Thanks for sharing. How long was the butter aged? Wondering how long it would take to seep in toxins from packages..

Parasites show up in your body when there is a nice environment for them (just like every other living thing). So they will eat, and when the food is gone, they will leave again. Depending on the food in your body, different parasites will show up. The parasites also poop, that poop will be eaten by something else (which will then show up), and this will go on and on until there is food for your 'body' (bacteria). Look into the work of Bechamp about how this works.

If you eat a lot of food that is difficult for your body to utilise, other life is needed to digest it.

Parasite do not cause any illness, these are there to help clean up. If you eat 'unclean' food, you will need parasites/fungi/etc to help clean your body. This is a good thing. Eating the 'unclean' food is the bad thing.

I have been eating pork for almost 2 years, with no problem. Do not have any experience with wild game, but my guess would be that wild game lives way more natural compared to most farmed animals. So i would not worry about it.

Raw oysters are super tasty, for info on 'flesh eating bacteria' (fear mongering) look into Bechamp what might actually be going on there. If there would be a 'human eating bacteria', which us human would have no possibility of defending against, that bacteria would be on top of the food chain.

most of this is BS... these videos are assuming that hoaxvid exists hahhahahahahahahhahahaha

controlled 'opposition' 101

you ant heal scamvid because it does not exist

bioweapons are a psyop but chemical weapons(all pharmaceuticals) are real.

Bioweapons? You mean like mustard gas etc? Or man-made viruses and bacteria that are weaponized? You have some more info on it? sites/books?

I did not look into this guy. Clearly he has been launched to distract everybody and create more chaos and discussion. Indeed controlled opposition 101

I also have no issue with constipation and butter/pineapple. If anything, last month i have been increasing my butter amount (to 200 gr daily) and my bowel movements are more stable now.
Good to hear that the pineapple is helping. Are you also eating the hard core of the pineapple? Maybe that is too much fibre for you? I always cut it out, but my girlfriend finds it normal to eat it.

Constipation is usually too much fibre or too little fat.

Are you sure the butter is clean and raw? Does the labelling say it is raw? If it doesn't it most likely is not raw. Throwing up sounds to me like the butter is not ok.

Could be a detox trigger, but you could also just eat less and try to slowly build up. Or switch to another fat source and try again later. You mention it goes ok when you combine it with meat, so that is also an option to eat it. Or make it into a drink with eggs and honey, maybe that will help the digestion as well. I think pineapple also helps well with digestion of fats, so that might be an option.

« on: March 29, 2022, 08:47:10 pm »
You should never eat sick animals. But indeed, for organ meets everybody says there could be more risks due to toxin. Just make sure you eat healthy animals so you do not have to worry about it.

I wouldn't worry about Vit A toxicity. Your body will tell you when it is time to stop eating/eat something else. So always remain watchful of how you feel. As far as i heard: the vit A toxicity from liver is just to fear monger everybody away from healthy food.

I think it will not be possible to miss any micro nutrients when eating only raw liver.

I would however be concerned about macro nutrients. Liver is mostly protein with a little bit of carb, but there will be no/very little fat on it. So i would find an animal fat source to add to your liver. When eating so many nutrients in the form of beef liver, your body will need a proper supply of fat to get rid of the toxins you will be detoxing. And also you will need a fuel source in general, and fat will be very good for that.

The US system has collapsed before, during the great depression, and yet life went on. My grandmother was born in 1937 and raised poor as poor could be in a log cabin built in a mountain holler. Her Parents were subsistence farmers, hunters and moonshiners; she never seen an automobile until she was 5 years old. Without any outside access to the world, she grew up never knowing how poor they were until growing up and moving into the city.

Did you grandmam have a good life, according to her? Not seeing a car your entire life does not say anything about being happy. And moving to the city would, in my opinion, not really be a step forward.

In earlier times, let’s say ww2, if people were lucky, they could flee from war to countries that were unaffected or almost unaffected by  war and insanity. Nowadays there are almost no countries unaffected by the mandates, plandemic, rising prices etc... I don’t know, it seems like fleeing somewhere is a short term solution nowadays. If it all continues the same way then I’m not sure if small countryside communities will stay untouched.

I agree that this is worldwide. But being self sufficient will provide you with everything you need. So you do not care about rising prices, or QR codes that you need to go to the supermarket/pub/whatever. You will not be dependent on extremely fragile supply chains etc.

The only thing you might not be save from is a worldwide man-hunt for un-vaxxed people or something like that. I personally do not think that is likely to happen. If the slave people in the big cities just go along, who cares about some folks on the fringes.

In the end you have to find something that you like doing, so that you can enjoy your experience on this earth to the fullest until you die. I do not see moving to a more natural area and homesteading as something i do just to survive. I think it will be an amazing and healthy/happy life and really look forward to it. Im not fleeing away from the madness of civilisation, i'm going forward to a more natural life.

I'm also thinking about this. My thoughts so far:
- Depending on your time frame, i do not think there is any country that is safe. The countries that really go against the madness will just have their presidents replaced. So maybe some country or state looks good now, it might not be the case in the (near) future. So i'm more thinking about finding a local area that seems good, regardless of the country/state/province it is in.
- My wife is from Spain, and therefore it would be easier for us to move to Spain, because she i native and i (being Dutch) can just go along with her. Spain is not any better or worse than the Netherlands (where we are now) regarding the madness, Spain does have an enormous amount of empty land. Just like many other countries. So we are thinking of getting a camper and exploring the empty parts. Ground is very cheap there, and therefore we might be able to buy some without any mortgage. If you move away to be more self-sustained, it would be  good to go to a place where the land is cheap(er).
- My assumption is that in small remote communities people will still believe in the madness, but i'm assuming that they will not quickly go running to the police when people do not go along with it all. I would be interested in your thoughts about this. As i'm very doubtful about the back-stabbing nature of people that i do not know. And also about that nature of people i do know, for instance i would not be surprised if my sister in law in the future would report me to some anti 'anti-vaxx' authority.
-  I have been doing some research and experiments in trying regenerative ag with (grazing) animals, and it really seems possible to improve any land to a great extent wrt fertility. So for looking at land that can actually sustain some people, i think with time most land should be able to do it. It will not some (time) investment in the beginning to possible get it to that state. But im willing to get cheaper land now that has to be restored a bit, compared to getting more expensive land. If you do not take care of it properly, you will deplete the fertility over time anyway. So you will have to learn proper management in any case. I read that 5 acres, ~2ha, should be enough for a family to be completely self sustained (that is included tons of vegetables that many people here will most likely not need for themselves).
- I will not go to any different continent, both our families are in Europe, and i do not want to risk not being able to fly anymore in the future. ( i saw some governmental plans of the UK a while back where they were discussing closing almost all airports in the UK for climate reasons). Staying in Europe, it will be always possible to visit, even if it is by foot.
- I'm trying not to have the 'undead/sheep/zombie apocalypse' dictate my actions. I have realised during all this craziness that family, good food and nature are most important. And im trying to change my life now more in that way. Moving to a remote place in nature to homestead is just something that seems like a good thing to do, whether there is complete madness in the rest of the world or not.
- Related to the above point, i think that if you wait for the day of the apocalypse to start with acting, you will be very (to) late. That is why i want to move ASAP. My wife is finishing some studies here now, and after that i would really want to make serious steps to move and be more self-sufficient. It will take many years to develop your homestead and communities before you are self sufficient.
- I'm assuming that there will be no apocalypse, no specific date where everything really goes to shit. Everything will just get worse and worse, but most people will go along with it. They will just accept that their lives are getting worse and worse. The people in power are to smart to have an apocalypse, because that would mean that the entire system will collapse. I would think that the people in power would not want that to happen, because they are pretty happy with this system i guess. If anybody has any theories on why everything will crumble, please share them. I'm curious about this.

Please share your thoughts on my thoughts =)

I think the 'Milkjar' imposter issue is not really an issue. I think the name was chosen by the guy on youtube as a joke, and i believe in his ex-vegan interview with Sv3rige they joke about it. I think they also joked about it in other video where they hangout together. And in the end, why would it even matter :-)

It is a pity this place is so empty indeed. IRL i have nobody to discus many if not all of the topics discussed here. Some people are interested, but none have any experience with eating raw meat. So that always makes the talk very one sided.

These dynamic conflicts of (power and control)(creator and Creation)(Slaves and Masters) have played out through the sagas of the ages, and for those with eyes to see, are being played out right now on a scale and sophistication, so grandiose, it boggles the mind to begin to fathom. From within this wilderness backwater forum; from the tiger eyed view, I sit as a silent (and sometimes not so silent) witness, to this divine comedy; not knowing whether to laugh, cry or scream. If there is anything I am sure of, it is that those wild angels watching over the fleshlings of earth are getting one hell of a show.

This is mostly how I try to see this whole situation. Looking into what is really going on with people, the level of brainwash, the fearmongering, all the systems at play is really awe-inspiring to me. I look at it with great admiration for whomever put it all into play. It did took me a while to be able to look at it this way, and i think somewhere along that journey i realized my life might be very different from what i expected. It might also be filled with a lot of suffering and eventually (of course) death, maybe prematurely.

This is also what Victor Frankl discusses in his "Man's search for meaning" -> to be able to cope with these kind of situations it might be best to look at it as an experiment. Some experiment you can control, like your diet, some you cannot. Either way, if you feel curious about what is going to happen, life becomes more doable.

I share your sentiment about having someone to talk to in real life. I think you are doing good with going to meetings, staying at home you will never meet anyone.

Regarding whether your nose is running due to the shredding work or the virus, Politcal Atheist spammed this forum regularly, with the same post, which contains some good information regarding virusses, illness, etc.

Hang in there, and focus on the things that matter, like your family and health :-)

Yes, of course you cook water to make the tea. But i do not really care about destroying the possible 'nutrients' in tea, i do not think there are any anyway. It is very likely that the toxins from the tea leaves will be in the tea, so i do not have the idea that Kombucha is a healthy drink. I am not making it with that in mind. Just experimenting with a variety of stuff, and i'm also interested in how food is made in general, you never know when it might be handy to know these things.

It is indeed not a real mushroom, but i never thought it was. Just a collection of bacteria and yeast that eat stuff and poop other stuff. I renamed our Kombucha 'poop-drink' to give my girlfriend more understanding of what is actually happening with the Kombucha haha

I had the same problem.
I really enjoy warm water with salt.
Sometimes I add lemon juice or vinegar.
For me it does the trick and my milk cravings are gone.

I would prefer to not eat salt. But indeed making a drink with lemon juice or vinegar is very refreshing. Also making watermelon puree with eggs is very nice. Just get a seedless variety, else you have to take out hundreds of seed before making puree..

How is it cooked? I'm brewing up some right now. Indeed, just make some tea with sugar and add the 'mushroom'. It is now eating the sugar and making it 'vinegarry'. It is taking a long time though, but that is probably due to the lower temperatures here.

Looking at what you eat i would agree with Sabertooth on doing an elimination diet to start of fresh. You are eating many many different kind of foods all together. It will be impossible to pin-point what might be causing any issues if you keep eating so many different things.

Are you 100% sure that the quality of your meats is good? That would also help to provide some confidence that if/when you do an elimination diet at least the food should not be a problem.

Feeling weak and tired could also be that your body is cleaning up. I have been feeling more weak and tired also for the last couple of weeks. I do not worry to much and just rest more when needed. I'm also increasing my food intake during this time to make sure my body has all it needs with whatever it is doing. But, your case of weakness seems more severe. I still work etc, i just have been sleeping ~10hrs per day and doing less physical activity.

Are you loosing muscle or fat? If your body is cleaning i would eat enormous amounts of fat (untill it comes out undigested), because that is what your body is probably using up now.

Sounds like a detox reaction. I sometimes get diarrhoea or very foul stuff when i change nothing about my diet. My idea is, that that is just some cleaning going on. Could also be from contaminated food of course, that is why when i get strange reactions, i do not immediately change what im eating. That gives me a hint of whether it is the food, or some toxins that were stored in the body. For me, my body and bowel movements go back to normal after a few days, so until now i just assume it is some stored toxins that are being cleaned.

Just consume more liquids, milk, fruits, raw meat etc. Notice whether you feel thirsty or get a dry mouth and drink more if needed. I wouldn't recommend water for hydration. Eat as much fat as possible to help your body remove toxins.

Stopping or slowing down detox should be possible by consuming more and more cooked foods, but you will become more toxic again. So maybe better to just try to stick it out if it is possible.

Hi Aco,

Good to hear you are doing better! Regarding being 'orthodox raw': when i started transitioning to raw meat I also did not like the taste of raw meat to much and switched between cooking and raw. But eventually it turned around and now i do not like the taste of cooked meat anymore. You need some time to get used to things i guess. Most important thing is to get in the nutrients :-)

Well... my second batch, containing the yeast of the first, does not seem to do a lot more than the first. I did 50gr honey per liter. Wrapped it in a towel (to keep out the light) and put it in front of the window for more warmth. Still no action. Soon i will have an old fashoined woodstove in the house, so it will be more continously warm in that place. I will try again.

Also will be getting a kamboucha culture soon, so will try with that as well. I tried some storebought kamboucha's but most were pretty shitty. Barely tasted fermented and mostly tasted fake. And per default i do not trust anything from the supermarket. So i will make some myself. Sometimes i miss a 'nice drink', and i do not like water, and sometimes i'm done with drinking milk.

General Discussion / Re: Diarrhea, milk and figuring out everything
« on: October 28, 2021, 04:27:34 pm »
I find it difficult to distinguish between when certain symptons are directly from the food, or from detox. Like you say, you eat some eggs and get diarrhea. Is that because the eggs are bad and you body does not want them? Or is it because you start detoxing? If you want to answer this question, i think you should try different quality eggs. Buy them at different places, and see if that changes something.

About detoxing all your life: i do not know how old you are, but im 33 years old now and have been doing raw for a bit more than 1 year. I'm pretty strict with what i eat, and if I eat junk (like cake or something) I only do it when it is homemade stuff, nothing from the factories. I have been poisoning myself for 32 years (all my life), eventhough i think the body is capable of great things, i think it will take a long time to get rid of all those years of abuse. I've read that AV was even finding pharma waste coming out of peoples bodies after decades.

I feel way better on a daily basis eating this way, so i'm not too concerned with how long detox will take (although i do not have extreme reactions often, i'm actually waiting/hoping for them). I'm only concerned with stopping the poisoning by food/chemicals/cleaners/shampoos/water/etc. I think that is more important.

It is also a matter of trusting your body to do the right thing, but that is related to your doubts on detox theory. Nature everywhere cleans itself, so why would our bodies be any different? 'We' are just unfortunate to being raised in an extremely toxic environment.

If i were in your shoes i would stick to eating raw eggs and getting diarrhea. Meanwhile trying different eggs to see if it changes anything. I heard Mr Milkjar (youtube channel) saying that he drank raw milk and had diarrhea for (i think) weeks/months. All the while he also had back ache, then one day the diarrhea stopped as well as the back ache. So he concluded that the milk detoxed his back. Are you aching anywhere specific when eating eggs and having diarrhea?

edit: i do not like melting fat, more and more it is starting to disgust me. Many cooked foods, especially meats become more and more unappetizing to me as time goes by.

23
That dude also has/had a youtube channel. But i don't think he posted anything lately.

Good to see that there is some exposure for eating natural food.

Update: It has now been ~3 weeks. There is some sediment (yeast?) in the bottom. I tried the mead 2 times. It tastes very fresh, a little bit sweet, and a little bit like honey. I do not taste any alcohol, but i made the 2% version, so that could make sense.

The balloon never inflated, but bubbles did gather at the top of the water level. So i guess some gasses were produced. I'm a bit unsure whether i succeeded. Either way, the liquid, whatever it is, tastes nice.

Can i keep the (yeast?) sediment from the bottom and use it to inoculate a new bottle? Maybe that will speed up the process a bit? For the next bottle i will search for a bit warmer place. Maybe on top of the fridge near the vent or something.

EDIT: i was just checking your recipe and saw that you use 50gr/l honey. I did only 25gr/l, so that might explain the lack of action haha. I will retry when this bottle is empty

Putting lemon juice in the milkshake was not something i got from an Aajonus recipe. Maybe he has a recipe for it, i do not know. I just thought one day to try spice up my milkshake that way and it was very refreshing and tasty. So maybe it is nice to do in the hot summer, but doing it daily does not seemed to do my body any good.

I also eat mostly raw meat, and add extra fat in the form of butter/pigs fat/beef fat. I do drink milk and make milkshakes with only eggs/milk/honey. Also used to do milkshakes with orange juice, but also stopped with those. Again, maybe only nice on a hot summer day. I also just try to keep it simple, that would be closest to nature i guess.

Yeah, the recipe for making high meat is pretty much the same everywhere as far as i see. But it seems that AV indeed introduced it to people.
