and how it gets wrecked or how liver diseases are being developed and how high fat diets contribute to all those liver problems. Could anyone elaborate on the liver mechanism so I can be sure in what I'm doing and it's not damaging me.. How the honey butter combo affects it or any other fat and what about cooked fats what they do to the liver? I eat so much butter eggs fatty meats sometimes cooked too.

General Discussion / Goats butter vs cow butter

Goats butter has wayy more cholesterol than cow butter and way more short chain fatty acids that are a direct source of energy. Which of those foods is healthier??? Goat butter fat molecules ar natualy homogenized and are super easy on the liver.. I tried the goat butter yesterday and the only thing i wasn't impressed by is the taste it tasted sheeeeeeeeppyyy oh and the things they say about goat butter is white because beta carotene converted to vit a more efficiently is not necessarily true!! My butter is yellow I don't know what is the exact mechanism behind it but my butter is yellow and super rich in calories !! Goat butter is way more caloric than cow so it's best for energy source I guess ! What do you think guys btw it's probably less estogenic and more pro thyroid because the MCFA

If you have never processed an animal, I would worry about that more than worrying about how to store the animal.

my grandpa does the processing for me he separates everything perfectly we even take the intestines and make sausages from it to cook we fill the intestines with ground meat and onions spices and stuff

General Discussion / How to preserve a whole animal?
« on: October 29, 2011, 05:58:20 pm »
Well lets say I got a whole animal a sheep which I Butchered my self and skinned now I want to preserve its organs and meats in such a manner that I can eat it raw should I put it in the refrigerator on plates without covering the meat so it wont spoil with bad bacteria?

I want to buy whole animals every month and preserve them for a whole month so I can eat it for the whole month of course.

anybody doing something like that, my biggest fear is that the meat will spoil  -\ perhaps it will get high and full of good bacteria if I wont cover it ?

Maybe I should hang in the refrigerator? or ground it all like lex dose and put into boxes for daily portions ?
Whats the best method?

Edit: Can I eat the kidneys raw without cleaning them with warm water some told me they might have bad stuff in them? anybody?

And I am afraid of eating the liver of the sheep in huge portions because I read that it has too much vitamins in it and can be toxic .

I think it aids weight gain because it's more absorbable/digestible.  I eat fermented raw goat milk pretty much daily.

Awesome!! can you tell me more about your experience with this food? how did you feel when you first started with it? what did it do for you? eeeeeeeeeeee im very excited I am introducing goat milk and goji berries to my diet but before im doing a huge research on them both  :)

And why you eat particularly goat milk and not cow ? what made you add this to your diet?

Thanks man!!

Primal Diet / question on raw milk
« on: October 13, 2011, 02:58:11 am »
I dont have a source to raw cow milk...
But I do have a source to raw grassfed goat milk!!

I don't have any problems with dairy.. non at all in fact i dont have problems with it to such extent
that i can easily digest pasturized milk products (yup the highly Processed grainfed crap)

So I was wondering if I add raw grassfed goat milk to my diet will it be somehow different from cow milk??

Is it better than cow milk ? will it give me health more than cow milk??

I need your opinions  brothers as I feel that raw dairy might really be the best next thing in my life.

I crave milk i want milk but so far never gave raw milk a shot...

General Discussion / Re: Food combining
« on: October 02, 2011, 12:25:58 am »
The more I combine the more uncomfortable I feel and the longer I wait for the food to leave the stomach.
Of course at first when you stop combining all kinda mixes that you are used to that release dopamine in the brain, the satisfaction level after meals will be kinda low but as the time passes it will feel normal you will taste food somehow different you will start to change mentally your digestion will be at its peak!!! this shit is madness!!!!

How much omega3 does it has  whats the ratio is it good to eat lots of it??
I'm thinking about mixing cold pressed coconut butter with raw honey and eat huge ammount everyday of this mixture!

I just need more information on coconuts to know what Im doing here.

Health / Re: distended colon (newbie)
« on: September 18, 2011, 02:31:34 am »
I would:

- load up on probiotics x5 to x10 the dosage
- I would NOT eat vegetables
- I'd eat raw fatty meats and raw fatty fish
- And minimize fruit.

Let the raw meat and raw fat and the probiotics heal the colon.

And then I would explore barefoot herbalist LBB capsules to restore colon strength.

I would give that dude exactly the same advice from personal expirience !!!
meandk listen to Edwin his methods work he helped me curing my gut now I digest cooked food like NUTHIN!!!

Hot Topics / the best omega 3 supplement?
« on: August 26, 2011, 12:58:23 am »
I never supplemented with omega 3.. recently I read alot about it and its impacts on one's health and as I'm not a huge fan of fish I believe I need this extra supplement to get the omega3,6 ratio balanced.

How do I choose the best omega 3 supplements, what should I look for?
anybody supplementing with it already? maybe share your experience?

What about doctor mercola fish oil or salmon oil?
