I don't need military press, since I already do handstand pushup holds.Miliatry presses are quite different than hanstand pushup holds. Think power prodution.
Why are the freeweight squats better than the machine?
Tell me about the rows/pullovers.
There's going to come a point where it's inescapable. I'm trying to decide if I should start with a squats machine, or just with deadlifts. They are both important. I would never exclude one for the other. Usually best to do either of them in a workout. Don't deadlift more than once a week or you'll fry your nervous system. Regular squats are far superior and safer than squat machine. Also don't forget about military presses and a form of rows or pullovers.
The human body is actually pretty comprehensible in my opinion. Im so tired of people making simple things so complicated. The world is quite a simple place in many ways. Not to say there are no mysteries. When you were a convinced vegan I bet it was all simple as well, right? Man isn't meant to eat animal, all animals are sacred. Eating an all plant diet is cleaning both the body and the mind in perfect harmony. See; Simple!
I think the veggie juice is the least important part of the diet for me. It would probably be more important for me if i didn't have a shitty centrifugal juicer.I agree that it is not the most important. Far from it. It is one of those things I can easily go without but than when i do drink it I always notice a boost for several hours.
iv found all of his claims to be true so ill take his word on it. I take my own personal experience above everything else.I didn't believe any of Aajons claims. Thought they were entertaining stories he made up to get the raw point across. I still have my doubts on most of them however I can't fault the guy. Which is frustrating. Every time I have some sort of problem or issue I reread his books and look for clues. The food remedies (usually following some weird logic) he suggest have always worked. Without exception. Ranging from skin issues to food timing and combining and from headaches to wound healing.
you do what you want. "official" research documents mean nothing to me, maybe they mean something to you.
Its quite simple for me. My body has no difficulty digesting soft things (meat fat most fruit (oranges for example have too much fiber for me so I chew them and spit out the fiber, apples are too hard and I dont digest them too well so I dont eat them at all) butter, honey, anything soft and raw) but anything hard is difficult for my body to digest which is basically just vegetables.100% the same for me! No wonder we both ended up doing a primal version of a raw diet.
Soft vs hard is almost always the main criteria. Fiber is my enemy and I can always feel it sitting in my gut. However a vegetable juice one in a while makes me feel great because I get the veggie benefits without the fibrous detriment.
Very cool video. HIR, what's your stats? bodyweight, height, years training may I ask?1.77mtr

From: Cordain L, Eaton SB, Brand Miller J, Mann N, Hill K. The paradoxical nature of hunter-gatherer diets: Meat based, yet non-atherogenic. Eur J Clin Nutr 2002;56 (suppl 1):S42-S52.They would also eat the fatty organs, brains and most of the marrow.
"the diets of hominids living in Europe during the Paleolithic were indistinguishable from top trophic level carnivores such as arctic foxes and wolves."
I've never heard of a pack of wolves leaving a carcass with a load of meat left on it because there wasn't enough fat to go with it
