How is that possible? 100 g of liver contains about 4 g of carbs.

100g liver contains about 12g carbs.

Are you ZC?  If so, how long a time has it been?

I was ZC for 6 months at beginning of raw paleo(after eating cooked paleo for 1-2 years) and did great on that, but then since I never tried raw paleo non ZC I went 5 months eating like that and did badly, basically since my health dropped right away from the first fruit I ate, I decided to take it as a chance to experiment and just kept going. I've been back eating what I was calling 'animals only' for 1-2 months now and feeling good again, better every day. Just a few nights ago though I had about 120g carbs from cow's liver and I'm still recovering from the sugar in that, so basically I'm going to be ZC now. Any carbs I eat I think I have some yeast or something that goes crazy on it, and then when that sugar runs out it continues to eat and lowers my blood-sugar which I think is what causes the coldness.

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: High meat bacteria
« on: February 14, 2011, 01:14:13 pm »
Hannibal on the Arctic episode of 'human planet' some Inuit caught small birds with nets and stuffed hundreds of them into some sort of skin/stomach or something to store for winter. They squashed out all the air they could from it and left it for months buried under rocks. Also I heard they bury meat under-ground too.

I thought the purpose of making high-meat was that it's easy to digest, and you want aerobic(as opposed to anaerobic) bacteria to be doing the pre-digestion for the very reason that they will struggle to proliferate once ingested.

However when I've seen the Inuit make high meat they have done it in anaerobic environments such as sealing meat tightly inside skins/guts or whatever, and use it as a way of storing meat with highness being an interesting side-effect.

I feel rather cold when I'm eating zero-carb. Not immediately, but after couple of days.

I am the opposite(I get cold from carbs), but then I have some yeast problem or something.

Health / Islet Cells destroyed by Immune System
« on: February 13, 2011, 12:20:10 pm »
I think my immune system may've(very likely) killed my islet cells(the ones that produce insulin) during my long period of severe chronic inflammation which I had before going paleo. I've been back to eating animals only now for 1-2 months, and I have for the first time in this period, aside from near the very beginning, had some ox-liver. It's very sweet, tastes like chocolate, and I had about 1kg of it. I was not ready for what happened, as the last time I was eating animals only(for 6 months) I never had ox-liver, only lamb's, which is not sweet. The two times(including this time) that I've re-introduced any carb-source after going without them I've had nasty effects such as heavy night-sweating, loose-stools, de-hydration/thirst, water tasting horrible, lots of urination, grogginess, inflammation. This time I also had some big-time internal pain whilst I was sleeping. I know this, because just as I dreamt a lot about doing 'number ones'(I didn't until I woke up in case you're wondering xD), 'needing to do number ones' etc, I also dreamt several times about being in body-scissors(getting lower-torso crushed between someone's legs in their guard) and the person was tightening it and wouldn't let go as I tapped like crazy.

Like last time I also had formation of acne on my skin which appeared over-night as I slept, out of nowhere. This time I'm just going to generally avoid sweet-liver at least for a while, but otherwise continue with eating animals only as I have been. Last time, I had all the symptoms I described for the first few times I ate sugars, but as I continued to do it I think some microorganism such as candida developed, as most of my symptoms reduced greatly in severity to be accompanied by those associated with candida/those associated with candida would increase.

As far as I know islet cells can't replicate once they've been destroyed, but I'm not sure.

But anyway since being back to animals only, aside from last night with the liver-incident, I've been feeling great!

I'm writing this tired so some points/connections I've made might be off, but generally it's ok.

As far as I am aware the presently prevailing theory of Evolution involves mutation, as does my own understanding.

I re-wrote/re-posted that message like 6 times.

Edit: 7 times -_-

Edit: 8 times.

You just like to argue..

Mutation is part of the theory of Evolution.

Your criticism of Evolutionary theory based on examples of "Some people (who)DO believe ... that monekys are lower verisons of humans" is akin to the weak bully picking on the retarded kid to make himself feel big. You need to get strong and pick on the big kids of Evolution if you want to be anything but a joke(still in the analogy here)...

Carnivorous animals eat meat, so of course herbivorous animals had to come first..

Exactly, none of the shit in your head makes sense, which is why you 'need' to make sense of it before you rant on the subject.

even within evolution there are no records that prove we evolved at all from chimps

? ? ? the theory of Evolution' doesn't say we evolved from chimpanzees..

and if anything we share a common ancestor of which chimps evolved  or devolved/mutated from that in ways are closer to us than to chimps

^ The theory of Evolution' says this... Edit: Just re-read this quote and it's a bit confusing

I posted a documentary?/reenactment  awhile back about all the suspected beginning humanoids, and even within that scientific community it was believed that multiple different kinds of humanoids basically just appeared at different times eating a variety of different kinds of foods..even things like tall grasses and bamboo like stuff to mostly meat..far before sapeins. Various ones on the spectrum simply did not make it.

In a way you could say the ones that adapted to learning how to pick out bone marrow and subsequently hunt were thus the 'fittest' and were able to then evolve further, but what you see prior to that is the emergence of such a species to begin with that had those tendencies and either survived or failed due to a variety of factors. It really doesn't make sense otherwise (to me anyway).

That documentary was about the most supported theory of our ancestry, and is based on the 'rules' of 'the theory of Evolution', and the fossil record...

If one is to say: I believe in evolution, then in a way its fairly human centered and would place any other apes as in the process as evolving towards us.

Belief has no place in science, and what you describe here is not even remotely close to the Theory of evolution...

You 'need' to actually understand 'the theory of Evolution' before there is any point in you criticising it.

It seems to me that you do in fact understand 'the theory of Evolution', but do not realise that it is 'the theory of Evolution'.

KD the thing it sounds to me like you're saying you don't 'believe' in is not 'The Theory of Evolution' at all... It sounds like the thing you are saying you find more probable than what you think is 'The Theory of Evolution' is indeed 'The Theory of Evolution'...

That was hard to write..

To heal UTI you must go on a pure fruit diet cleanse, and also as close to ZC as you can no carbs. Best to supplement the diet too with ACV, but don't use any supplements as they reduce your body's own ability to produce that substance. If you're in a weakened state you must use plenty of flushes and as much fat as you can eat to detox yourself, but detoxes are very draining on the body so you don't want to do them unless you're healthy. Also it's probable you're not getting enough mg so you must grind some powder into your water but you must also supplement with all other minerals or you will cause an imbalance. You've also got to get in the sunlight as much as possible to produce vitamin D but you're best to wear lots of clothes as the sun will damage your folic acid. For healing it's important to get lots of rest so the body can rebuild, but exercise is essential for health and well-being. It's best to fast to detox your body but make sure you're eating plenty of food every day to give your body the nutrition it needs to rebuild itself. Eat as much as you want as long as it's raw paleo but not too much or you'll gain fat, overburden your digestive system and your parasites will grow. Remember your digestive system heals better if you don't eat any food, but if you have a weak digestive system you need plenty of animal foods to rebuild it. You definitely want to eat honey with your meat to improve digestion, but don't mix protein and carbs as they require different digestive environments. Also raw milk is the best food for rebuilding your body, but it's also very damaging to your body so it's best not to use it much. And wheat is allergenic so avoid it as much as possible, unless you're having a bath then dip in.

Even steaks I'm not so keen on, I prefer big hunks of meat. Something weird goes on with meat that's cut too thin, like it takes too much saliva from my mouth or something and messes up the taste and digestion.

I love the fat around the joints attached to beef leg bones, one of the more recent tastes that I've experienced(within the last few months) and I had some today.

Fruit pastilles are more nutritious than liver if you're going by amount of macro-nutrients, and fat is more nutritious than anything so you should just live off of pure fat.

No I got the lungs whole, with the heart, tongue and liver attached... I don't cut up any of my meat, if I cut it's only to separate different parts e.g. tongue from lungs etc, for handling/storage, never to affect the eating. I just bite into the lungs and eat them like I would a muscle joint, a liver, a kidney, a heart, a pancreas etc... The tubes are like a couple of millimetres long each, just mixed in with the lung meat.. They cause no problem whatsoever..

really tough connective tissue like raw lung

Why do you always say lung is tough? The lungs I've eaten are soft like marshmallow..

OH SWEET AWESOME!!!

On the Arctic episode it says that the law in a particular region was that hunters could only use traditional methods FUCKING SWEET! They should have that in more places ftw! So you're only allowed to hunt with stuff you make yourself completely from scratch that would rock.

? Inflammation is not imaginary. It might be that your body imagines there is a reason to create inflammation, where really it only causes problems, but it is not in your imagination... Your body is cutting off circulation to that area of the body in order to quarantine and stop the spread of the infection it believes it may have.. But the response is happening, you are not imagining it.. The pain is from the tissues in the quarantined area starving of oxygen and dying because blood flow has been stopped by blood clots.

When you spin around in circles and go dizzy, or get car sickness, your body imagines you have ingested a neuro-toxic poison and makes you feel sick. This is in your body's imagination but not yours... You are feeling sick, and you will be sick if you continue..

Lanolin! I've been trying to get that for my wool jumpers. I ordered '100% Pure Lanolin' and got: Petrolium Jelly, Lanolin, Paraffin, Parfum... So if you know where I can get some pure lanolin I'd appreciate it.
