Those octopus and any raw meat needs to be cut down to small enough sizes so you do not choke.  Even if the octopus were dead, or even if it were just beef, that size can choke anyone.

I think I will try this at a korean restaurant, but I will cut up the octopus first in bite size chunks.

General Discussion / Re: other peoples reactions?
« on: November 11, 2008, 08:57:05 pm »
My family knows the disease I went through.  My story and pictures and success story is at http://www.eczemacure.info

They've seen me do the detoxes, herbals, nurturing techniques, fasting techniques and gadgets that were all instrumental in helping me and many other people get well from diseases.

They've seen me try raw vegan and raw fruitarian, going Wai diet with raw eggs and raw fish was easy for them to accept.  But the introduction of raw land animals, my wife is still adjusting.  Just this evening she was going out of her mind discovering why I ate ROTTEN MEAT.  I told her it was High Meat - Pro-biotics eskimo style.  She said I wasn't an eskimo, I said she wasn't swiss either but she eats yogurt.

Compared to raw vegan and raw fruitarian... I look good... normal weight.  The rest of the family and the maids are getting used to seeing me eat raw meat with them at the dinner table.  When I eat raw fish, there are no reactions and they all eat raw fish just the same as I share my meals with them.  But when it is raw land animals, I just have it in my plate.

I'm the family healer... they know what I'm doing is best... but it's something only they will do when they have no choice if they are sick and dying.

Traditionally and until today, Filipinos in the provinces eat certain bugs at certain seasons.  But they do cook them.

A long time ago my girlfriend of 5+ years and I were engaged to be married and she backed out.
I was horribly depressed.
Didn't know about health or diet at that time.
I got over it by getting another girl.
Knocked some sense into my long time girl friend and she came thundering back to me.
She's my wife now.

Somehow she didn't respect me when I was a "good boy".  When I showed I can get other women, a "bad boy", this is what she appreciates.  In my many more years of experience, this is true, women are attracted to "playboys".  They appreciate you when they know you have lots of women flocking all over you.  Now I seem to be more magnetic with RPD...  ;)

Hi Zeruff,

There have been reports of vitamin A overdose when eating too much raw liver.  I only eat it at most once per week only.

I'd suggest to stop drinking alcohol so your liver is in top shape to digest raw fats you need.

A high raw fat diet will make you poop regularly.

The raw paleo diet variant you want to cure acne would be Wai Diet: raw organic fruits + raw ocean fish + raw fertilized egg yolks only.  Always eat a fat with your fruit.  Say extra virgin olive oil + fruit or egg yolks + fruit.

Download the free acne cure book using Wai Diet http://www.freeacnebook.com/FreeAcneBook.pdf

For constipation cures, get started with the detoxes... the usual colon cleanse, kidney cleanse, liver flushes: http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols

Whatever you do... never agree to accutane... it can injure you as most people have been injured... I used to have cystic acne myself... and was victimized by accutane. http://www.eczemacure.info/blog/2008/10/17/my-21st-liver-flush-was-i-a-victim-of-accutane/

My cure protocol for eczema works for acne too http://www.eczemacure.info/blog/2008/09/02/september-2008-eczema-and-psoriasis-cure-protocol/ (in the diet points you back to Raw Paleo Diet as well )

In my personal experience and with the people I've helped, herbal colon cleansers work better than colonics (water shoved in).

Colosan you can get from www.amazon.com
LBB you can order from www.barefootherbalistmh.com
In the Philippines, Dr. Tam's Miracle Tea

I believe from the teachings I read from Barefoot Herbalist Book I, Dr. William Hey says depressions are nutritional deficiences, sunlight deficiencies, I think fat deficiencies and toxicity related with constipation thrown in... not to mention eating non human food is depressing itself.

Going low carb, means you are going high fat... which is a step in the right direction.  And raw food gives you more nutrition.  And raw food gives us beneficial microorganisms in our gut.  High meat cures depression quickly I hear.  When people have sterile guts due to anti-biotic use they get depressed too.

As always... constipation is number 1.  Have to remove the waste first. Colon cleansing first.  Make way for the good food.

I'm interested in this topic, I have a dear friend who lives in a far away province who I hear is depressed.  I think I will re-read that book I again for the depression aspect.

As for the argument re centenarians, I disagree that diet is responsible for their living that long - though I agree that will-power (and modern medicine/surgery) can do wonders to keep people alive for far longer on cooked-processed diets than otherwise would be the case) . Turning to a raw diet would mean a much lower toxin-load(there'd still be air-pollution and the like) and therefore a much longer lifespan, provided that the environment wasn't too harsh. I wouldn't be at all surprised if  100% RAFers manage to live till 150-160+, if they started out rawpalaeo from birth  .(I won't likely live past 100, though, as my body's resources were so damaged and exhausted after years of eating cooked-foods that even turning to this diet wouldn't lead to the kind of health I could have experienced if I'd been rawpalaeo from birth).

Pair up with a raw paleo lady Tyler.  Let's see raw paleo children from conception. Maybe they'll live to 150.

Buy his 2 books.  It's worth it.

Aajonus likes dairy and it works for him.  I have experimented with raw cow milk, raw carabao milk and raw goat milk and they make me gassy.

He likes raw honey.

He says only one serving of fruit a day.

Aajonus likes juicing greens.

Aajonus eats raw honey with butter.  I tried that and it makes sense.

I also add raw honey with extra virgin olive oil and use that as a dip for cucumbers.  Good snack.

Raw honey is also useful for scrapes and cuts.

I'll do anything I can instead of actually dealing with what ever's troubling me.

???? My engineering logic tells me if something is troubling me I'd better fix that problem because it remains a problem.  Unless one of the choices is do this... do that... or do nothing / ignore.

General Discussion / Re: raw vegetarians/vegans - allies or enemies?
« on: November 08, 2008, 02:07:06 pm »
As for my personal karma or philosophy about killing animals...

I will kill animals that threaten my family... (for example, I hear a crocodile is loose in a creek near us, a crazed rabid dog is loose in the neighborhood)

I will kill animals that are pests and threaten my family... (mosquitoes, rats, cockroaches)

I will kill animals for food... (go fishing just what my family will eat, go hunting just what my family will eat, slaughter what will be eaten or sold for food)

But I feel it is not right to kill animals for mere "sport" like hunting for the sake of killing or displaying the stuffed animal as a trophy.  Hunt or fish only what you will eat... there are some wasteful hunters who will bird hunt killing inedible birds just for the sake of killing; or fishing catch and release... what's the point?

But this is just me.

Hi Seeker,

You are right on the money about vegan honesty and dogma.  I tried vegan too while helping a cancer patient, I did the same raw vegan diet. Raw vegan is a good temporary thing while healing or detoxing... but I soon discovered, it's a temporary thing, it is not for the long term... I was honest... raw vegan didn't taste good and I was getting too thin.  I only lasted for 2 months because I was honest?  I wasn't dogmatic?

Also did fruitarian.  My teacher was great... but even from his point of view, if fruits vanished, he would eat raw meat... not cooked meat.  I only lasted 2 months on fruitarian... got too cold and too thin.

Within raw paleo I'm still tryin out things... beginning with wai diet... it was getting boring so I added raw animal foods... cooked homo optimus diet and pork got my interest but the experiment turned out bad bad pork and bad cooked food... I went back to rpd... tried cow, carabao and goat raw milk bad too... now gunning for low carb high fat on raw paleo... let's see...

no dogma, no pride, just straight forward experimentation and honest reporting... something raw vegan does to you... I felt that convinced dogma when I began raw vegan and raw fruitarian diets... but you just face reality at when you hit your head on the wall that people need animal foods to thrive.

Some raw vegans just take years before they run out of gas.

Congratulations on your find!

We have a good number of Korean restaurants in Manila.  In fact we have a Korean invasion of the Philippines going on right now.

What was the name of the Korean dish on the menu?

Maybe I can order the same thing here.

This morning I had:

fresh coconut juice and some coconut meat
some lanzones

(very light breakfast just to get my poop reflex running in the morning)

This lunch I had
2 fertilized whole eggs
3 fertilized egg yolks only
raw tuna -- this time from a small yellow fin tuna less than 2 feet long.
I squeezed some calamansi on the tuna (calamansi is a small citrus, what we have equivalent to your lemons)

For the big fish, I usually do not eat the skin.
But for the little fish, like dilis (1 inch to 3 inches long) or dulong (1 cm small), I eat the fish whole... head, skin, innards, tail, etc.

Anyone use IE7? How does it look?

Hi Craig,

On another technical aspect, try downloading VMWARE Player and make a Windows XP virtual machine for yourself.  Then install multiple Internet Explorer in your windows XP. You will have IE7 and IE6 available for you.
