By the way, you already eat insects
If you're squirming in discomfort at that last paragraph, you probably won't want to read this next one either: Humans in the western world already eat an average of 500g of insects per year. The sources are predominantly processed food -- soups, noodles, etc.

Poor SAD eaters.

They are eating cockroaches and they don't even know it.

Now I'm telling everyone.

he was telling me hes not like that and he would never go further than kissing on the 1st date

The guy is full of shit. Do you really believe that if you offered him sex on the first date he would say OH NO I DON'T DO THAT? Come on. The best way to a guys heart is through his penis. The best way to a girls vagina is through her heart. It's always been that way and it always will be. My advice is to just get together and see if there is real chemistry between the two of you. If both of you are just waiting to rip each others clothes off then screw rules and just do it. If not then wait. It's as simple as that.

I don't really visit other zero carb forums. You are right most don't look healthy. They eat cooked meat, dairy, low carb imitation food, etc, knowing it is not as optimal as 100% raw paleo which tells me they are not serious about true health and well-being, just short term results in the mirror.

I don't give a rats ass about what others think. If you don't judge others you won't be judged in return. If you don't feel like eating something DON'T EAT IT. It's as simple as that. Why should you suffer just to get the approval of others? What he or she thinks is really irrelevant. You can tell people you only eat raw meat. If they have a problem with that then it's their problem not mine.

Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Honey or no honey?
« on: July 15, 2010, 10:11:21 pm »
If you eat honey you are not officially ZC since honey is pure sugar. To me ZC is more about leaving out all plants, fruits and vegetables because of their negative influence on digestion and absorption. Most strict ZC have a reason why they avoid all sugar. It's either to prevent negative health symptoms from returning or they think they will lose control over themselves and start binging which will lead to them gaining fat. If neither of these are you then there is no reason why you shouldn't have raw honey every once in a while. It's a great mood elevator and gives a burst of quick energy. Just don't get hooked on the stuff.

Raw meat (beef\chicken\lamb), raw eggs, raw ground beef, marrow, organs. Seafood almost never really. Raw Honey only once every 2-3 weeks. Nothing whatsoever from plants, no spices, herbs or salt. Zero nada. Alcohol, coffee, thee, come on are you kidding me?

Today I had some semi-high meat, it's only 2 weeks old.

My first real high meat experiment. I will start eating it one month in.

ZC is so logical and so alluring but sadly it doesn't work for everyone.

I'm fully convinced that anybody with a healthy body will thrive on ZC immediately, like within days of starting it. People who don't do well on ZC are either sugar addicts who need to feed their candida or they have irreversible permanent damage caused by sugar/starch abuse. A healthy body thrives on ZC. If you don't feel zero carb euphoria within 1-2 weeks you are probably not as healthy as you thought. The thing with ZC is that it doesn't mask your true condition. Your state of health will be fully exposed. If you start eating fat like a mad man you are just trying to numb yourself further. That explains people getting fat and chubby on ZC. A healthy body can produce insane amounts of energy from just a bit of fat. There's no need to stuff yourself with it. It really is like nuclear energy.

what do you call suet in Dutch? Is it just "vet".

Niervet

Would I say something like: Ik wil graag veel vet met mijn vlees.

Yes, that's the way to ask for it.

Still depressed...

Try tantric sex. It's like normal sex but instead of going for the orgasm you focus on building up the energy between the two of you. You stay fully present in the moment and go for as long as you want. It takes sex to a whole new level and is more mind blowing than any drug. There's no way you'll stay depressed after 3 hours of this.

Since laying off fruit again I'm noticing less dry skin and scalp flakes and my teeth have further firmed.

Great news man. It's good to see that things are improving for you.

It could be that you had a sick egg from a sick animal or you developed an egg allergy.

If you tolerate fruit well try fruit only for a couple days until you get better.

Some new things I tried in the last 10 days:

- 1 kg raw lamb, loved the fat, kind of neutral about the taste of meat
- 750 gr raw chicken breast, liked it a lot
- 500 gr chicken hearts, was fine nothing special
- 400 gr tuna, wow great stuff just melts in your mouth
- had ground beef with raw honey and loved it
- stopped drinking eggs daily, no negative symptoms btw
- developed huge appetite to experiment eating other animals including organs
- beef is still numero uno, I love the stuff

to try in near future:

- beef liver/heart
- lamb heart
- high meat, I so want some
- rabbit meat/organs inc brain

This is very important information and true for most of the modern world.

Best would be to translate it, print it out and spread it amongst the population as to educate them. The problem is most people are only interested in changing their ways once they run into serious trouble and not before.

I'm shocked how utterly unconcerned and careless the masses are. It's like they are in this zombie-like state and do everything possible to stay that way. Most of them wake up only after they have been diagnosed with a serious disease but until then it's smoking, drinking and stuffing yourself with every poison and stimulant known to exist.

Going raw paleo is like waking up to the matrix and seeing through it all with great clarity and full awareness of what's going on. No wonder we are curing cancer where those quacks only butcher and further poison the poor masses.

I'm starting a zero carb experiment. I'm going to try bolting food down when I don't feel like eating.

I've gone through the symptoms of zero carb transitioning before and can handle them I think, the one thing I don't know if I can take is how unappealing the food becomes. After a few days raw fat and organs become disgusting and muscle becomes barely tolerable.

You could try a tablespoon or two of raw honey so you appetite returns. Don't get too attached to the 'ZC' label. What you want is more health, energy and vitality, not to live up to some idea no matter what. A lot of what makes ZC a huge success is the elimination of fruit/plant fiber, mainly because of improved digestion and absorption of nutrients. Raw honey can help in the transition to full ZC. So if you run into serious trouble give it a try instead of going back to fruit.

Very pumped for the match later today. There's an electric charge in the air wherever you go. So far we haven't lost a game in the World Cup. After the Brazil match the whole country went batshit crazy, it was insane. I'd love to see us against Germany in the finals.

We have an instinct to kill those who pose a threat to our family.

You would notice this instinct if someone raped your little niece.

Your rational mind would tell you to go to the police.

But your emotions want you to go and kill the raper.

Nothing to do with not killing animals.

Did you drink the blood and if so how did your body react?

I plan to kill a rabbit just to try warm blood and living organs.

Raw eggs are awesome. They are VERY nourishing.

I drink anywhere from 8-16 raw eggs daily. I've had up to 20 in one day without problems.

But they are not a replacement for real animal fat. Try fatty ground beef and bone marrow.

Avocado is a joke compared to real animal fat.

Animals vs Plants?

One is food and the other is just something to keep you alive until you find real food.
