Health / Emergency / Survival Foods for Raw Paleo Dieters
« on: July 24, 2014, 05:50:11 am »
We need collective ideas on Emergency / Survival Foods for us Raw Paleo Dieters.

I bumped into this problem in September 2011 when my family did a month long survival drill and we were doing canned and bottled food.  As a raw paleo guy, I struggled with the corned beef and sardines and had immense stomach aches.  My wife told me I would be the first to die in a real emergency.  So after that I try to eat some of the emergency food (when I remember) and some cooked meat, just enough to train my tummy so I do not get these immense stomach aches when I do eat them.

Today, Iguana gave great ideas, new to me, about better survival food:

"There can be much better emergency / survival foods than canned ones. Home dried fruits, carob, tamarind, honey, dry chufas, lentils and even whole rice to be soaked can be kept several years in closed jars. Most nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, macadamias, pine nuts, peanuts etc.) can be stored many years too. Meat will be all right up to 3 months in fridge and can even be eaten much later and completely dry after being cut in small pieces with a good knife. Eggs can be stored several months in cold place, ideally a fridge. Dry fish is also an option."

So I am opening this thread so we can all contribute ideas for emergency / survival foods for us raw paleo dieters.

Health / The Hidden Disease: Testosterone Deficiency
« on: July 22, 2014, 11:42:32 am »
I am doing new investigations on Testosterone Deficiency.

Brought about again by sick people, sick women, maybe some sick men too.

May be connected to a bunch of ailments no one can fix until they look at testosterone deficiency.

And that this deficiency is caused by many things:

- Castrated Livestock
- Population Control / Depopulation / Condoms / Drugs / Lack of real sex where you ejaculate into the vagina on a regular basis (women should be getting regular testosterone via this method. Our mothers and grandmothers did.)
- Estrogen pollution in our food and pollution
- Estrogen laden diets
- Quality of men's semen / sperm quantity down

I'm guessing an epidemic of PCOS and Myomas / Uterine Fibroids... the illnesses of nuns.

Please contribute your research and experiences with this immense testosterone deficiency hitting the human race in the 21st century.

Biologists discover electric bacteria that eat pure electrons rather than sugar, redefining the tenacity of life

By Sebastian Anthony on July 18, 2014 at 8:51 am

Some intrepid biologists at the University of Southern California (USC) have discovered bacteria that survives on nothing but electricity — rather than food, they eat and excrete pure electrons. These bacteria yet again prove the almost miraculous tenacity of life — but, from a technology standpoint, they might also prove to be useful in enabling the creation of self-powered nanoscale devices that clean up pollution.

http://www.extremetech.com/extreme/160667-3500-species-discovered-in-lake-vostok-underneath-miles-of-ice-in-conditions-similar-to-jupiters-europa

Over 3500 different species have been identified by a form of statistical analysis known as metagenomics. Basically, they sequenced all the genetic material in their samples at once, and used sophisticated analytical techniques to make sense of the resulting jumble of information. This technique has proven extremely useful in identifying species in an agricultural soil sample, for instance, but this is the first time its use has revealed a whole group of totally novel organisms.

Startling headlines about new life forms in Antarctica’s Lake Vostok conjure up images of terrifying underwater creatures. But the reality is a little less lurid. VoR’s Alice Lagnado reports.

Hard work to uncover secrets

Lake Vostok is one of the most exciting places for scientists in the world today

This huge body of water has been cut off from the rest of the world for as many as 14 million years, though experts can’t put an exact figure on it. And the lake’s hidden under nearly four kilometres of ice, so it’s not easy to access.

Now, Russian scientists are working hard to uncover the secrets of Lake Vostok. They want to find out what might have been able to survive inside this extreme and sunless environment.

They believe that conditions in the lake are similar to those on Jupiter’s moon, Europa - where it’s thought that an ocean is concealed under an icy crust.

As you guys know lately I have been interested in ancient aliens / Annunaki being the creators of humans on Earth as a result of genetic engineering and more breeding from themselves when we became compatible.

In the ancient Sumerian stories it mentioned a curiosity that after the Great Flood of Noah's ark fame... they jump started human civilization and gave humans SHEEP from their planet Nibiru.

So I got curious and started researching for SHEEP

And this is what I came up with:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_domestic_sheep

The history of the domesticated sheep traces back to between 11000 and 9000 BC, and the domestication of the wild mouflon in ancient Mesopotamia. Sheep are thought to be one of the first animals domesticated by humans, and there is evidence of sheep farming in Iranian statuary dating to that time period. These sheep were primarily raised for meat, milk, and skins. Woolly sheep began to be developed around 6000 BC in Iran, and cultures such as the Persians became dependent on sheep's wool for trading. They were then imported to Africa and Europe via trading.

Wild Ancesters (unclear)

The exact line of descent between domestic sheep and their wild ancestors is unclear.[1] The most common hypothesis states that Ovis aries is descended from the Asiatic (O. orientalis) species of mouflon. It has been proposed that the European mouflon (O. musimon) is an ancient breed of domestic sheep turned feral rather than an ancestor, despite its commonly being cited as ancestor in past literature.[2]:5 A few breeds of sheep, such as the Castlemilk Moorit from Scotland, were formed through crossbreeding with wild European mouflon.[3]

Then I saw this:

http://retrieverman.net/2010/02/24/what-species-is-the-ancestor-of-the-domestic-sheep/

Why do the religious have to get involved in this?  Human origins thing... bible thing:

I got interested in sheep because of a disagreement I had with a particular sermon  that I heard as a young boy.  The elderly Methodist minister said that the reason why sheep and lambs were so revered in the Bible was because they had no wild ancestors. The sheep exists solely as a domestic animal for man to use, just as man exists solely for God’s purposes.

Of course, I was skeptical. I had never heard of a domestic species that had no wild variant. Animals didn’t just appear.

...

Well, it turns out that the European mouflon is actually the dingo among sheep. Just as dingoes descended from fully domesticated dogs, mouflon descend from some population of wild Asian sheep. These sheep went wild after been introduced to Europe. They first appeared in Corsica and Sardinia 7,000 years ago, and from there, they began to appear on the European mainland. For a long time, it was believed that the European mouflon was the ancestor of domestic sheep.

But it is actually the other way around. Domestic sheep are the ancestors of the European mouflon.

That is nice to know, but it still doesn’t tell us what the wild ancestor was.

Someone already made a comment about Sumerian texts and Nibiru origins in 2013:

Let us review another approach, the scientific and the historical/mythological.
I begin with the historical/mythological.
I have read the book The Lost book of Enki (by Zecharia Sitchin) where he tell us about what sumerians said about, among other things, the sheep, also known as Ovis aries. (Nowadays we know that the Holy Bible, old part at least, are legacy stories from the sumerians religion, among others the Deluge and Genesis).
Sitchin (the sumerians actually) says that the sheep come from another planet. I like his books but this time I thought that he went crazy…
But now I found a research by The Royal Society (Stefan Hiendleder and others) named “Molecular analysis of wild and domestic sheep questions current nomenclature and provided evidence for domestication from two different subspecies” and you can read this paper here: http://www.kora.ch/malme/05_library/5_1_publications/H/Hiendleder_et_al_2002_Molecular_analysis_of_wild_and_domestic_sheep.pdf
In the discussion part, page 11, you can read: “…as maternal ancestors of O. aries, the origin of haplogroup A remains unknown. ”
They, in this paper, talk about two old kind of sheep groups: A and B. Group B seems to have something common with Ovis musimon, while group A have NOT some known (in Earth?) ancestor.
Science confirm what Sitchin says, that Ovis aries (domestic sheep, cluster “A”) have not an ancestor. Not known in this planet anyway.

I also remember a teaching from "Food is your Medicine" by Henry Bieler that he recommends SHEEP in the rawest form possible for human consumption as the best meat of all time.

I look forward to all you guys and gals' research and POVs in this hunt for truth about SHEEP.

First Civilisation on Earth Discovered in Southern Africa

Scholars have told us that the first civilisation on Earth emerged in a land called Sumer some 6000 years ago. The persistent research by South Africans Michael Tellinger, Johan Heine and a team of leading scientists, over an extend seven-year period, has resulted in astonishing new archaeological and scientific discoveries. It shows that the Sumerians and even the Egyptians inherited all their knowledge from an earlier advanced civilisation that lived at the southern tip of Africa more than 200,000 years ago… mining gold.

These were also the people who carved the first Horus bird, the first Sphinx, built the first pyramids and built an accurate stone calendar right in the heart of it all. Adam’s Calendar is the flagship among millions of circular stone ruins, ancient roads, agricultural terraces and thousands of ancient mines, left behind by a vanished civilisation which they now call the FIRST PEOPLE. These were the ancestors of all humans today with an advanced knowledge of energy fields through planet Earth.

They carved detailed images into the hardest rock, worshipped the sun, and are the first to carve an image of the Egyptian Ankh – key of life and universal knowledge, 200,000 years before the Egyptians came to light. Tellinger presents this groundbreaking new evidence in which is released in his latest book Temples Of The African Gods. It graphically exposes these discoveries and will undoubtedly be the catalyst for rewriting our ancient human history. The new release is a continuation of Tellinger’s previous books Slave Species of god and Adam’s Calendar which have become favourites with readers in over 20 countries.

http://www.gospelherald.com/articles/50788/20140401/boy-raised-by-apes-rescued-in-malaysia.htm

http://dailybuzzlive.com/archives/7334

The child who authorities believe is somewhere around the age of four to seven years old, has spent the last few years with a group of orangutans who had taken him in and raised him as one of their own. Authorities say that the boy is, “extremely nervous and aggressive when approached by humans and that made his capture quite complicated, especially since the other orangutans attempted vigorously to defend him.” Yeah having an army of orangutans protecting the kid would probably be a real problem to get around. The child, since his capture, has been examined by local doctors and is in perfect health. However, it seems as though he doesn’t remember any type of human interaction. Hopefully the boy will transition well back into society, but who knows. The very interesting thing that authorities still don’t know is how the boy actually lost his parents.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orangutan

Diet
Orangutans are opportunistic foragers, and their diets vary markedly from month to month.[29] Fruit makes up 65–90% of the orangutan diet, and those with sugary or fatty pulp are favoured. Ficus fruits are commonly eaten and are easy to harvest and digest. Lowland dipterocarp forests are preferred by orangutans because of their plentiful fruit. Bornean orangutans consume at least 317 different food items that include young leaves, shoots, bark, insects, honey and bird eggs.[19][29]

A decade-long study of urine and faecal samples at the Gunung Palung Orangutan Conservation Project in West Kalimantan has shown that orangutans give birth during and after the high fruit season (though not every year), during which they consume various abundant fruits, totalling up to 11,000 calories per day. In the low-fruit season, they eat whatever fruit is available in addition to tree bark and leaves, with daily intake at only 2,000 calories. Together with a long lactation period, orangutans also have a long birth interval.[30]

Orangutans are thought to be the sole fruit disperser for some plant species including the climber species Strychnos ignatii which contains the toxic alkaloid strychnine.[31] It does not appear to have any effect on orangutans except for excessive saliva production.[32]

Geophagy, the practice of eating soil or rock, has been observed in orangutans. There are three main reasons for this dietary behaviour: for the addition of mineral nutrients to their diet; for the ingestion of clay minerals that can absorb toxic substances; or to treat a disorder such as diarrhoea.[33] Orangutans also use plants of the genus Commelina as an anti-inflammatory balm.[34]

http://www.orangutanrepublik.org/faqs-mainmenu-28/20-about-orangutans/61-what-do-wild-orangutans-eat

What Do Wild Orangutans Eat?

Because over 60% of their diet is fruit (based on averaging thousands of observations), they are considered frugivores; however, orangutans also will eat young leaves (approximately 25% of their diet), flowers and bark (approximately 10%) and insects, mainly ants, termites, pupae, and crickets (approximately 5%). Wild orangutans are selective but opportunistic so if there is an emergency of tasty and nutritious insects, they may feed all day on them. Likewise, if fruit and insects are unavailable, they may eat bark, leaves and foods of lower nutritional value to satisfy their hunger. Wild orangutans learn to eat hundreds of different food types as youngsters by observing their mother and being allowed to take food from their mother's mouth or hands.

General Discussion / Are you eating CASTRATED livestock?
« on: May 02, 2014, 11:51:58 am »
There is a big industry practice depending on your area that livestock, usually beef and pork are castrated.

Beef

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=castrating+beef&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Pigs

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=castrating+pigs&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Lamb

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=castrating+pork&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#channel=fs&q=castrating+lamb

Chicken

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=castrating+chicken&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Goat

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=castrating+goat&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

This is why they look uniformly the same.

Which means we are not eating enough MASCULINE livestock... unless we are careful...

We could always go for wild animals if available to us.

May this thread talk about where to buy non-castrated livestock, practices, which livestock are not usually castrated?  Your inputs please.

Chime in guys and gals...

I am observing and seeing that we have arrived at that point... like Pottenger's cats experiment... where the last generation of his degenerate family tree became infertile, homosexual... and eventually died out... so that experiment ended.
http://therawfoodsite.com/raw-food/pottengers-cats/

SAD diet, GMO, intense urban pollution, vaccines, pharmaceutical medicine

The population controllers are winning and their drive to collapse birth rates, fertility rates, are succeeding even more wildly than they imagined it to be.

Google for NSSM 200 where the imperial machinery saw that their past world wars were not effective enough in depressing populations... they instead focused on sabotaging human reproduction via any and all other means... "reproductive health" propaganda with contraception, abortion, gay / homosexual propaganda... this is how WAR is waged in the present time.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Security_Study_Memorandum_200

Cities are more gay than provincials...

http://henrymakow.com/2014/02/straight-woman-adrift-in-a-gay.html

"Miami is absolutely the worst place to be a woman."

Total Fertility Rates worldwide are at an all time low.... and still going lower.

WE HAVE ARRIVED.

14 We are the last humans on Earth!

I don't believe humans will be extinct, we are just due for a catastrophic reset... maybe more like the long drawn out collapse of the Roman Empire... it will get worse before it gets better.

It's already really really bad.  The poverty is so crushing most of our friends and family are so shit scared of their own sexuality... scared of reproducing.

Your thoughts, plans, strategies?

The incredible story of how leopard Diabolo became Spirit - Anna Breytenbach, "animal communicator".

Demonstration of how she was able to speak to big miserable cat and correct what was needed.

- Changed his name from Diablo to Spirit
- Reassured him that in his new home he was to be respected and not abused
- That his concern for 2 cubs from his previous home were well taken cared of.

And they sell DVDs and you may attend work shops.

This is a testimony of an animal expert care taker who learned animal communications.

So maybe those fantasy cartoons and legends of people communicating clearly with animals is true and teachable.

Amazing.

The Chinese started making calendars more than 4,000 years ago. They relied more on the moon then because the sun (earth's solar orbit) was not very reliable yet at that time. Eventually when the Earth's solar orbit stabilized more, adjustments were made for the Chinese calendar to be Lunar - Solar. By 1912, the Gregorian calendar was stable enough for China to use it as the official national calendar.

If humans had been "human" for at least 200,000 years, how come our oldest reliable (Chinese) calendar is only some 4,000 years old? Something to think about.

Most powerful Typhoon (HAIYAN) in recorded history made landfall... in the Philippines.  Now.

And the very first strike hit over Guiuan, Samar.

The beach / provincial paradise I had just taken a vacation in just last October 25 to 31,  2013

I will post my vacation pictures and my account of this cool tropical paradise now just being destroyed by this Typhoon, and the email I sent to my family being so enchanted with this place... Guiuan Samar.  I intentionally did not blog about this place because I do not want this place to explode in tourism like Boracay... seems they won't be get up for a few more years after this.  I hope the new friends I made there will survive, I'm resigned to the fact they will ask for monetary help after this.

I'm pretty sure the nipa hut where I stayed for a few days is destroyed by now.  The people there have been uncontactable by cell phone since yesterday afternoon... probably the cell phone companies turned off their equipment.

My cousin in Boronggan city, Samar also facing the Pacific Ocean took refuge in his home town of Catbalogan where they are protected by mountains.  His parents are stuck in Tacloban City where the eye of the typhoon is hitting right now.

I'm in Manila and we just have light rains.  Typhoon will be grazing us maybe in a few more hours.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Suggest Foods High in SULFUR?
« on: November 05, 2013, 11:12:43 am »
I've been listening to oneradionetwork.com and this resource speaker Tony Pantelleresco and he and the host Patrick Timpone are ecstatic of Sulfur.  Also there was a resource person the other time that was the Sulfur guy and he says sulfur is depleted in our soils and farm lands.

So a lot of sulfur supplementation has been giving people very good results.  MSM, organic sulfur, eggs, garlic...

I'm looking into experimenting with raw paleo foods high in sulfur... please give your suggestions, share your experiences, etc.
