How do you know all indigenous people drank water? There wasn't one mention of water in all of weston a prices travels.

What evidence is there for indigenous people drinking lots of water? I'm not saying there isn't any, i just havent found any and would be interested to see it if so.

Anyway, almost all indigenous people eat lots of cooked food too which i know is bad. Anyway, what works for indigenous people isnt necessarily what will work for us. They can get away with a lot that modern people cant since they havent been exposed to generations of toxic food and vaccines and such, they are much stronger than we are and were able to thrive eating some cooked foods whereas i cant.

Anyway, i haven't drank water in almost 4 years as well as thousands of other people around the world with incredible results. Iv healed all of my health problems without drinking any water and have zero health problems at this point. My digestive system is perfectly clean at this point, my eyes used to have no blue in them at all, now the entire section of my iris associated with digestion is a vibrant incredible blue with perfect striations, the rest of my iris is green now from the original gray and needs some work but i'm getting there.

iv made high meat out of fish many times and it was wonderful. Howver with these types of fish that can get histamine reactions, it is best to rot it in the refrigerator.

i got a histamine reaction from fish one time. I got large prominent red splotches all over my skin with headache and nausea and some other symptoms but never felt like i was close to dying but it was unpleasant.

The danger of natural tobacco is greatly exagerrated. Cigarettes generally contain no tobacco since they are half gmo tobacco and half poisonous chemicals.

That said smoking even natural tobacco is unhealthy.

A healthy way to consume tobacco is in its fully raw, non gmo state, green leaves. Lots of health benefits from that, especially for ex smokers. Most likely will need to grow your own.

The point of eating this way is not to have to run and hide from every stray EMF, toxin, and stressor in your environment. But whatever.

Many people on fully raw animal diets report their carpal tunnel going away immediately after remvoing the emf damage from their wrists.

You are not invincible because of your diet. EMF affects you just like any other living being.

Do you rest your hands on your laptop while typing though?

Why do you make light of dangerous emf radiation yet consume unnatural and damaging supplements.

Heres the difference between nutrients in natural form vs supplement form. You think these are safe? Its like consuming broken glass.

I never claimed water in food to be corrosive. The more nutrient bound a water becomes the less solvent reactive it is.

For an example of this look at pure distilled water. Many people have serious mineral deficiencies and electrolyte imbalance even leading to hospitalization.

THis is the purest water and most dangerous.

Like i said, nobody ever uses water for lubricating machinery. However animal fat is commonly used to lubricate machinery. And i quench my thirst with it often. There many animals known to never drink water such as kangaroos and mice owls and many more.

EMF from laptop causes carpal tunnel, big time.

If so get an emf meter and see how far the frequencies reach then get an external keyboard and make sure your hands dont go within range of the frequencies.

In most archaeology textbooks water is the first thing listed as solvent. It is a solvent so powerful that it breaks apart rocks to give plants minerals to eat.

Try lubricating machinery with water instead of oil, it'll destroy it. do you think the body is much different? Fat moisturizes, water corrodes.

Have a dry mouth? cracking lips? even though you are drinking tons of water? used to happen to me too. Not anymore. Trying putting some raw coconut cream or raw butter with a bit of honey in your mouth and on your lips when they are dry instead of water and see if its water your body is asking for or fat. the answer will be very clear.

Iv probably drank less than 2 gallons of water in the past 3 years and i love it. Only time i drink it is when i dont have milk or tomatoes  and it makes me feel terrible every time.

Usually if milk isnt available i quench thirst with tomatoes and it works great.

I hate water and it makes me feel terrible.

before they came out with this 8 glasses a day bullshit (coincidentally right when bottled plastic estrogen water started coming out) people barely drank any water and they were much healthier than people today.

For example, when reading tudor history around the 16th century period i came across the fact that only poorest of the poor drank water.

coconut meat, coconut butter, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, tallow.

i would ditch all the coconut stuff you have there and replace it with coconut cream made with a green star juicer. Coconut meat is extremely fibrous and will interfere with your meat digestion by alkalizing your gut, primitve people know to chew the coconut meat and spit out the pulp you could do that too. coconut butter and coconut oil are almost impossible to find raw no matter what the packaging says. Coconut oil is not really fat, coconut cream is only about 15% oil, it is a much different and better product even than 100% raw fermented coconut oil which is mostly for serious cleansing.

The grass fed butter is hopefully raw, if not id find raw butter and the tallow is definitly not raw. Id try to go full raw if I were you it is much better.

marinating chicken in lemon for a few hours gives it a cooked feel without harming nutrition. DOnt use lime as that will kill bacteria, lemon only.

THere are many delicious chicken recipes in aajonus' recipe for living without disease book. Most of them are paleo too.

Glad to hear that!

Trust your body, be thankful for detoxes, and never go to the doctor no matter how sever the detox. I have been through extreme pain from detox before, like 10 out of 10 screaming all night pain that any normal person would have gone to the hospital for and i just got through it myself. Doctors would have ruined my health with antibiotics.

Best thing for pain during a detox is a hot bath or hot water bottle applied to painful area. Works better than any painkiller out there. I call it the pinnacle of modern medical technology.

protective to all body systems and provide stamina. But if stored fat

Low thyroxin production often results from overweight. Overweight
often results from the inability to utilize fat, resulting in dry skin and

Overweight often results from the lack of the enzyme-mutations for
eating cooked green foods. People who have that enzyme-mutation
deficiency often have little white spots on the finger nails or toe nails.

Some people who have excessive insulin production have very
watery fat (if slapped, it jiggles like gelatin). The extra water in their
fat dilutes the toxicity produced by excessive hormones. Two foods that
are especially helpful in reducing watery fat storages are fresh raw lime
juice with good mineral water, or fresh raw lemon juice with good
mineral water. Raw lemons and limes alkalize the tissues and neutralize
volatile substances, reducing the need for edema.
Eating 40% of the daily calories consumed as raw fat supplies the
body with healthy fat that gradually cleanses the system of useless fat
or fat that has bound with toxins and stored by the body. See Fat For
Great Health, page 185, Appendix O, pages 145-150, and Appendix W,
page 162.
For people with firm or solid corpulence, eating 1?2 raw unripe
pineapple daily for 2 weeks supplies the liver and pancreas with the
enzymes they need to remove hardened fat properly. That regime may
cause over-emotionality, so be certain to consume enough raw cheese
with unsalted raw butter, raw cream and lots of raw meat. It takes 2
weeks on a raw diet before the liver and pancreas are balanced enough
to begin gradually removing hardened-fat storages. Years are required
to cleanse those glands of hardened fat. Eating plenty of raw fat
ensures that hardened fat will be removed from the body. See Edema,

definitely reduce the fruit if you have insomnia. Increase fat. Try to get adrenal glands if you can.

If you are smoking pot to medicate your insomnia then stop. I know they say it helps go to sleep but i think thats bullshit. Cannabis gives me terrible insomnia. The reason people think it helps sleep is because if you are addicted to it then you cant sleep without it at all.

INSOMNIA is the inability to sleep soundly characterized by frequent
waking and restlessness.
For those who had raw milk available, slowly drinking a blended
mixture of 1 cup warm raw milk and 1-3 tablespoons unheated honey
immediately before bedtime relaxed them for the night. For those who
did not have fresh raw dairy, a smoothie made with 2-3 raw eggs, 1?2 to
1 whole unripe raw unripe banana and as much unheated honey as
desired usually took them through the night. If bananas were not
appealing, another fresh unripe raw fruit mixed with 3-4 tablespoons
unheated honey worked. (Do not make a smoothie with berries or
apple. Berries mixed with raw egg often causes drugs and toxic
minerals to detoxify from glands, and apple excites adrenals. Either
combination may interfere with sleep.)
For people who felt wired, eating raw fish a few hours before
bedtime, and then drinking one of the suggestions in the paragraph
above near bedtime got them through the night.
Another choice was a piece of toast with plenty of raw jam made of
equal parts fresh raw berries and unheated honey. (Berries, especially
raspberries, eaten with the Nut Formula made without egg, or eaten with
unheated honey and toast supplies minerals that relax the body, and do
not cause detoxification as berries do when eaten with egg or coconut

Period is a big detox mechanism. Congratulations on getting rid of all those toxins!

Make sure to eat lots of red meat to replace all the blood you lost. Liver is second best thing you could be having after blood but good luck finding some raw blood. Thanks FDA!

Spleen is actually second best and liver 3rd best as spleen is basically just a giant blood bag but thats hard to get as well but if you can find it go for it!

More red meat to up your blood pressure. Fruit and veg lower blood pressure.

Why are you eating oil? Oil is for cleansing, it is not food.

What kind of fat have you been eating, you cant get enough fat from fish. The tropical primitives who eat fish exclusively  as their meat eat coconuts for fat.

Dr. Weinstock of the university of iowa found that his pigs living in a sterile environment were geting very sick, he dissected them and find they had no trichinos suis worms like the healthy pigs do so he gave them the worms and they became healthy. Then he experimented with 6 humans with horrible chrons disease and gave them the worms, 5 days later the symptoms were gone, for the 6th person were was no improvement or detriment. ^ months months later the chrons came back and they came back begging for more parasites.

Eating plenty of raw fat with raw fresh unripe fruit (non-steamed
dates may be included) and having at least 1?4 cup of unheated honey
daily stop nerve deterioration. Eating, or blending and drinking, 4-8
tablespoons raw coconut cream with 1?2-1 cup peeled cucumber helps
dissolve hardened nerves. Regularly, eating raw fresh fish heals and
rebuilds deteriorated nerve tissue over time.
Another reason for physiological impotency is an intolerance for milk
heated above 100° Fahrenheit (pasteurization is about 160°
Fahrenheit). If a person suspects that he or she may have a milk
intolerance, abstaining from drinking and eating milk products for 2-3
months usually restores potency. Then, for most of those people,
drinking and eating only room-temperature or warmer raw milk
products will not affect potency as long as unheated honey is eaten
with them (for example, up to 2 tablespoons of honey per 1 cup of raw
milk or raw plain kefir).
See also pages 123-124. In cases of low sexual hormone production,
eating plenty of raw shell fish, like oysters, clams, scallops, and urchin
with other raw fats often increases hormone production and sexual
appetite. Another aphrodisiac is 2 ounces of cold-pressed-below-96°
Fahrenheit peanut oil, 1 raw fertile egg, 1 tablespoon raw carob powder
and 1 / 8 - 1?4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Eating enough raw meat and 1 cup
unheated honey daily usually sustains erection for an hour or more.
Drinking 2 cups of hard peeled cucumbers blended with 2-3 ounces
fresh raw coconut cream and 3 ounces of unheated honey usually helps
to develop and sustain erections. Adding 1 teaspoon bee pollen to the
cucumber/coconut cream mixture strengthens erections for many men
but not for others. Experiment and discover for yourself. For some
men, raw garlic or red onion is also effective in maintaining erection;

diarreah is good not bad. The fat is triggering a detox. Be thankful for every bout of diarreah you have if you know the food you are eating is clean.

If you are ingesting poisons that are causing your body to react with diarreah to quickly rid the body of something thats a different story but if your food is clean than diarreah is great. be thankful that you are so lucky to have diarreah.

gallbladder problems do not cause diarrhea. I used to have gallstones and diarreah was not one of my issues.
