Science / Another view on the paleo diet
« on: December 19, 2019, 02:08:28 am »
Found this interesting documentary about the paleo diet. She has some good points but actually she presents some things that contradict her views without realizing it and she doesn't mention things like liver and meat having vitamin c. But I found some interesting articles because of this docu I will link them. Also very interesting that stuff she mentions about the gut, that traditional societies have a whole different gut microbiome and it looks similar. And all industrial people have similar gut microbiomes interesting if true. Also fresh (whole) foods I think might be important I tend to forget that. How long storage or wrong storage of foods might harm foods. What do you guys think?

Science / Gobekli-Tepe built by Hunter-Gatherers 12000 bc
« on: November 16, 2019, 11:49:27 pm »
I don't care what you call them but it seems like the gobekli-tepe builders were not not "Vegans" they found wild animals at that site. They say in the documentary that it is what they mainly ate. It is supposedly the oldest temple/site discovered older than stone-henge, pyramids. What do you guys think?

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Another failed Carnivore Attempt
« on: November 12, 2019, 11:12:22 pm »
Wanted to share my experience. Have tried to go carnivore again, did it for 3 weeks. First two weeks were alright energy wise. No more cracking joints like last time because I drank as much as I wanted, last time I restricted according to AVs suggestion. Like during the last failed attempt I developed some kind of "brown" plaque on my teeth, even on just fruits my teeth don't look so "stained" like on meat only, hmm. Disgusting taste in the mouth especially at night or after waking up. Terrible, very strong odour from the mouth or rather stomach/intestines. Reduced saliva, as I said my saliva/mouth tasted disgusting and it was kinda viscous. During week three additionally weakness, blurry vision?, terrible brain fog, constipation too. I repeat 3 weeks on meat and water only, some salt to taste not a single carb or even egg. I just have a lot of different guesses no definite answer. I had to stop it, blurry vision was a new one what the hell. Even though I had some liver. Currently doing better on grass-fed raw milk plus fruits. Most symptoms are disappearing. Especially the foul breath and brown plaque on teeth, disgusting saliva.

Continuing my series on phosphates.
Phosphates are very harmful to kidneys too afaik. I have kidney problems that's why I have a personal vendetta against these kidney-damaging chemicals.

Add to Glyphosate all the other hidden/added phosphates to meat. I am still amazed at how these chinese added PHOSPHATES in HIGH amounts to wild-caught fish and hid that fact. And then blame MEAT for health problems. And that conventional beef is eating that Glyphosate-Phosphate too I guess so you are getting it into your body without it being a food additive too probably. And it contains a glycine compound too? Can imagine how destructive it can be once consumed.

Quote from wikipedia:

"Glyphosate (IUPAC name: N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine) is a broad-spectrum systemic herbicide and crop desiccant. It is an organophosphorus compound, specifically a phosphonate, which acts by inhibiting the plant enzyme 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase. It is used to kill weeds, especially annual broadleaf weeds and grasses that compete with crops. It was discovered to be an herbicide by Monsanto chemist John E. Franz in 1970. Monsanto brought it to market for agricultural use in 1974 under the trade name Roundup. Monsanto's last commercially relevant United States patent expired in 2000."

Off Topic / More fake food out of Asia (mostly China). Fake honey.
« on: November 04, 2019, 05:20:42 pm »
According to this German documentary honey is the 3rd most faked food in the world. And almost all of the fake foods are coming from Asia with the approval of the so called "authorities". Most honey that is an additive in foods is mostly fake asian honey they say. Also even farmers can easily fake their honey to make a sugar syrup you just need water, sugar, heat very easy. Than another thing that is rarely talked about that also makes a nutrient deficient fake honey is, feeding the bee's sugar which is even harder to control for. So as always not producing your own food or hunting/eating wild leaves you vulnerable do degenerative foods pushed on you for greed and profit.

Meanwhile here in Europe all that these Asians sell is crappy food with thousands of additives even japanese restaurants. The western society, (food)culture is really backwards compared to japanese or korean for example. Even though Europe has a huge potential for animal foods, meanwhile we eat the least amount and variety of quality animal foods. I am always amazed how the japanese and korean and so on have/were allowed to keep their traditional diets and anywhere in Europe we have chemicals pushed on us from everybody including the asians, mainly these frickin chinese. Japan also doesn't allow very much migrants and most other asians do the same. But here it's circus time for anybody and everybody. But hopefully the elites are at least having fun doing this. What a waste of time else it is.
Restauraunts here in europe barely even freshly prepare the dishes it's a lot of prepackaged chemical garbage.

Health / What is your opinion on cold/heat exposure?
« on: October 28, 2019, 06:27:17 pm »
For example I think Sv3riges stance on it is dogmatic maybe I am wrong. Yes sure the cold/heat exposure might make you spend more energy and age you as a result (debatable imo) but we aren't supposed to live in a constant environment all the time are we?

Worse than I imagined and you can't tell from the packaging if it is from China
