here you go bud...

https://www.icmag.com/ic/forumdisplay.php?f=65605

The majority of the site is about cannabis but they have a section on general gardening that is mostly food plants and these people have the knowledge for indoor grow, the only thing is that it isn't necessarily organic or biodynamic. Still, lots of knowledge to be gleaned, and plus you get to interact like this forum. Enjoy and good luck, share photos. Also I have a fair amount of indoor growing experience so I could answer some questions about lighting and such. Cheers!

thanks man. what is your take on the hydro vs soil debate for indoor grow?

Well, the store that I shop at pretty much almost always has milk from Organic Pastures in stock, everyday.  It's very rare that I'll go in and there be no milk!  The other products are more hit and miss though, such as the butter, cultured butter, qephor, colostrum, and all that are often less in stock than the actual milk.  But I think you can order from Organic pastures, http://www.organicpastures.com/shop.html  it looks like they will deliver their milk to you.

For my one month in Cali, I have to say claravale milk is much better than organic pastures. Its pure jersey milk and comes in glass bottles so no plastic taste you get with organic pastures

Health / Re: High Cholesterol

You can also eat a lot of apples each day for liver flow and removal of cholesterol in your liver.

Or you can choose to drink 1 liter of real apple juice a day for 1 week before you do your egg yolk liver flush.

When I was totally sick in the old days I did a 2 day apple juice fast and just that apple juice cleaned me out of stuck up cholesterol.  Amazing toilet sight.

I did your egg yolk liver flush (following your instructions)  before and nothing happened

So I got my bloodwork done and found out my cholesterol has been jacked up to way above normal level and the doctor is concerned. Is this something I should disregard? Is cholesterol suppose to go up to above "normal" levels? Can you send me any info on why high cholesterol is not a concern? What should I tell my dr.? Is eating lots of cholesterol truly fine? Thanks!

Raw fermented honey has cleared up most of what dandruff I had left. I don't know yet how often I have to eat it. It looks like it starts to come back when I haven't eaten it for a couple days.

Health / More fat more dandruff
« on: March 27, 2011, 08:04:48 am »
So it seems that when I eat pure fat like bison back fate, my dandruff greatly increases. I ate mostly organ meat for 2 weeks and my dandruff was much less. however, i just started adding in more fat with the back fat and i got the same issues i had before when i originally did this kind of diet, where i can see huge flakes coming off my scalp. it doesnt make any sense. I read that apparently fat can cause more sebum. Maybe thats why?  Dandruff is fuckin frustrating

Hot Topics / Parasite?
« on: March 21, 2011, 02:31:17 am »
So it seems from what I read on the forum that eating raw fish greatly increases your chances of a parasite. I hate raw wild salmon from a fish market almost 4 weeks ago. For the last 4 days my stomach hurts a little bit when I eat and my intestinal area begins to hurt an hour later (like a cramping pain). I don't have diarrhea so im not sure if its  parasite. can anyone tell me how to do a parasite cleanse just in case?
