General Discussion / Re: Raw meat diet article in the Daily Mail
« on: Yesterday at 11:54:34 pm »
Not ideal as they still eat some 40% cooked meat, but their choice. Also, their 100% raw carnivore diet sounds like not succeeding long-term. Unless one is genetically-suited to such a diet, I suspect that some  amounts of raw plant food are also needed occasionally.

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Another failed Carnivore Attempt

Here is my own experience:- after being raw-omnivore raw, palaeolithic for   5 years or so, I tried 3 100% raw animal food  diet experiments(in my case, of course, minus raw dairy products, plus raw organ-meats and high-meats). I would never last more than 5-6 weeks. For the 1st 2 weeks, I would experience a heightened state of mental alertness, well, compared to before. But, within a week of the RZC experiment, I would soon end up with poor stamina with lifting weights/anaerobic  activity. After c. 2 weeks on RZC, I would start getting severe mental fog, poor concentration, massive hunger-pangs which never disappeared no matter how much raw animal food I ate, my teeth, after being strong for years(post-RPD diet-start) started rapidly loosening, and so on and on. I would feel so ill, that,  between weeks 3 and 6, I would quit and switch back to raw, omnivorous raw, palaeolithic diet. Given that I had the same sort of mysterious hunger-pangs while on raw vegan./fruitarian/sproutarian diets, I knew my body was missing raw plant foods, so this was a natural choice. However, switching back, as opposed to switching to RZC diets, caused a lot of problems with my digestion, presumably because my gut bacteria were not of the right variety. It took some weeks for the gut bacteria to change over until my digestion was OK.

My points:-

1)the Inuit have very large livers, designed to process/properly digest all the vast amount of animal protein in their diet. Most of the rest of Mankind do not. This explains why so many RVAFers do not do well, long-term, on RZC diets.

2) I may have made some mistakes when trying RZC. I took care to ensure that I ate a very high percentage of raw animal fat as my diet BUT I think I ate too much in general, thus ingesting too much excess protein. So, I would assume that any RZCer needs to eat much less food, overall. With all that raw animal fat in the diet, anyway, it is likely not necessary to eat so much.

3) After cutting out all raw dairy from my RVAF diet, early on in the diet,  it took c.4 months for significant health-gains to occur. I did notice a tiny boost to my health on every single day of those 4 months, though, thank God, which helped me continue the diet.

That is often the case, but I have sometimes eaten something raw  which contained some form of toxin and I swiftly vomited them out.The exception was some raw coconut oil which I could not force uop and gave me terrible stomach-aches until it came out the other end.

Health / Re: What is your opinion on cold/heat exposure?

I read an article where young schoolchildren in Siberia were ordered into swimming-costumes and had buckets of ice-cold water poured over them, while they ran around barefoot in the snow. The point behind the exercise was that this  stimulated their immune-system and this prevented the usual colds and flus they would otherwise have gotten. In my own prep  school, most of the school would routinely get the flu every February, I got it in 4 out of the 5 years I was there.

General Discussion / Re: different races and penis size
« on: October 30, 2019, 03:55:18 am »
There is not enough data to make a definite answer. A long while ago, someone referred to a study on students that showed that white males had larger penises on average. There is another reason to believe that, as the birth-canals/vaginas of Caucasian females are larger/wider than those of other ethnic groups, so one would assume that the equivalent Caucasian males would also have the largest penises in order to fill all that extra space. Also, bear in mind that larger penises are not necessarily perceived as a bonus for men or women women, as the average depth  of the vagina is only 3 to 7 inches, and I read somewhere(?) that women are more likely to cheat on men with larger penises. Also, studies will be skewed if some of the volunteers only joined because they were fond of the fact that they had much larger penises than average.

While my own penis is somewhat larger, I think I  should suggest that it is the size of the testicles that likely should count more.

Cool I get what you're saying though, you describe all ape-men of the past to be the same. What a sad state for our race.
I was not suggesting that all apemen were the same. Merely that our various lineages are far more complicated and diverse than the silly notion that we came from 1 adam-and-eve couple a fewtens of  thousands of years ago, like in the Bible.

Cool, so you're prepared to go through certain flu's, colds and flush outs without intervention? What do you do when you have a flu and are burning up?
Just let it happen.I might do that eucalyptus-oil-in boiling water trick with my head in a towel hung over the big metal  bowl. That's all.

Yes, sorry, I should not have said "cooked".

Strictly speaking, one should aim for high-quality raw meat since they contain higher, better nutrients. So grassfed raw meats are better, raw wild game/raw wildcaught seafood is best of all. AV said to avoid the raw organs from factory-farmed raw meats. Otherwise fine. Prefrozen meat is less worse but better than factory-farmed raw meats. You might get parasites(highly, highly unlikely) but there are many drugs which easily kill parasites.

The evidence suggest 200'000 years ago as the arrival. All else should be considered as a theory tbh to try and fit what has previously been written
Wrong again. The original claims were for 4004 BC, then 20,000 years then 560,000 years. All were bollocks. The fact is that ALL modern so-called 'humans' are actually a mixture of all sorts of so-called "apemen". Google online re studies, plenty all around online. Point being that "Mankind" in whatever form has been around c. 2 million years or so.

Recent data reveals modern humans popping up out of know where 200 thousand years ago and co-existing with what ever there else has been decided
Incorrect. Modern humans are simply a varying mixture of various so-called "apemen", which were around for far longer back.

Forever, if possible. Lead shot is not an issue. For example, I used to buy raw wild hare carcasses in vacuum-packed form so that they had lots of blood in the bags. The hunters would always shoot for the head with their shotguns so that the head was more or less blown off the body, and certainly any remainder was cut off with most of the leadshot being in the head. Sure, there were always still a few leadshot pellets left in the body, but they were always instantly detectable as long as I chewed the meat and cut it into reasonably small pieces at a time, so that I always spat the few pellets out, anyway, as I ate the meat.

I thought I should recommend this product. Expensive, but works well for those who want to experiment with enhancing the mind.

Your choice, but many people feel bad after consuming raw dairy, even those without specific allergies/food-intolerance to it. There are other issues such as excess calcium, excess hormones etc:-
