Let me know if there's anything I can do, any evidence you want me to gather and send your way, or if you wanna talk about your legal strategy and get an amateur opinion from someone who doesn't trust the system.

You could also request help and advice from other organizations and individuals involved in similar battles. We could all forward your case to some of them, as well.

You could always move to a rural area and keep your own bees.

Or, get to know your farmers/beekeepers really well, and then you know if you can trust them.

Try to get some raw honeycomb then. That's almost always unheated, as heating it would defeat the purpose.

However, it could have bad things added to it, or been contaminated by. The bees may have been fed sugar / HFCS, and the flowers the bees ate from may have been sprayed. Many beekeepers also use pesticides and other chemicals to control pests, and almost all of them use smoke to more easily manage the bees.

Did the first trial start? Best of luck and I hope you can find a way to talk some sense into the NPCs.

Yes you can, but no, don't let it get high. That's dangerous. Only let high quality trusted sources go high. Toxic environment makes bacteria produce toxic byproducts. Very bad idea, you could even die in some extreme cases.

General Discussion / Re: Does raw meat gets cooked in the stomach anyway?
« on: December 10, 2022, 01:18:00 am »
Also people say that if the meat is factory grown and toxic it's best to cook it before eating.

Do the toxins just disappear once cooked I don't understand.

There could be toxins added on purpose, that become inert during cooking. But other than those nefarious poisons, no, cooking doesn't remove most toxins, but what it does do, according to AV, is break the fat cell barriers that bind some of those toxins, and make them available for you, so you can accumulate them instead of letting them pass by. This may result in lower incidences of digestive distress, but not for good reasons.

Another thing cooking does according to AV, is stop or minimize the intensity of detoxes, so you can feel "fine", but really you aren't doing yourself any favors in the long term.

No, acid doesn't "cook", cooking is heating to a certain temperature, acid doesn't do that. Also, our stomachs produce small quantities of acid, and only in the right and proper amounts for each meal.

What acid does do is generate the maillard reaction, which also occurs during cooking. But a lot of other chemical reactions happen during cooking that don't happen from acid, and vice-versa.

If you take a piece of meat and marinate it in any strong acid, such as lemon juice, you will generate this reaction, and it may have a similar color to cooked meat, but it's not cooked, and if you try to eat it, you will notice this difference. Or, if you put it under a microscope, you'll find all sorts of things different in both.

so i managed to find a source of unheated honey. the guy says they don’t filter it, mix it nor heat it, that the honey is untouched and just what the bees have made it to be. so, i am wondering now if there is a way to test it, since i hate blindly believing what most people say. so far it seems fine, the honey doesn’t disrupt my digestion if i don’t eat too much of it(one day i really ate too much lol and my digestion wasn’t as great as usually), as the conventional honey does, but i’m still not convinced. is there any way to test the honey in some way for signs that would indicate it was heated or processed?

There are a few things you could do, but none is entirely reliable.

In my experience, if you eat truly raw honey alone, you will feel a weird sensation in your stomach, and it might even make you feel lightheaded. Heated honey doesn't cause this, or doesn't cause it as much.

Raw honey tends to crystallize more easily than heated honey.

If heated a lot, honey tends to become clearer.

Unfiltered honey will have bits of debris in it, that's the reason it is regularly filtered, to remove any impurities.

Off Topic / Natural ear muffs
« on: September 22, 2022, 03:59:57 am »
Any ideas or experiences as to what natural materials can be used to make effective ear muffs for sound reduction?

I'm looking for a material that will reduce sound perception without having to press hard against your ears, and I want to avoid plugs if possible.

You are literally on the false scarcity and eugenics virtue signaling program and you don't don't know it.

Don't take it personal. PA repeats the same thing in every thread.

Raw Weston Price / Re: For Perfect Health.

Interesting insights, Ion.

AV believed green juices were useful for eliminating toxins.

All human cultures seem to have consumed some green plant foods in some form, if available. The only exception I know of is the inuit people, who traditionally lived in areas where no land plants will grow for most (or all) of the year.

What is your view of highly domesticated, super fructose rich fruits such as most of what you find in grocery stores today?

What is your view regarding year-round consumption of fruits, which in the wild, would only be possible in the tropics?

What is your view regarding low-fructose fruits such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers?

Regarding sodium, I believe muscle meats contain significant but not huge amounts, whereas blood contains a much higher amount.

What is your view regarding drinking small amounts of unpolluted sea water, or using it to season foods?

31 months...

I don't know if any restrictions are left in Austria at this time. I read somewhere that most local restrictions were lifted 5 months ago, but that travel restrictions remained.

The world is full of lies, I believe AJ is probably supported by some powerful people, but I highly doubt it's the BG. What's more likely is that whoever calls the shots in the BG, controls him too.

General Discussion / Re: How can I make raw meat taste nicer
« on: June 09, 2022, 11:33:14 pm »
It's normal to assume that meat fat is bad when most of the nutritional industrial complex has been pushing vegetable oil, starch and sugar for the past 40+ years.

If any positive mention is given to meat at all, it's about protein, and if you only want the protein then lean meat is where you'll find it.

This has been slowly changing over the past 10-15 years.

Add the fact that raw fat from grainfed animals tends to taste bad, and even most raw paleoers will tend to focus on lean cuts.

Another thing you can try is leaving meat out to get to room temperature, some even place it in the sun for a few hours to warm up. It does taste better that way.

Fortunately most people still believe fat is trash, so you are able to purchase fattier cuts more cheaply than lean ones. You can indeed buy fat trimmings from a local butcher or slaughterhouse depending on how things are structured where you live.

Everybody's always known that fat is where the taste is at, humans aren't supposed to eat a low fat diet. This is why things like heavy marbling is valued highly. Because that meat just tastes better when cooked. The reason marbled meat tastes better is because of all the fat that's inbetween the muscle. Due to the fact that it's not practical to try to remove it, people just eat it. Whereas in cuts where the fat is on the outside of the muscle, someone does the trimming either at the slaugherhouse, butcher shop or kitchen, or all of the above, until only the lean muscle remains, with the belief that lean is healthier.

You're probably eating low quality, grain fed meats. And/or you're having only very lean cuts.

You can season it a million different ways if you want to, but it should taste good on its own.

General Discussion / Re: Uruguyan beef
« on: June 05, 2022, 01:06:29 am »
I have often mentioned in the past,  i hope and beleieve on this forum as well that Uruguay is a high potential country for a primal paradise, the weather is perfect for growing pasture, tons of water, temperate subtropical intermediary climate, 5 cows per human and high quality of life and low crime for a 34d world country. Also for anyone traveling in USA aldis super market here in USA has Grass fed beef from Australia and Uruguay. The Australian beef doesn't taste anywhere near as good.  They also have food grass fed steaks at 10 dollars a pound, us grown ribeys and ny strip.

It could certainly be a possiblity.

Have you looked at land prices to buy or rent?

There are other concerns besides weather and soil structure. For example, you probably wouldn't want to set this up right in the middle of spray country.

A friend showed me some of his vids some 5 months ago and I said he looks like he 100% either does or did heavy roids. My friend didn't think so. He's into bodybuilding and I'm not.

I'm often puzzled by people assuming that someone who does a natural / healthy lifestyle wouldn't do something that is clearly contrary to that goal. If anything, it's the opposite. People who are dead set on a particular activity that is known to be bad for health, tend to look for ways to counteract those negative effects.

It's certainly possible that I'm entirely wrong on my assumptions about this guy. It really doesn't matter to me if he does or doesn't. It's his life and I don't know him.

First it was 5G that was trending as the cause, now it's snake venom.

If you study germ theory vs terrain theory, you should find something worth considering.

It's not either/or.

The towers emmit high power, pinpoin targeted microwaves that fry your brain. The shots contain not only poison, but also military grade nanotech that takes over your neurons and turns you into a remote controlled toy. The combination of the two is necessary to more effectively control everything you think and do. Many die as a result, but it's not an outright extermination, at least not yet, most who die are just collateral damage. The real goal is not mass deaths, but mass control.

Thus far, frequent shots are required to renew/recharge the nano, which the body does break down. Lots of experts have proven this and get cancelled, censored or simply get a free one-way ticket to the graveyard. If I post too much here, the forum might go down too. Look it up.

The nano is self assembling and needs building blocks as well as fuel, they're probably putting those in just about everything you eat, drink and breathe. Lots of reports of this too, but I can't say for certain if we're at that point yet.

If you can afford it cooked, you can afford it raw also.

Cooking adds costs, it doesn't reduce them.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: used to be "anti-nut"...
« on: April 07, 2022, 11:19:26 pm »
...but that was because of my vegan phase where nuts (and seeds) and a huge part of the diet. Full on bloating and constipation. I avoided nuts like the plague for many years, but after having very slowly more or less healed my gut (still not perfect) by going omnivore, I really love nuts -in small amounts. That's the trick. Almonds (their skins actually) are still not good more me, but many other nuts are ok. And, people forget the boron the give, a forgotten mineral (also good for teeth).

I think most nuts sold in regular markets are steamed / roasted. Almonds in particular are almost always cooked I believe.

Health / Re: Safe(r) Dentistry/Dental Materials
« on: April 07, 2022, 11:13:27 pm »
ALL dentistry materials are based on heavy metals, regardless of what serpent language/deceptive words does your dentist say. Same with tattoo inks, ALL are based on heavy metals.

Is gold used as an amalgam with heavy metals in dentistry?

Also I've heard in the past, ivory was used, before it was banned. The same source said that since then, some have resorted to using pork teeth material.
