Allthough a hand whisk would use less friction and produce less heat, possibly keeping all enzymes alive (if the electrical friction is even an issue), I don´t have the time to hand whisk tbh. Therefore I use an electric hand mixer. I never did it with tallow, but if, then I would try it with lard since its much softer. I do eat leaf lard on a regular basis, its softer than butter and where I get it from it´s delicious. Last time I could taste the apples that the pigs ate. I can eat it by the spoon. When doing lard or tallow it´s important to keep the temp low in order to avoid oxidation, if you render it urself, I´d recommend below 45 degrees C with a temp meter, that would keep it almost raw. so far i only used EVOO, but lard might be even better, will give that a go next time I make it. I forgot that sometimes I also use mustard for my mayo, i used to do AV´s mustard recipe for that, now I don´t care, but mustard is not a necessity. If u add some acidic medium like lemon juice or ACV u´ll be fine. Whenever I do something I always tend to invent my own recipe. I don´t care too much about other people´s recipes. Sometimes I also add ground ginger or ground onion. But that won´t make it truly raw. But I do think that freshly crushed garlic adds a very nice taste to it, including some fresh herbs like mint or rosemary, i mean u could go crazy on homemade mayo anyway :)

127
I do/did my own mayonnaise. I usually use 2 egg yolks, whisk them up for a minute or so, add salt and pepper, then pour around half a cup of EVOO slowly (drop by drop for around 8 minutes) to make it thicker, at the same time I add ACV, lemon and sometimes crushed fresh garlic. U can add whatever u want but it tastes great and keeps for a couple of days in the fridge. And u can´t compare that fresh taste with store bought mayo.

Primal Diet / Re: Hydration mineral water versus veg juices

it is said here https://www.davidgumpert.com/the-dark-side-of-the-aajonus-vonderplanitz-legacy-how-the-end-came that he didnt die from the fall, as many people always claim. It´s pretty easy to find this actually:

Quote
At the end of the week last week, Aajonus was with his girlfriend, in Thailand on a balcony on his house. He was cleaning a wound to his hand, and went to the railing to throw the rest of the washing fluid to the ground.  She turned away to do something, and heard a crashing noise. The railing was broken, at least in that spot, and she heard moaning. She rushed to the ground below, and found him there.

He broke his back quite severely, next to the first rib, and could not move his legs. He took charge of the care of his body, even in the hospital, where he had them wrap his torso to stabilize the bones. He did have one x-ray, and then would not let them do more. The doctors wanted to operate, and he refused. He had them wrap him and feed him his food, and continued so for two days. He was apparently in good spirits, but did experience what must have been severe pain, for he did let them give him at least two pain shots. This might have been necessary for him to stay awake and in control, as the body can shut down from pain. There was blood in his stomach at some point, for he did regurgitate some food with blood in it.

On the third day of his hospital stay, he sent his girlfriend to a court proceeding in Bangkok, about 3.5 hrs away, about the land there in Thailand, over her protests. He insisted she go. While she was gone, he went into a coma, and they put an IV in him. When she returned he was very bad. At this point she emailed our Thai member, who called a few of us. The doctors say he had a kidney infection and blood infection. They continued to feed him butter and honey, as instructed, and followed his wishes as possible. They gave him oxygen as his breathing decreased, and he steadily lost blood pressure. They told us his kidneys had stopped functioning, were not producing urine. They wanted to do something, but no one had any authority to override his stated wishes. When his heart failed, they pumped his heart and tried to resuscitate him for a half hour. Our Thai member was on the phone with Aajonus’ girlfriend and could hear the flatline beep of the heart monitor. …They stopped resuscitation efforts at 2 am August 28th Thai time, Noon on August 27th Los Angeles time.

The way I read it, Vonderplanitz may have been afraid to have rural doctors operate on him, and likely died from the effects of internal bleeding.

We will never know what really caused his death. However, it is highly likely that because he didn´t fix that rotten railing, all the events thereafter lead to his death. Then there is the possibility that somebody might have done him harm while laying in the hospital vunerable and possibly alone, which caused the internal bleeding and organ failure, given the fact that there were previous attempts on his life before (at least according to his newsletters), or he was just unlucky and died of the after effects of that fall. Or they manipulated that railing, however, that seems unlikely give how extremely remote and hard to access that place was. But nothing is impossible. The final verdict would be that we will never find out and I think it´s pointless to continue talking about it. Fact is he saved and helped many people, he had very contradictive and questionable methods that made no sense, but he for sure pissed off a lot of people that pull certain strings. And I wouldn´t give much of what Sv3rige has to say, this guy is mentally unstable, but at the same time he is spreading the word about RAF, which he has to get credit for.

Health / Re: weakening eyesight

you could try and incorporate "black currants" to your diet. They contain a huge amount of Vitamin C, far more than oranges, they are relatively cheap if u buy them frozen, they do not seem to be a hybrid food and they seem to be quite moderate in carbs, allthough sources have different opinions here. Most importanly they seem to have plenty of properties that increase eye health, especially for ppl having eye sight issues during the night. There are plenty of accounts of ppl that follow just the carnivore diet and their eyesight improved drastically. However, why not give berries a try if you don´t want to be stuck on carnivore only.

What would you suggst to avoid anaerobic bacteria, since most meats are wrapped in plastic nowadays? Not many ppl have access to unwrapped meats directly from the farm. Would cutting the outer layer be enough? Or washing it off? Or would that bacteria be still able to penetrate deeply into the whole piece of meat?

something more catchy could be:

- raw paleo diet - cure for all diseases/everything?
- raw paleo diet - healing all disease?
- raw paleo diet - mankinds original diet
- the most effective/healing diet in the world/worldwide
- raw paleo diet - how to feel alive again
- raw paleo diet - no more meds?

words such as "diet" and "healing/cure" always catch attention.

I´d never use anything plastic for fermenting such delicate things like HM. The possibility of leaching toxic plastic components into the HM would make me worry. Fermenting veggies, if done properly, is done only in properly sealed glass jars. I myself did my HM solely in glass jars. And when I did them I did it in smaller batches fermenting 1-1 1/2 month. In my personal opinion I would find it pretty risky to let it stand for a whole year without having it refrigerated. The temperature in the uk is changing during summer and winter, unlike the inuit which, in general, live in a much colder environment throughout the year. I wouldn´t risk it for a whole year outside.

Health / Re: Underbite and Overbite - Solutions?

I know that chewing can widen the jaw and therefore straighten misaligned teeth. I don´t know if that can also fix over- and underbites, possibly. Ideally you eat foods that have to be chewed long to achieve this. Red meats and organs would be best I think.

Primal Diet / Re: Constipation
« on: April 03, 2019, 05:47:57 am »
Everybody is different, so to say raw dairy cannot cause constipation is far from true. I ate shitloads of raw dairy and since I stopped all dairy my constipation is practically gone. I will do another test and include it again when I am abroad, but so far my digestion is far better without dairy. If you stop raw dairy you need another source of fat, for me avocados did the trick, mostly including tomatoes and lots of olive oil, so a bit of fibre could help if you tolerate it.

And just because you add more fat it does not automatically mean that constipation will not occur. If you have low HCI you can eat the fattiest steak in the world, including extra animal fat, but you can still experience constipation. If you have strong gastric acids and good working pancreas then the hardest fat can be turned into proper liquid and make things go through smoothly, if you don´t have that constipation can easily occur. Even liquids like milk will clump and form "balls" in your stomach due to the acid, and if your acid is not strong enought it can cause constipation. Yes, these shakes might make it easier to digest dairy, but one needs to think of the practicality. Sometimes it´s easier to just stop what´s giving u problems rather than trying to find ways how to make it digestible. After years of experimentation with dairy I can say that it´s not essential, at least for me. I found that it definitly has it´s place to heal certain things, and at times it helped me a lot. But then comes time when it´s better to be without. So when Gatsuri said everything needs to be on point in the body regarding HCL and bile, he is correct. And I think its important to sometimes stop acting like a vegan saying "you did the diet wrong" while in fact certain foods of the diet itself are wrong, for your own body.

;D I know what u mean, same as the ppl that run around with these cotton masks in asia to avoid the pollution, thinking it would help in any way

I also think that there was a cause behind that which did not directly relate to him eating the pork. You never know to what toxins this guy was exposed to or what rubbish he ate. He might have worked in a chemical factory, on a garbage plant and what not. News like this are pretty pointless. I did eat raw chicken, air dried bacon, allthough cured with salt, high meat, and so far had no issues. I also do think that parasites are there for a reason to cleanse us, if you live a shitty lifestyle or eat shitty foods then the balance of good bacteria/parasites can shift and they can cause you issues, like yeast infections and candida overgrowth.

I can also personally relate to parasites a lot, since I had many of them during my detox period and whenever I ate or drank something unhealty, I could see them in my vomit or saliva. Even now if I eat something unhealty and spit out that slimy substance into a open sink and remove the liquids around it. What´s usually left is a long worm like thing with a body, which usually has something like a head at one side. That head is bigger than its body and can have a different color (body is white and head is yellow). So I believe that parasites are meant to be, come to work whenever you are exposed to toxins, but we often do not realize that they are there until we examine them. I would also think that when you have a lot of slime in your nose and blow that out, you know that hanging slimy substance, instead of being just slime I think its a parasite that did its work and now needs to get out.

AV mentioned that as well in http://www.extremehealthradio.com/ep-73-aajonus-vonderplanitz-how-he-overcame-cancer-other-diseases-eating-raw-meat-3-14-2013/ He said that he wears a multiple (12) layered organic cotton mask/handkerchief around his face as the benzin exposure is high and gets into the cabin. Apparently there is an exception to that in Australia. All planes that fly to Australia have to have a filter system to avoid benzin going into the cabin and pilot cubicles. Every other plane is full of benzin. I always wondered if he was right about that. He also mentioned that the seatbelt is a radiation attracting metal.

just read it and I would agree with it. Since I stopped strictly carnivore I started to eat A LOT of avocados, tomatoes and evoo with almost every meal. that stopped constipation entirely. I also stopped drinking with meals and that had an even bigger impact. No more bloating. I do eat raw salads with my cooked meats rarely, and that also seems to help me as the food moves though fast, but sleeping isn´t as healing. In general I can say that eating sub fruits/fruits such as avocado, tomatoes, butternut squash, zucchini are best. Leafy greens are interfering the most. I did have homecured raw bacon with tomatoes, avocado, raw eggs and evoo recently and I got a very strong and positive emotional reaction, like a high. But so far I did not try again to eat meats only. However I did notice that cutting out all dairy did miracles for my digestion. So dairy is out, but at the same time my HCI has improved tremendously. On purpose I had the chewiest piece of fat last time, and no issues digesting it. I almost got my life back. Now looking into distilled water since I think that mineral water is one of the main culprits in my diet. I think I was totally wrong on that one. Time will tell and still learning, but making huge progress. I think when I am able to digest raw liver, the chewiest thing ever, I think I made it.

142
from my part I can say that I stay away from anything leafy green now. Had it recently and it messed things up. Besides I find salad useless. It´s like eating paper. I think I need to be careful with cellulose. Especially since I eat meats with it. And eating it alone is boring. I would try natto, but too much hassle for me doing it :) The Kelp observation is interesting, maybe u have some thyroid issues. Where do you get urs?

after my 6 month carnivore journey it seems that I can eat plant foods again, but interestingly enough the ones that I seem to do well on are fruit based (with seeds). These are winter squash, summer squash, tomatoes, cucumber, avocados. Other fruits are bell bepper, pumpkin and olives, but these seem to be an issue still (except their oils). When looking at them it also looks like they are low in carbs, except winter squash which has 12 g carbs. Nonetheless it makes sense that fruits/sub-fruits seem to be less of an issue when it comes to anti-nutrients than vegetables. I also recommend having a look at https://www.diagnosisdiet.com/ a website of Georgia Ede MD which explains the nature of different foods very well. Learned a lot on her site. So after doing a carnivore diet it makes most sense to reintroduce the fruit-veggies that seem to have the least anti-nutrients, and ideally stick to them (if you want to eat fruit-veggies). I thought of introducing more broccoli too, but after reading her post on that I am hesitant. They seem to be a double edged sword.

One thing I can say for sure is that the carnivore diet healed a lot. I even had some gluten foods, beer, fries, sweets and I can tolerate them, which was not possible before. I do however sense that after I started eating plant foods again, I noticed that just eating animal foods is the best. But if u want to have some color in your life, some fruit-veggies are ok. But once you eat clean, which I did for the last couple of weeks, one portion of fries made me get a cold. So the body right away reacts to shitty foods once you eat clean and then goes into detox. I always know that when I eat something unhealthy and I wake up in the morning and have a discarge of the eyes, it´s detox. AV said it too and I can confirm.

Primal Diet / Re: Aajonus Vonderplanitz and HCL
« on: March 13, 2019, 03:52:53 am »
there is a session coming up in april in a remote place, it´s about body electronics. The guy doing the sessions has decades of experience. I can send you the details via pm. It can be a lengthy process, but it seems if you are nutritionally prepared, healing can go fast. According to my research it´s the most effective healing method that exists.

Sessions can last from an hour to half a day, lying on a bed and be absolutely still. It can be very challenging but a lot is about releasing emotional blockages. There are different layers of resistance, but once these are released extreme healing can occur.

145
What are the best raw vegetables that can be eaten together with meats? I´m trying to incorporate veggies after carnivore and so far it goes well, but I wanna know which ones cause the least trouble digesting if eaten raw and together with meat or alone. So far I eat a lot of tomatoes, avocado and mixed salad, but what about things like broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, cucumber, carrots? Bell peppers and olives give me issues, Eggplant is a bit weird raw, same as cabbage, even in sauerkraut. Also, are tomatoes with cucumber really that hard to digest?

146
I agree with the first 3. pemmican could be in the list of food preservation as well.

Van, I know it sounds ludicrous, but have you ever thought of the possibility of regrowing parts of the lost leg? I know of a healing method that can possibly regenerate certain things plus tissue in the body in some people, and considering that, I believe, you have a perfect raw diet, which would be one condition for certain extreme healings to happen on this method, you might want to give it a try.

148
I´m not sure if the benefits of cooked foods are well received here  ;D but things such as bone or meat broth, and apparently enhanced "bioavailability" of cooking foods like tomatoes, spinach.. might be of interest. then things such as certain herbal teas, herbal tonic drinks could be interesting. Stews might be the least problematic cooked foods as the water might retain quite a good amount of the vitamins, minerals and what not, but that´s just speculative.

yeah I eat walnuts a lot lately. Brazil nuts im not sure. Might be too high in selenium and they are expensive. Walnuts are great and off the charts when it comes to omega 3, sometimes I wonder if nature intended them to look like a brain.
