Off Topic / My sincere apologies to G.S
« on: September 05, 2010, 02:06:15 pm »
Sorry for asking and sending a whole load of stuff about my problems to your Facebook message inbox though he hasn't replied back yet. I smoked about 0.1g of Ice and was half drunk while doing so and my experience was like a roller coaster ride to hell, back and forth. I was breathing fast, half of my body was numb, my face was too, my legs, and I vomited after four times, I was alert and at the same time high but still I could not walk in a straight line.

It was my first time smoking Ice as I was pretty curious and I pretty much made a ass out of myself like text-ing random stuff to my friends, talking trash on msn, the stuff really drunk people do and of course writing to G.S about some stuffs. I do hope no one requests to see it here because that'll be really embarrassing.  :'(

In any case, I shall be heading to the same neurologist that said diets didn't matter for epilepsy patients and ask for medical marijuana. Good idea?

Once again, I am sorry to G.S and I am very disappointed in myself.

Would it be a good idea to take up a Japanese food class, learn how to prepare sashimi (yes i do not know how to, i just chow down on the whole thing) then open up a restaurant serving all raw meats?  ???

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Frog Sashimi

Does anyone have any thoughts about frog sashimi and how to prepare it?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOUnjB6SPxE

EDIT: Would it be alright if I were to get some fish/lobsters/crabs from the supermarket, and just eat it whole like that as a meal? Because I figured out that would be what the cavemen did. Catch a fish, eat it.

P.S Thinking of red snappers

After searching my ass off, the only offals I can find are pork and it is not fed its' natural diet. None of the meat here in Singapore is fed its natural diet, except for beef. Bone marrows are all removed. No raw diary.

What do I do now? So far my only food sources are..

Eggs (Pain in the ass to get organic so I just get the standard supermarket ones)
100% Grass Fed Beef Meat (Fats are frowned upon in Singapore, most cuts especially Ribeye, costs a bomb)
Sashimi (Expensive E.G SGD$8.90 per 100g for Salmon, mostly farmed, oysters are $2 each)
Caviar (Almost puked after having some at a restaurant but I could get used to them)

My mum supports me a little now because I got her addicted to Kajiki Sashimi and I promised her my health would improve over time. ;)

P.S You guys tried Red Snapper Sashimi? OUT OF THIS WORLD. Cuttlefish is awesome too.

Ribeye from New Zealand. Grass fed. Kept for two days in the fridge, not freezer. Sorry if i did it wrongly.

An hour later, I will consume it and lick my fingers. ;)

Weird is that I had 4 pieces of Salmon Sashmi and a raw egg and I fill full already.

Sorry if it's too big but yes, you may kiss it.

I cracked one open and drank it after five pieces of salmon.

It was just regular supermarket eggs.

MY GOD THERE WAS AN ORGY IN MY MOUTH.

OH YES!

General Discussion / Questions that needs to be cleared up
« on: June 14, 2010, 06:04:03 am »
If I were to consume raw eggs (super market kind), raw beef organs (most likely only hearts, kidneys and livers), fats, meat and Sashimi, would I be alright?

What would I be lacking? Would my acne disappear? Would I still be 'entitled' to the awesome health benefits? I have not been eating paleo nowadays but I have gotten used to the taste of it, except for organs.

I plan to use avocado as a dipping sauce. Not every time, probably only for fish.

My Muay Thai membership is over, so exercising would probably be push ups, sit ups, the norms because i would be working to buy my own food, so mum can shut it about rice.

Is it normal to get 'high' on raw beef fats, meat and sashimi? Because I do. I feel happy, focused, faster and stronger.. and high.

Is it alright if I were to eat like 1 heart, 1 kidney, 1 liver a week? And the rest would be fats, fish and meat. Oh, briskets are muscle meats right? Because it is freaking hard to chew. Not a lot of fat too. When i said more fats to the butcher at the supermarket, I just get a larger slice so i guess it is pretty hard to balance.

Don't really know how to calculate what my body needs daily so I just plan to eat as much as I need. Meaning I will bring my food to work and will not eat any cooked food, I would rather starve!  O0

Would be nice to get everything cleared up so I wouldn't be so confused. Smoking has lowered my I.Q i think and let's not forget I drink like a frat boy but now I drink only once a week.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Avocado dips..?
« on: June 09, 2010, 07:55:02 pm »
Anyone knows how to make some? I've checked online and I kind of not want to add salt...  :(

Am thinking of like say, mashing up the avocado, adding a little bit of water, blend or mix it and then chill it in the fridge...

That won't work right? Just pure avocado? :(

Not that I'm necrophiliac..

Thanks!

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Tendons?
« on: May 20, 2010, 02:53:48 am »
I saw grass fed beef tendons today and I was wondering if anyone has experience with it? What's the taste like?

Also, it's really, really hard to get raw beef fats around here, let alone organs. I don't know much about meat prices too, just the usual $2.10/100g for brisket (grass fed). Most cuts of meat around here don't really have much fats either. I always ask for more and well, it baffles the guy over the counter (Brisket 4 days in a row? Boy do I like 'stew' a lot).

I've heard that too much protein isn't good? You know, the meat? How much am I supposed to take? Could I use tendons to replace fats/meat? Will tendons help me with gaining muscle? I take Muay Thai by the way.

Also(Sorry), i should only consume fertilized eggs right? Because if that's the case, I can't get any. Organic is a little hard to get.

I'm taking less sashimi now.. because it doesn't fill me up so I just take it as dessert if there is any. Oysters are like $2 each here.

Just thought I ought to post this.

I got her started on raw fish first.. but she gave up in the end.. now, she has passed away under the influence of glue.. She leaped off a 12th story building earlier today..
She was always depressed and I thought that by getting her on this diet, she would feel better but still..

RIP, dearest friend. You will be missed.

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Questions.
« on: April 16, 2010, 08:10:15 am »
So I've been eating New Zealand Raw beef brisket (I always ask for more fats, so the butcher knows me, no idea if it's grass fed or grain though, some other cuts of the meat said it was e.g 400 days grain fed, but the brisket just had the New Zealand flag symbol) and I'm wondering how much am I supposed to eat because normally 3 hours later I'll be hungry again.

I currently stand at about (last time I checked, which was two years ago) 170cm+
Weight about 50kg and below.

Also, is it normal to have insomnia, I mean, I still consume grains, because you know, mothers. Heh but not as much! Sometimes I throw it out.. or put it back secretly. ^_^ (SHHHH!)

Never had the honor of having organ meats. =|

I take less raw fish now, but will place it back into my diet.
I don't use sauces for any meats now anymore too.

Health / Epilepsy still coming
« on: March 24, 2010, 04:06:17 am »
Partly cause I am up late often and playing World of Warcraft. Am I too dependent on this diet to do miracles or am I just not doing it right?

Because my mother is rather skeptical about me consuming raw beef, I do it in secret. Raw fish on the other hand, I can consume it freely.

I hardly take my medication. I'm not 100% raw but I do my best to consume raw fish. Normally I would have 3 meals of cooked junk but I try to slot in a raw cuisine now and then in secret.

At the moment, I'm not having any problems with grain-fed beef. Just a teeny weeny bit, sort of like a cramp, in my abdomen, no problems.

Would my best bet to be to avoid cooked food as much as possible and consume more raw?

Also, I still smoke. 16 sticks or so daily. I hardly drink alcohol now.

Because raw fish and eggs doesn't really fill me up, it's really burning a hole in my wallet. It's really, really expensive and hard to get grass fed beef in Singapore.

I'm so darn skinny, I have muscles but they aren't visible. This is the best picture I have because I'm a terrible photographer. Any advice on how to get those abs out?

Raw fish is just what I consume for now.

Off Topic / Being a tyrant on my birthday =D
« on: February 20, 2010, 02:21:59 am »
Since it was my birthday, I made my buddies eat this. My girlfriend has no trouble with it as she's used to it now. She doesn't get agitated easily when she's on her period anymore. Hehe! :D

Tako (Octopus), Salmon, Kajiki (Swordfish I think) and Maguro (Tuna).

The salmon was widely accepted though. =\

Actually, it was the only one that my buddies dared to put in their mouths.

Health / I think I might need a Root Canal
« on: January 30, 2010, 03:41:33 pm »
The left bottom end of my tooth, my gums are swollen. There's an ulcer on my tongue.

And guess what? My mum's out there shopping. She blames it on all the raw stuff I've been eating. She won't come back to bring me to the dentist unless I stop this diet. Wow. This is blackmail. Now, I have trouble talking, eating is too painful, gurgling is painful as well.. and she just keeps nagging.

So transparent.

I have Epilepsy.. And I am ashamed to say, I am taking medication for it. 300mg of Sodium Valproate. No seizures so far.

I have Thalassemia Minor, not much of a major thing.

and I am worried because..

It burns when I pee, it really does and boy does it hurt..

Do I have Gonorrhea? No penis discharge, itchy anus, no painful or swollen testicles, no painful bowel movements. I think I do.

Welcoming Committee / Hello!
« on: December 11, 2009, 04:31:13 am »
Hey all. I'm Dwight. I hail from Singapore. :D

I'm 18.
I'm a Thal Minor (Thalassemia minor).
I have Epilepsy and acne.
50kg, 170cm.
I attend Muay Thai classes but not every day, not even often. When I feel like it, which is never.
Alcoholic, Smoker.

Joined this forum because I got interested in the Raw Paleolithic Diet.
I could really use a lifestyle/diet change and feeling like I just swallowed a rock after that well done steak wasn't very nice either.

Any fellow Singaporeans around that might be able to point me to a place where I am able to purchase fertilized chicken and/or eggs?

I have not started on the paleolithic diet yet but soon I will. I intend to purchase my meat from http://www.hubers.com.sg/products.php?PageIndex=3&id=1
Huber's Butchery - Just Veal, Lamb and Beef.

Would be swell if someone here could check it out and give me opinions/advice.

Thanks!  ;D
