Although not all wild fruits are as big and sweet as our modern cultivars, at least some are, and certain varieties even surpass our deliberately-bred fruits in size and flavor. Nature—especially with selection pressure from other fruit-eating creatures—is perfectly capable of producing sweet (and sometimes massive) fruits without human intervention. It seems unlikely that early humans only ever encountered berries or other “small, bitter” fruits, and avoiding sweeter fruits on the basis of evolutionary history may be misguided.

Based on the limited research we have, wild fruits aren’t considerably different from cultivated fruit in terms of carbohydrate content, fructose content, or fiber content. Both wild and cultivated fruit seem to average around 90% of calories from carbohydrates, and have a sugar composition that yields roughly equal parts glucose and fructose. And both wild and cultivated fruit can be relatively high or low in fiber.

Although berries are often lauded as being lower in fructose compared to other fruits, from a calorie/energy standpoint, this just ain’t true!

Early humans may very well have had access to fruit for most or even all of the year. The fruiting seasons we witness in cooler climates—with most fruit appearing in the summer—doesn’t necessarily apply to our evolutionary homeland closer to the equator.

So there had been lots of big sweety wild fruits in ancient and paleo times. On average - 50% fructose and 50% glucose. Those fruits had been the main source of carbohydrates for humans.
It's also not true that they were only a few months a year - the vegetation was all year round

the bad molds as far as I know are bad because they produce some toxins? and toxins usually are not very tasteful.
Aflatoxins for example.
They are produced by Aspergillus flavus.
But LDL and the dietery selenium have got protective effect against that toxicity.

There are a lot of different moulds, some are good, some are bad. On the meat I showed in photo it’s very good, I think it’s a kind of yeast.

The horse meat develops that kind of coating; an yeast-like one. The meat resembles then an yeast cake.
It develops very quckly when I expose the meat to air in 100%, so it dries a little bit.
Keeping the horse meat in a wet environment highly impedes the formation of that coating.
I'm curious what it is. I've got to check it in some laboratory.

 His diet is similar to Lex Rocker. But now sometimes he likes to eat seasonal wild berries and grapes (seeded of course).  
So he doesn't eat carbs every day? Once in a week, a month or only in the summer?
Does he eat some veggies, honey?
How much protein does he eat on average? Any organ-meats?
What about his cognitive development?

I disagree; I think it’s important. Cheating or robbing an old woman, selling nuclear power plants to Libya, Syria, Nigeria or to any unstable country, taking bribes to discretely dump nuclear waste in the Indian Ocean, selling grenades and bombs to criminals and terrorists, commercializing pesticides or killing the postman to rob the money he carries are things none of us would do – at least I hope!
Of course, I wouldn't do these kinds of things.
I meant something else.

I recommend if you want to lower cholesterol levels or change the ratio of HDL to LDL in favor of HDL, eat less red meats,   

    and more: seafoods, coconut cream, and raw eggs.
That's untrue. Masai tribesmen do eat lots of red meat and they've got the lowest cholesterol level on Earth - about 120.

That's true.
When I eat only organ-meats for some longer period of time then I'm done and I desperately crave for muscle-meats. I can stay without the liver for month or two without any problems. I've got so many nutrients with my food :)

I have never been a vegetarian.
Eating only plant foods? I've always considered it as a nonsense.  8)

Have you ever eaten some wild apples? I myself have not, because I couldn't find them. But they exist in Poland.

I quickly need an advice: do you eat the whole tongue? I've never eaten before and the skin seems quite thick! Check the second pic. I can't cut through it with my knife..
I do eat the whole tongue. The smaller it is the softer it is (lamb one for example).
The toughest is the end part so you've got to cut it to some smaller parts.

Depends where you are, if you're in a cold climate I doubt you'd like it cold from the refrigerator :)
Some Innuits do eat frozen raw meat and fat in very cold climate and claim that it warm them up.
I myself do eat cold meat from the refrigerator from time to time in winter and find it very good.

Liver is really foul when the animal is "shit-fed". The more grass-fed and wild the animals are the more toothsome their livers are.
It's more distinct than in muscle-meats.

I think also it's the pectin content, as well.  I've read that pectin tends to bind to minerals/metals.
Pectin is a soluable fiber.
It's true that it impairs nutrient absorbtion, but it's only 3-5%.
On the other hand pectins have got lots of beneficial properties.

It's not 100% saturated - 60% at most. The rest is monounsaturated + a little bit of polyunsaturated.

Healthy well-nourished paleo women hadn't been so lean.
15% bf = very lean. If a woman is aiming for some finess competition then it's ok, for some period.
20% = healthy, sexual attractive woman

I strongly prefer all kinds of morning exercises like weight traning, pull-ups, hindu squats, running, etc. on an empty stomach. 
Doing some physical activity in the afternoon or evening makes it necessery to eat sth beforehand - usually 1 hour gap suffices.
