That's so funny you would post that GS, when I saw this video on yahoo yesterday I thought of you and your boys because these looked so healthy and I was going to share it over here for you, then got sidetracked. So what about it, you gonna train your boys to be supermen?

I don't even like working out on a gym.  I'll just train them to be lover boys. :)

Lol too funny! I'm with you, I just started doing intensive body weight exercises each morning and if you're really trying to build some muscle it takes time and energy. To be able to hold yourself horizontal on a poll like the one boy does must take some enormous dedication and time!
