Are you talking about gene transfer between microbes and yourself? Or transfer between microbes inside of you?
between microbes and yourself.

dear rawzi, thanks for your  generous answer. here, i want to write something that i was wrong to tell you that my mom uses salt. she never uses salt but calcium sulfate (the white things that can burn your tongue). in my country, they are available , people eat them with betel leaf.

Do they still dip it in scalding water to loosen the feathers?  Or do you not know because you're not that close to the slaughter?
i always see her of pulling out feathers without dipping it in scalding water. it is not that hard. even i take out those feathers sometimes.  :D

I agree.  Fish heads are great.  As long as they are small enough to chew.
heads are high in calcium and they're the super bone meal. you can ferment those small fish easily. they're delicious!!

How many to slaughter a larger animal?

When does she pluck it, before slaughter?  I don't understand what you meant by her timing.
dear rawzi/ after slaughter, she plucks the feathers manually.

it is very common in my country to buy live chickens and usually two people need to cut their head off (halal way). i see many times my momm just pulls the feathers off the chicken. chicken  is never my favorite and i never try to eat them anyway.

;Dhi, tripe is my very favorite. my pre RAF diet, i tried couple of times in USA, those store brought tripe and  didn't like them at all. when i was in my country, i used to eat them a lot and that one just delicious! i usually ate beef and goat tripe. i always get the feeling to eat them raw way before i know that kind of raw animal food diet exist out there. i never washed them, but i'd seen my mom  washed them with salt and hot water. most of the people consider eating tripe as very dirty thing. so we used to get it sometimes and hide that from other people. it sounds very funny. in US it is very expansive and they clean it with high chemicals i guess. if rawzi gets more fresh tripe, please, inform me. i'll pay for the price and fedex charges. i miss that very much and i think i can eat them raw with no problem. when i started 1st eating raw meat, i just didn't like the taste. still i just don't like the taste of those store brought beef. but the other day when i get that fresh lamb, i just put them in my mouth and that's just delicious. same way, i love the raw lamb fat. they're just tasty that i never process them to make tallow or anything. i just chew them. i'm sure that i will like fresh raw beef someday.  ;D

It depends on the state the person is in.  Skin diseases do well initially at lower animal food proportions.  Raw paleo diet can be high medium or low amounts of raw animal foods.

Problem with the poster is his eggs are factory eggs.

High meat as probiotics is wonderful.

Some people with skin diseases are filled with cooked, processed proteins, some fasting and a few good days on low protein will help.

i agree with you. that makes lot of sense. also raw vegan diet also involve lots of cleaning itself, so most of the people with this kind of problem see the result right away. raw vegan diet is good for some time to solve some problems and after that you can switch right back to raw paleo diet. but still it depends on completely on you, because every one's body is different. GS, makes more sense.

All I can say is that since eating RVAF diets means having healthier microbes in the human gut, that therefore any gene-transference would be more likely to be of a positive nature.
;D absolutely. so put this question up top of my head, my husband embracing the raw paleo diet naturally. he's a big thinker though!! ;D

in my country, there is some kind fish (wild caught) always found in the river which is extremely small. you can eat those fish easily with the bone raw. they're the divine source of all calcium, vit D and omega. only poor eat them. they cook with green mango and that's delicious.  :P

;)how about the home grown (using the sun light)  on top quality soil wheat grass? when you're vegan, your skin are clear. i guess, you're up to raw paleo now. no one healths improves in 100% on one type of diet. you can try 1st to be as zero carb and stay on it some good amount of time (it's way superior than vegan diet). if you don't see the improvements, than add tittle bit of other things with it (customize your diet). any diet you follow, still you can use the wheatgrass juice until you see the skin improve dramatically. wheat grass is the best detergent. put pure freshly make wg juice more often in a week for about an hour on you face and scalp. if you like to take bath, than put freshly ground wheat grass in your tub and stay their for half an hour. try to have bath on Luke warm water , cause hot water can dry your skin (damage the natural oil) dramatically and nothing will works in your skin. also, try to avoid to take shower with city water, unless you have osmosis system. people says rain water or river water best. after you take bath you can put on your entire body the raw coconut oil. you can also add up one table sp to one oz fresh wheatgrass juice early in the morning on completely empty stomach, until you see the change and complete cure from acne. all this will help you, if you follow the super nutritious raw paleo diet. make sure your vit D level is good. minimal eating (also some fasting) and lots of water will help. wheatgrass is the best product for any kind of bad skin condition. doesn't matter if you're using the organic soap... but any soap is NO NO NO for you on your face. please, let me know after your improvement. stay positive and cheerful and that helps 80%. good luck.

GS, i also believe in home birthing is the best deal. for example, ancient time most of the women give birth in the jungle naturally,  and probably with least pain or no pain. my experience is completely different. my case was very severe that i get the warning of bleed to death if i give birth at home. so, i get the cesarean baby.
i'd emergency c-section, my son's born a month earlier from due date. out of the blue, my severe bleeding started middle of the night. i was unconscious and rush to the hospital. before that, they found several complication on my   x-rays. so, for me it's a horrible moment.    :'(

That was my vague basic recollection as well. When I saw that Mr. Peskin had a negative comment about whole fish but nonetheless recommended a whole fish product on his Website--not even fresh or raw but canned of all things!--I lost interest and can't be bothered to check his claims further.
Sure, but the problem with that is that most wild fish that is sold in markets has the vitamin-D-rich liver and other organs removed, so that you would have to eat an enormous amount of fatty wild seafood to get the same level of vitamin D from CLO or sunlight.
i agree. but if you live in other country like GOODSAMARITAN, than you can find the fresh fish organ easily. same thing you can get to live in my country. those organs are very cheap. only poor buy them.

Thanks for sharing Michael.

My brother's wife is giving birth this January so she has been sent to their far off home province where their home birthing and traditional care is superior.

Raw meat can give us what we need to heal the intestines and stomach.  Did someone prescribe you eggs and honey?  It was actually prescribed to me, and it did help me.  But I had to get a glandular analysis, an iridology consult and everything else to get the script.  I've met people who got very different prescriptions to what I got, but they had their body, and me mine.
dear rawzi, my mom has severe thyroid problem and she gets high cholesterol for this. she also has gum disease, sinusitis, rheumatism arthritis and recently she diagnosed for osteoporosis. where she can go to get some kind of tests like you and will know what to eat? thanks.
