Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Please help!

Im pretty sure that the beef I eat will be grain feed- but will check this weekend when I see my butcher.

I would love to include honey in my shakes and did so two days ago but I thought it might be better to exclude it as it could have been contributing to my outbreaks? The same goes for the dairy- I would love to include butter etc. But thought it would be more sensible to exclude it at the moment while trying to get my skin under control.

Have I got this wrong?

Thanks T 800

Well I eat grainfed beef my self but only because I have no other choice here where I am
But in the UK you can find grassfed beef so you might devote few short weeks to find that top quality beef
to be 100 percent happy you are getting all the benefits.

as for the shakes I would include raw carbs and fats because I am pretty active and need those calories if you active too its fine try it
if you feel good continue if not try elimnation diet until you find what suits you.

Follow your instincts they already brought you here.

If the rump steak is from grassfed cow then your diet seems perfect to me.

The only thing I would change is the shakes I would add some raw honey and/or fruits , raw cream, butter.
and the meat I would eat huge ground mix with organs fat and lean cuts about 2kg.

If I understand correctly you feel a little bit sick so make sure you get grassfed beef because some RAFers claim that grainfed didn't do much for them.

E coli microorganisms are beneficial for the intestinal tract.

In some quality that we already have.
But if you eat some extra e.coli what can happen and what should I do to reduce that e.coli population in my intenstinal tract?

Achilezzz what can you do regarding the 1-leg squat? I would do it 18 times no momentum with full relaxation at the bottom, but only on a stool or a beam etc, I didn't do it on the flat like Sully. I don't do it at all now though, I prefer to do only more natural exercises like running, climbing, carrying etc.

I need to do this 1 leg squat I want to mater this exercise I have read a book about bodyweight training culture and it says that the 1 legged squat is the ultimtae exercise for the legs.

Unfortunatelly I cant accomplish this feat of strength I have very long thighbones and I  dont have the best build for squating.
I belive if I master this exercise my vertical will improve like crazyyyyy so I concentrate on this move now alot.

Try doing 2x30 slow 1 leg squat every other day for a year do it slow feel the burn after a year you will develop monster legs your knees will be so strong man I can bring 1000 quotes about this one.

My stupid thighbones length make it hard to do even bodyweight 2 legs squat I feel like Im going to  fall back if I go deep.
And what makes squating even more difficult for me is that I have naturally tight hamstring and calves.
I can do the full squat with 2 legs only if I wear some nike shoes with elevated heels. like 4cm or so.

you guys should  be proud of yourself if you can do that.

 E. Coli: Livestock fed corn silage and animal byproducts are more likely to carry E. coli 0157:H7 than other livestock, such as grass-fed livestock. Ref: Herriott, D.E., D.D. Hancock, et al. (1998) Journal of Food Protection 61(7):802-7.
The gastric juices in the human stomach destroy 99.99% of the normal type of E. coli found in grass-fed livestock.  A high percentage of the acid resistant E. coli from grain-fed livestock will survive the same acid bath in the human stomach and can cause major health problems. Ref: Diez-Gonzalez, F., T.R. Callaway, et al. (1998) Science 281(5383): 1666-8.

Sorry for bumping an old thread guys but I have to ask something.

What are those major health problems that this ecoli can cause?
I need that info because I'm about getting my self frozen organic ground beef and I am scared of parasites and bacteria like ecoli.

how so ?

Oh sorry I just read the facts and it doesnt.

Quote
Currently there are many products on the market which claim to contain health promoting "omega 3", but contain only ALA, not EPA or DHA. These products contain mainly plant oils and must be converted by the body to create DHA and are therefore less effective. DHA and EPA are made by microalgae that live in seawater.

Smoothies with berries and raw eggs are a good breakfast / pre workout shake nothing special about it just taste and nutrients unless you are on a 1 meal a day diet or something.

+ they digest super fast  :)

So you are trying to protect the food from saliva, correct?

yeah in cases where you blend meat.

But im not sure if the  blended meat is more digestible than regular chunks because they say ground meat is less digestible so I think
blended meat will be even worse...

But I still dont understand the logic ..

Raw meats from magnesium-rich pastures I guess.

Yeah haha But some meat just naturally has higher concentration of particular minerals and vitamins like chiken vs beef who got more zinc :D

I do it all the times when I do suicides on basketball court.

I saw a program on national geographic where they explain this...

Human skin can sweat so it can constantly cool itself in nature but dogs dont so they usually stop and put their tongues out to get cooled this is one of the main reasons we human are the best runners on earth!!!!!!!

make sure you understand the importance of potassium, magnesium and calcium...sodium is much more present in our food supply as potassium, cal and mag have been deplete in much of our soil (thus our food supply) over the years....these elements are needed for the proper functioning of the mitochondria(our own bacteria in each cell!) that produce energy for your cells, organics, systems and body...as well as other functions throughout the body...

WORD!!!
But the biggest worry is the magnesium...
What raw meats contain the most magnesium I really want to know that thanks.
