Great stuff....... I would have loved to taste that beef, Sabertooth! Why am I not there ;)

The issue with good quality animal meat disappears when eating out of the ocean.... I am so lucky to be able to pick and eat as many wild oysters as I like where I live. We do have those "salt-marsh-fed" lambs here too Tyler, but you get them only in season.... they taste awesome......

Instincto / Anopsology / Re: Eat what when? (especially meat)
« on: March 08, 2016, 11:40:50 pm »
I eat meat/seafood 3 times / day mostly. Every meal has almost only animal food in it. I must be a carnivore ;)

It makes me sated and happy.. I eat seasonal and in the cold months there is nothing as animal food around.
Sometimes I cheat with cucumber and salad because I like their juiciness but I do great with them. No fruit at all tho.

I try to eat not late, occasionally I do but it does me no good. So I try to have my last meal finished before 5-6 PM. I really feel my best and have the greatest sleep when I eat a real early dinner :)

Science / Re: Algae may increase risk of dementia

Both scientists stressed it is not yet understood what concentrations of BMAA might be harmful to humans, and said it was likely that only those with certain genes were susceptible to the substance. Professor Cox said: ‘We think there is a gene-environment interaction. Perhaps some people are exposed to this toxin and, instead of excreting it, they accumulate it.
‘If the genes are the gun, the toxin is the trigger.’

When we are healthy and can expel toxins well, I guess this is less of an issue......... as the article says, indirectly.

Remember sunlight helps detox in a big way.

England is really bad nnEMF cesspool today... and has very little sunlight...... not good. People are afraid of the sun, use sunscreens.. stay indoors.

nnEMF like being surrounded with WiFi 24/7, using lots of tech and fake light.... makes the blood brain barrier work less well.. and who knows what toxins is able to enter our brain, that normally should not. The blood brain barrier is very effective. nnEMF is a risky game

lol... Derek ;) <3

Sure they are alive as long as the shell is closed :)
Maybe Tyler eat them whole with shell and all ;)
My teeth are not strong enough for that yet  :'(  :-*

They die when you cut the muscle that keeps the shell tight... no way to open it up without doing that... so yeah I am pretty sure they are dead as you eat them ;)

well.... some carnivores let their pray rot and ferment before they eat it, because they digest it better that way.

I think aged meat tastes better than fresh...kinda... both are good, but I feel great about aged too. Maybe humans can eat alive, fresh, aged.. anything... we are amazing ;)

I 've eaten raw live oysters and raw live mussels before and loved the taste. Sadly, I have never eaten live animals in the Korean way. However, it is good for the general public to see that eating raw animal food is a standard way of life in some other countries.

How on earth did you do that Tyler? ;)

My oysters die immediately as I open them so they were already dead as I swallowed them... even if just a few seconds past their death

I have only tried a live ant and ant eggs.. oh.. eggs! They are often "alive" when you eat them :) at least when from hens that have a rooster walking around....
so how do we define alive..hmmm.. raw foods are pretty much full of bacteria and viruses and they are very much alive ;)

General Discussion / Re: Liver support
« on: January 22, 2016, 04:41:13 pm »
Little Elefant.... could you write a journal, and what supplements are you taking too? That would be so awesome! I am wondering if your use of supplements for years have damaged your liver somehow........ Have you yet tried to avoid them and mind fake light and nnEMF instead? And get lots of morning sun? Drinking lots of spring water?
Are you doing any B vitamin complex BTW? They are one supplement that might be could hack it.

Hugs from your Sister.......

PS. you need to call me soon! Crazy stuff happening here ;) :) <3

Well... I very much agree microbes play a big role.
And the crazy thing is, sunlight and also nnEMF and fake light affect microbes too - in our gut!

it is like things are tied together and it is a mistake to separate one from another. It is pretty cool and it never gets boring for sure :) :) :)

Yeah... you say it....
Sunlight repair our eyes and fake light destroys them.

Fake lights are way worse than most of us want to realize. And they are everywhere...
I believe fake lights are even worse  than fake foods.
The science supports it too. And when I think about it it feels very logical to me. When you start to be more aware of it, you can ignore it anymore.. no way

There are many who change their diets to very good ones... but still... they have health issues...
if everything were about food, they should have gotten well.. but they did not.
We have seen this too many times on this forum too.
Something big is left out.

I disagree a bit.
I think.... both ;)

It is so crazy that people have to stay indoors under fake is really sad

I think we need the suns light more than we can imagine to keep up our health these days
And it has to be outside the city to be real effective... grounded on the earth, watching the sky and let the light into our eyes.

Primal Diet / Re: Are you sure that dairy isn't paleo?

Milk consumption has had the exact opposite effect on my teeth that Tyler Durden describes. I have tooth pain unless I drink milk regularly. My teeth were loose and in chronic pain until I started consuming it in a much higher volume than I had previously, at least 5 gallons a week.

I recommend dairy as a food for no other reason than it is economical and a good way to restore health in people with little money or means or squeamish about raw meat and especially organs.

When I read this, I cant not stop thinking about that it is probably the environment that plays a big role here....
why you react so differently with Tyler

What can be good for one, might be bad for another depending on the environment you are surrounded with..... it has become clear to me lately

Cool stuff :)
I think Derek looks great...! I was fortunate to meet him in person a while back in Nice..... :) :) and he just oozes peace and kindness and happiness :) :) it was so very nice to spend time with him... and Little Elefant from this forum  too.... so sweet :) :)
I will never forget those moments.....

Have not had much time to write here as I have been working like crazy but it soon has a break. I would love if you could get in some of the suns power and stuff into the show somehow too..... might be difficult tho? I am starting to write on my book next month which is also a raw paleo book but incorporates the whole spectrum of healing which I think we should not miss..... as food is not the whole story.....
It is a love gift for my family..... and friends and people around me

Derek, I wish you wisdom for the show to make the best decisions how to be able to help this world as it is suffering pretty bad!

Much love to you.......... <3 <3 <3
