Health / Healing - symptoms. Speed of healing

Hi! What are your thoughts on the speed of healing and its effects on the body?(symtpoms)

Do an acceleration of healing make the symtomps more accentuated?

Or can be an accelerated healing with no symptom at all?

Must a healing process be accompanied with a symptom?

Is there a relation on the pus/mucus/rashes/dandruff/etc, and the reduction of inner toxemia?

How much can one trust on the symptoms being part of a detoxification of old stored toxins or a renewal of damaged tissue or a improvement on tissue qualitiy?

Is there any people here that has 'achieved' a symptom-free life. And a perfect health? With astounding agility and endurance and all that a 'great health' would mean?

AV point of view, for whose that do not know. Is that symptoms are cleansing. Having symtomps and following a raw diet is a good thing. (without entering in details)

I dont remember exactly what GCB said. But i remember he quitting dairy cause it caused symtomps. Some leaking wart or the like.  So i think he didnt believed having symtomps was something good.

I respect those 2 experienced people's views. And if i understand correctly, they are kinda opposite.

In my own case, since very young (3 years age) i remember always being the last one when running. Having a lot of difficult when stretching. Really bad for physical performance.
I"m convinced that my bones and joints have been of very low quality and/or severely damaged. What must i expect if i want to 'heal' that? Can i have a symptom free recovery and regeneration? Or i must go trough some pain and uncomfortable moments if i want to get better?

Tnx in advance! I still have a lot of doubts. Looking for your personal feelings on your own road. Do you feel that you had healed faster some place of your body or some ailment, after a symtomp manifested? Or you feel that you healed some issue without noticing any pain or discomfort?

Hi! I have been thinking (and actually doing) about mineral suplementation.

Have you tried to ferment food mixed with salts, as to make the minerals 'bioavailable'?

I'm starting a zinc, magnesium and potassium enriched raw buttermilk.
With sulfates of those elements

I dont have the ratios for this nutrients. Can any of you enlighten me on this subject? I know you CK know a lot about this!

I also have borax to add. I'm just scared about the ratios (cause 1 teaspoon can be a lot of some minerals)


I was thinking on adding minerals to sauerkraut, milk (and then make cheese).
Any info on how to make minerals the most possibly absorbable?

When fermenting the mineral makes into microorganism bodies, coupling to other nutrients and water,so they are absorbable to us and we do not excrete them. Thats the point of doing this

The procedure is like this (the one i'm actualy making)
Put dose of magnesium and 1 teaspoon of honey to buttermilk. Warm ferment for 24-48 hs and them add potassium and honey and ferment for 24-48 hs. And so with all desired minerals.
 I was thinking that maybe i need another amino acid source to add with honey.

If some of you can give me info on doses of pure elemental minerals needed daily or some guide i will Really appreciate that!!

Hi! I have moved from the city to an underpopulated village , to an old inhabited house with 800m2 of land to spend on agriculture,farming, etc.

I already started to grow some veggies. Chickens are in the road.

Also a pregnant sheep will come in a matter of days

Tips? How to farm really good eggs? Another fat i can grow in a small space? I'm new to this and need advice!

Hi! I have left half cup of chucrut juice (made from cabbage and radish), left on air to evaporate. Now i have a brown-coffee color and coffee-chocolate smell mud-like substance.
Any thoughts? It smells really good. Any use ?

There is a character named "angel garcia blanco" an 80 yo man that is promoting it as a panacea.

I had been trying it for the last 2-3 weeks. It feels good. Feels like food instead of water.

hi! i'm looking for some info on vegetables digestion.

i'm starting to eat vegetables again and i'm blending them (mix of different vegetables, like carrot, tomato, yellow pepper, cabbage, lettucce.)

why is blending suposed to improve digestion of "undigestible" things like lettuce for example? any toughts, scientific research, anything that i can look into?

is the "undigestible" matter, carb? protein? what is it?

for example, if i eat lettucce, i will shit it as it entered (if i not chewed well, it will come in pieces)

am i absorbing anything from it?

what are the differences between juicing and blending?

if i juice and strain, where is the protein? in the juice or in the pulp? and the minerals? i have read that minerals are "attached" to protein mostly (in the same molecule).

hi! i have decided to buy an animal, i dont know if it will be a pig, or a sheep.

my only question here is, suppose i get an animal that had been eating mixed diet of grain and grass, and , in the case of the pig, all the leftovers from kitchen and ANYTHING, you know.

if I put that animal in my backyard, how many months must i wait to be sure that this animal has recovered any damage done to his body cause of bad eating? if he is feeding only from the wild grass on my land.

i think there is enough grass for a sheep for 4 months, maybe 3. now is winter coming, so there will be no more until spring.

Hi! there is a book called Keto Clarity (released like 3-4 months ago) write by this guy Jimmy Moore. I'm actually reading it.

its very good at explaining all the aproaches on the low-carbs ketogenic diets, and what are all the factors that contributes to this keto-state.

roughly speaking, it propose a low-carb, moderate protein, and high-fat diet, to make the switch to burn fat on the body.
measuring the ketones on the blood is an important part of the diet, cause you have to find your own proportions for carb-fat-protein, that will make you to burn fat and produce ketones.

its good book, I was personally really confused about all the things that are being said about the LC and ketosis and so.. and this is being really clarifying.

I recommend to the ones that are too confused about this subject!

i have searched information, but always they are "special" clays. (and oh surprise, you have to buy them -_- )

have any of you tried this "forced" acute detox with strawberries or other berries or oranges or lemons, that were put to mold?

recipe: put strawberries, raspberries or blackberries (or lemon or orange) in a glass jar with lids not tight until a healthy mold had formed (i wonder what this mold is) then put in refrigeration for 10 weeks, the straing juice and drink.

i have actually a sauerkraut doing in my fridge, and the top part of it its not under the juice, so, some of the cabbage has developed a white-littlegreyish mold. is this mold is he talking about? do you know?

do you know any extra information on this topic?

Hi! i'm "from" argentina, so, english is not my nature language, i will try my best.

i have a question regarding getting the best diet i can, since the place i am now.
i can barely get totally grass fed beef, they use to raise them in grass and finish them on grains, or totally feedlot beef.
sometimes i can get wild game bones, meat or organs, but very rarely. (once 2 months mb some!)
i can get eggs that are free range , but their diet is complemented with corn (surely GMO corn..) i cant get any eggs free range and grass fed totaly..
i can get honey, pure honey with the wax and so.
about the milk, i was trying some raw cow but the diet of the cow is also complemented with grains (wheat and corn mostly) and it was not very good to me (acne)
i have access to many fruits and vegetables, but there is no "organic" market here, is all the same, so i am growing vegetables in my garden right now.
so.. the question is.. what is the safest diet i can have? i feel very confused.. cause i can't get the real healthy foods (grass fed meats eggs and so) but i want to have a diet that at least does not kill myself! i want to heal too.. doing a little fast every day, eating really low.
i'm 1,80 mts tall and weight 62 kg , i'm "skinny"
can u help with some advice pls? i would really apreciate it! also if you have some pdf books of aajonus i would like to have it, i dont have a job (i'm getting eggs working on the farm and mostly working for the food)
my appendix was taken out (surgery) , and right now, i feel like "bubbles" on the area when i press there, and a very little pain and disconfort.. must i be worried?
i had been eating (in the last 5 days) like 2 avocados a day (thanks to my friend that has this big tree and he hates avocados haha its been 6 months of free avocados ) , tomatos, olive oil, frozen fish (little) , raw beef meat (round steak), raw eggs (2 a day) , oranges, bananas, apples, pears, and salad of cabbage carrot and radish with sauerkraut.
ok, its more long that i wanted to :P
