Making Butter at Home

Good one.

So the fastest way would be with a blender, but maybe it would not have the same great taste if it touches metal.

I wonder if this thing would work faster than shaking it.

Interesting article about bacteria:

http://www.miller-mccune.com/science-environment/bacteria-r-us-23628/

"In a series of recent findings, researchers describe bacteria that communicate in sophisticated ways, take concerted action, influence human physiology, alter human thinking and work together to bioengineer the environment. These findings may foreshadow new medical procedures that encourage bacterial participation in human health. They clearly set out a new understanding of the way in which life has developed on Earth to date, and of the power microbes have to regulate both the global environment and the internal environment of the human beings they inhabit and influence so profoundly."

Isolating the cream is the easiest part, you just leave it until it accumulates on top.

What's the best and quickest way to make raw butter?

Traditionally, the butter is made like this (and it takes 40 minutes or more):

I switched the shaving cream with butter but it's not as quick. With butter, my skin gets a more soft.

Funny you mention that. I am a little more careful not to bite my tongue because my canines are much more sharper now.

If you were wondering weather I'm bragging about my vampire-like fangs.. yes  :P.

This is all for your own protection. Can't you see?  ;D

Seriously, that does sound weird.

Regarding Parent Essential Oils, his point is that these oils are LA & ALA (parents) and that they should be consumed instead of DHA & EPA (derivatives) because our body makes DHA and EPA from parent oils anyway. People are being deceived by those selling supplements in order to take DHA & EPA and often experience health problems such as insulin resistance etc.

DHA & EPA can be raw too.

Aajonus says that human digestive system should be more naturally acidic and geared toward digesting meat.

Totally random thought.

Do you think vegans will develop horns?

No other carnivore has horns, but there are herbivores that have them.

Really interesting video about the inefficiency/corruption of a government system:

Does suet really lubricate?  I know butter works well, moisturizing formula.

The idea is to see if suet gets digested better if blended with some lemon, honey and eggs. To see if all signs of undigested suet that people report will decrease.

Anybody having problems digesting it willing to try?

This may help:

http://www.newtreatments.org/hypo.php

Interesting, but doesn't really explain why.

It is possible that the adrenal hormones (cortisol and adrenaline) are required for gluconeogenesis.

The fact that cortisol is required does not necessarily mean it will lead to adrenal fatigue.

I remember Aajonus talking about how cooked foods are very taxing to the glands. Maybe some people have them a little "fried" and they experience those symptoms. Carnivores don't get adrenal fatigue and neither did original Inuits (or at least nobody complied).

Matt's latest post. Quite interesting.
"Insulin also works on an axis with the catecholamines – which includes cortisol. When insulin goes up, adrenal activity falls. When insulin goes down, adrenal activity picks up. Keep insulin too low for too long and you run the risk of adrenal fatigue. You are also likely to increase the activity of cortisol (which, unlike carbohydrate ingestion, actually DOES cause insulin resistance) by keeping insulin levels suppressed, which increases insulin resistance, decreases testosterone, decreases fat burning, and otherwise takes you ever-closer to metabolic syndrome."

Anybody know why should the adrenal activity increase when insulin production is down? What's the point?

One of the cool things about this forum is that you keep posting things about fruit I never heard of.  :)

Anybody tried to make Aajonus lubrication formula with suet instead of butter?

If you try it, let me know if it improves this fat digestion (this is one of the reasons it includes lemon and honey).

human body is designed to receive and absorb animal fats. if you aren't taking xenical, then actual undigested fat in your stools is a sign of a morbidity.

Can you explain how you came to this conclusion?

So I started eating lots of suet and boom, out of the blue I get this huge patch of eczema on my neck. Never had any problems on my neck before. Always been silky smooth beautiful skin. And even now after I've stopped it's still there.

I really doubt that the real cause for your condition was suet, especially if it came from a healthy animal.

School is usually a mind numbing institution.

It's interesting how our IQ has increased but the school system has not adapted. Watch this:

If you want to get even more paranoid, you can use a device that measures milk density and you can determine if it has been combined with water.

What's your way around detergents?

I tried indian soap nuts and they dont work at all.

I think once the skin on your feet hardens, you don't need to be as careful when running barefoot.

Maybe this topic should be in the Exercise / Bodybuilding section btw.

The two videos demonstrate how well the average population responds to propaganda (they have 1000+ likes).

Also notice how little RAF is mentioned. This shows the current tendency to include it in the same ballpark as raw vegan diets.

Probably the best method would be tantra, but it requires some skill.
