Hello Grithnir :) Welcome, I'm glad to see you here!

If you are available the morning of November fifth, I hold an internet group voice chat group of raw animal food eaters.  A couple of the people in the group may be good connections for you, as they are using raw food and some have weaned off medications.

Do you know a source for it?

I'm only quoting AV's stuff vaguely from memory. Maybe the bentonite was fine, I just recall that edible french green clay was always recommended over others.

There are bottles of bentonite, sodium bentonite, from clay exposed to high heat.  Often green clay has not been heated and is safe to use and helpful.

VICTORY. LA County Board of Supervisors respond positively to Aajonus' and protestors request for private food club rights, and go on record approving individual rights to private association and to choose non-government sanctioned foods, including high bacteria foods. The Chair of the Board of Supervisors, Michael Antonovich, is in the process of drawing up the resolution in writing to formally send to the Health Dept for notification before coming back to the Board of Supervisors for formal approval.
posted 8:30 PM Pacific time California

Hopefully it's over, raw food won't be held hostage any longer.

Primal Diet / Re: Best way to make raw butter?
« on: March 24, 2011, 01:33:01 pm »
is there any difference in eating the raw cream vs eating it after you've churned it into butter?

Yes, one requires 60 less enzymes than the other.

Butter is one of the easiest dairy products to make, especially with the use of modern kitchen equipment.

Cacao butter isn't a primal diet or paleo food I've heard of.  Which kitchen equipment have you tried?

If you eat raw meat, make kefir at home with raw grassfed or juice vegetables you are welcome to chat here anytime.  All you need is a fb account, twitter or myspace or to join the site.  I don't screen it, so when you join you're automatically a member.

Took a while, and explains in the video why

AV does not view raw eggs as any good as he views the protein

removing stray cancer cells from the body

That's great raw!  Thanks for the response.  And that's right.

She's making another video tonight.  I'm chatting with her right now, and she told me.

it turns the discussion into a freak show.

Yes, I'm not sure we should be making a show of it or not.  People could call it freakish.  But then we could show support of each other by commenting on the youtubes what we really think for everyone to see.

So far I find a stand mixer makes it easier, faster and better than other ways I've tried.

At last I got a stand mixer yesterday.  I made a substantial amount of butter with it today.  It came out better than any butter I've made or had.  I eat raw grassfed dairy, but still have to follow sensible rules of food combing and digestion.

Off Topic / Re: Example of propaganda
« on: September 29, 2010, 09:07:47 am »
Hi Eric.  I can probably get it removed.  Raw animal foods just seem to help so much, that germs don't hurt me anymore, and I know the same for many others.  I know other people too who eat mostly cooked and no raw animal foods, and they don't subscribe to the germ theory, and their immune systems seem to get stronger when they stopped worrying about germs.  Call the post in question a joke in poor taste.  I just feel really well having learned ways around antiseptics, antibiotics, unnatural solvents and detergents.

I just made a group for people to argue against germ theory.  You don't have to eat raw or eat animal foods to join.

General Discussion / Re: Dry ageing vs highmeat

Raw fooder gives friends highmeat for the first time.
If anyone's thinking of trying to dry age their beef for raw consumption, don't waste your time.
Thanks.  I agree.
