ZERO push-ups; every day, every month.
For me it's one of the worst types of physical activity  ;D

Maybe it is doggy detox...  ???
Or "ultimate detox" which leads to the eternal rest. ;)

I have five-six month old high meats in my fridge.
Medicinal grade  ;D
I benefit more from the several weeks old meats than half a year old ones.
That's my experience.

I think we can and should look at moderation in different ways like this.
Very true.
Now I don't eat half-a-year-old highmeats, 'cause I think that's useless and unmoderate.
I'd rather eat meats that are up several weeks old - that's my moderation, which suits me. :)

Masai warriors have considered dairy as an inferior food. They have preferred meat, fat and blood.

General Discussion / Re: Egg with 2yolks?

I eat only organic eggs and I find double yolks very very rarely.
But they're safe to eat, for sure.

Phil, you're right.
There are more and more people who have got problems with carbs.
It's not because homo sapiens has got ones, but because modern people have battered heavily themselves when it comes to that issue.

Bacteria are ubiquitous. There is nothing to worry about.
But it's really important to choose the wild and pasture raised animals.

Very interesting. And you never get any symptoms after eating >> 50 grams carbs from fruit while on a high animal fat diet? No bloating? No rapid heart beat? No blood sugar issues? Nothing?
Nothing.
Bloating occures when I eat too much of them, e.g. 3 pounds of apples in one meal. But that's not unusual, as I know lots of people who are eating rather high-carb and cannot eat too much of them too.

General Discussion / Re: Olives?

There is a huge difference between an unfiltered oil and a filtered one. The latter is usually a crap.

Raw olive-oil, however, gives me diarrhea within half an hour of drinking, though.
Have you tried a really true raw unfiltered high-quality olive oil?

I guess that it's not good to whip the egg whites until they have a foamy texture? Even for the external use?
Or maybe the oxidation of the whites is not significent in comparison to yolks

I will try this today, as I'm goting to eat some egg yolks.  8)

In the 2 year mark, I suddenly liked cold meat,  I like it out of the refrigerator.
I like the cold meat to. :)
Sometimes I even eat a little bit of frozen meat when it's thawing. But frozen one is imo rather tasteless.

if I remember correctly you eat a lot of fatty meat like lamb etc.
Yes I do eat quite fatty meals.

How much fruit do yo eat? Do you eat fruit every day? Any other plant food beside fruit?
I depends. I generally eat over 100 g of carbs a day. Practically all from the fruits. Sometimes I eat honey.

I'm curios... most people on high animal fat diets get fruit intolerant after a while.
On VLC or ZC - yes. Insuline resistance.
That's why it's a huge difference between 40 g of carbs and 80 g, for example. That's why, I think, it's generally better to eat more than 50 g of them.

Directly onto the eyes.
And how long these whites should be kept on the eyes?

I had about 120g carbs from cow's liver
How is that possible? 100 g of liver contains about 4 g of carbs.

Not having problems doesn't mean that they don't get tapeworms from such meat.
That's true.
So it only proves my argument - there is nothing to worry about. I mean the same way I'm not afraid when I'm riding a bike on the streets.
For sure (100%) we only know that we'll die in the future. The other things are less or more probable.
That's the life  8)

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: High meat bacteria
« on: February 14, 2011, 01:50:04 pm »
If the meat is freezed then it doesn't really matter whether it's kept in aerobic or anaerobic conditions.
Besides AFAIK skin is air-permeable

Directly onto the eyes or only on the eyelids?
Btw, is there any scientific vindication of this theory?

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: High meat bacteria
« on: February 14, 2011, 12:58:39 pm »
The reason why it's dangerous to make high-meat in the anaerobic conditions is that there is high probability that botulinum toxins will be generated. There have been quite many reports that modern Innuits in Alaska have suffered because of the inappropriate storing of meat or fish.
Traditional healthy and wise Innuits have always made it in aerobic environment.

After eating some kinds of raw honey I feel very thirsty and need to drink water.
But I haven't experienced any burning.

Horse meat is "predisposed" to become a little bit green during the aging process.
